Been told by several people that you need approval from IFM to have alternative characters in factions, and a lot factions don't have approval and they make alts just to make them as it benefits a more realistic environment in the faction's atmosphere. This suggestion is purely only for Illegal Factions, and it's to change the Faction Alt rule to allow people to make characters within their factions freely without running it like some sort of North Korean dictatorship. I've spoken with several people and they all agree, this should be REMOVED and CHANGED. The report section exists for a reason, if people do some rowdy shit they should be reported. Let people have freedom instead of trying to dictate every single step, from here to Timbuktu. This is in no way me offending staff, or attacking staff but simply just saying the cold hard truth, that there's literally ZERO NEED for approval to have alts within factions you're RPing it, especially if it adds to the roleplay. This rule seriously needs to be reworked, and tweaked because right now 80% of the Illegal Factions on the server, if not more have ZERO KNOWLEDGE of this, and Illegal FM haven't even given me a confirmation as to whether this actually exists yet, but I've been told by a few reputable people that it is indeed true... and that needs to change, for the betterment of the server. It's understandable why it exists for legal factions, but zero understanding as to why it's there for illegal factions. This removal wouldn't hurt anyone, and in fact would make the Illegal RP community more happy.

Vinewood The Vinewood area of Los Santos has had a historically prominent Russian-speaking community since the late 1970s when ethnic minorities such as Jews, Armenians and Georgians, emigrated from the Soviet Union to the West Coast of the United States under the Jackson-Vanik Amendment to escape oppression and seek better fortunes. Much of the original denizens of the area would leave Vinewood over the years, making the Russian-speaking community there the majority by the late 2000s. The most notable uptick occurred following the collapse of the Soviet Union at the start of the 1990s when a large number of immigrants settled into the area. This resulted in a significant Eastern European sphere of influence following the establishment of many Russian-themed businesses such as grocery stores, diners and even legal firms. The diaspora of ‘Russian’ Mafia As much as the stereotype of Russian Mafia, being ‘Vory V Zakone’, lives on in today's various media, the reality is that contemporary gangs in the West no longer abide to the old laws and rules of the so-called ‘Thief in Law’. Additionally; modern Eurasian cliques in the American West are not dominated by Russians, but rather by Armenians, Georgians, Azerbaijanis and other ethnicities. The confusion comes from the fact that these are still largely Russian speaking communities in the greater Vinewood area however a larger part of the people in this community are not ethnically Russian themselves. ''The Russians we actually arrest here tend to be pretty unimpressive: pimps, smugglers, shoplifters. I don’t see this ‘Russian mafia’, honestly.’’ Police officer regarding the diaspora of ‘Russian’ Mafia. Although the term Russian Mafia is outdated for contemporary Eurasian criminal circles, Russians do still exist in them in very minor quantities. Even though most Armenian and Azerbaijani groups work in a clan-like way, criminal association in the Ingorokva Crime Ring particularly doesn't discriminate on ethnicities as the group is known to employ mostly Georgian and Armenian associates as well as Russian and Ukrainian in a small regard. Due to the difference of ethnicities and generations these ‘Russian-speaking communities’ will often simply resort to speaking English within their own ranks or during negotiations and dealings to prevent the language barrier. These groups of young, impressionable men on the West Coast, guided by a sense of materialism and power are more than often involved in various ‘white-collar crimes’, ranging from so-called ‘Get rich quick’ schemes to defrauding different credit-card unions, healthcare practitioners and even the federal government for thousands of dollars at a time through various scams, shell-companies and fraudulent documents and paperwork. They even dipped their fingers in the sales of untaxed gas acquired through fraudulent wholesale permits and sold on to a network of gas-stations and truck stops. Even though white-collar crimes are favored, these groups are no stranger to more classic crimes such as extortion, drug-dealing, arms trading, robbery, car theft and racketeering. However, their strength has rested not on violence and threat so much as entrepreneurialism and their talents for deal making.’’ excerpt from ‘Vory, Russia’s Super Mafia’ by Mark Galeotti. The Ingorokva Crime Ring, named after its leader Mikheil ‘‘Kalmarebi’’ Ingorokva now makes a rise in Vinewood, Los Santos. This proves the structureless and quickly rotating network most Eurasian OC gangs operate under with involvement of various (in some cases still unidentified) criminal figures. The organisations leader, Mikheil ‘‘Kalmarebi’’ Ingorokva, is no stranger to the law. Ingorokva has previously already been indicted following a sting-operation led by the LSPD after which search warrants for two of Ingorokva’s properties were issued. The Ingorokva Crime Ring, which operates under a largely unidentified hierarchy including members with varying amounts of involvement is best described as a criminal network in which various different members occupy themselves with different scams. These members rely on their ‘membership’ to this network for protection and opportunity in the criminal syndicate of Los Santos and subsequently volunteer themselves to protecting this network from outside forces. ((OOC: To portray a realistic modern-day ‘secret society’ conducting criminal business beneath a localized Eastern European community, a great deal of research has been conducted and is backed up by numerous news articles and sources on the real-life Russian-speaking community of West Hollywood, Los Angeles, as well as contemporary Eurasian transnational organized crime in the United States. This faction seeks to recruit a variety of characters of Eastern European descent, such as Georgian, Armenian, Russian and Ukrainian characters. Most characters connected to the faction are bilingual locals of second or third-generation Armenian or Georgian offspring mostly that found their way into the group by proving their worth and earning their trust with the ring in-character. If you expect to see the stereotypical, Hollywoodized depiction of Russian-speaking criminals straight out of Grand Theft Auto IV, then we can only emphasize that you won't find that in this faction. The faction is NOT a Vory v Zakone faction. It's a local group of people from former Soviet Bloc backgrounds working together to gain money and protection within the criminal world of Los Santos. After reaching out and showing interest in becoming associated as part of the faction with your character, you automatically agree that this faction reserves the right to CK said character if deemed necessary IC by leadership, with no exceptions.   4. The Story Arturo Torres (born August 18th, 2004) is a 16 year old boy living in Chamberlain Hills, Los Santos. Arturo is affiliated with the Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats 13 gang and is commonly seen hanging around with the older gang members within the area. He has recently been seen selling narcotics from his bike around Chamberlain Hills. Arturo was born to a single-mother struggling to get by in the housing projects of Chamberlain Hill, during his adolescence he frequently witnessed his mother get high on heroin which has been a trend in his family as his father died of an overdose also. As time passed, and Arturo grew older - he began hanging out on the block more and more with people who were in a similar situation as himself. In the streets was where Arturo learned what it was to be a man. Despite his difficult upbringing, Arturo was always an excelling student at school. His grades were good, however his behaviour was an increasing issue and Arturo was suspended many times from school prompting his mother to go to the school and argue for his return as swiftly as possible. Arturo has a very outspoken demeanour and is quite timid at times where he feels threatened. Arturo also is quite talkative, known for joking around with people. Due to his open nature, Arturo is easy to befriend and is a loyal individual to his friends. Arturo also appreciates the value of his culture and the overall cause for their race and aspires to be a loyal Sureno soldier. He is completely indoctrinated by the gang culture around him and is constantly willing to prove himself. This has been seen recently where he has immediately undertook any task appointed to him by his big homies. Arturo also abuses narcotics such as PCP and marijuana to cope with trauma caused by his day-to-day life. Arturo is often seen writing lyrics on his phone for his new music, aspiring to be a rap artist in a bid to make it big and represent his hood and gang on a larger scale.   7. Florencia 13, also known as the South Side Florence 13 or Florencia Treca, is an infamous Hispanic Sureño street gang, with cliques spread throughout Los Santos County of San Andreas. They originated after World War II, during the late 1940s, in Florence Avenue street. Florence Avenue street was later renamed to Roy Lowenstein Boulevard in the 70s due to rising racial tensions. The name Florence is pronounced Florencia in Spanish, and that's where the gang got its name from. Florence is also a woman's name. This resulted in the gang adopting a 50's "doo-woop" song, "Florence" by The Paragons. The song was often requested by the gang members to let everybody know that Florencia members were posted up. The gang was first formed in the '40s as a neighborhood patrol to protect the Hispanic demographic against the much larger African-American street gangs at the time. Florencia 13 adapted the number 13 during the 1960s, which corresponds to the alphabet letter "M," signifying their affiliation with the Mexican Mafia. Many early members of the Mexican Mafia were recruited from the Florencia gang as Florencianos(Florencia gang members) earned a reputation for their fierceness while battling with much larger black gangs. Florencia 13 claims multiple, if not the major part, Mexican Mafia members, affiliates, and soldiers. An Era of Violence Trinidad "Trinny" Iglesias was one of the earlier affiliates of Florence. He's believed to be one of the most monstrous members to be recruited by the Florencia 13 gang. He gained notoriety after assaulting an estimated amount of 14 police officers. On May 22, 1971, Deputy Gary Saunders was shot multiple times in the chest by Iglesias. Iglesias is believed to have shot Deputy Saunders after a physical altercation following a foot chase with Saunders' gun. He's also believed to be the prime suspect in the shooting of a Huntington Park Narcotics Officer, who was shot in the head while using a urinal in a public bathroom. Trinidad Iglesias, although violent and notorious for his act, has never been documented as a true and confirmed Mexican mobster within his correctional tenure. Due to a political bill released within this time arch, he was released from prison in 1975. Photo of various "Florencia 13" gang members was taken sometime in early 1970's at the bank building at Florence Ave & Holmes Ave. This photo was used in a number of trials and sentencing hearings to prove that the suspect or subject was an active gang member. Beef with East Coast Crips (ECC) Florencia 13's conflict with ECC is believed to be LS's most significant street gang conflict. The beef is believed to have begun because of a couple of East Coast Crips from the Six Pacc, who took a few hundred kilos of drugs that belonged to a Florence member. At the time, Florencia and East Coast Crips were doing business together. ECC members had access to the vehicle with the kilos and stole the drugs, distributing them among their members. The war has come to a stop recently, in 2019, after a truce was called between the notorious Florencia 13 and the East Coast Crips. Florencia 13 Today The gang today continues to grow. It is one of the three largest gangs within Los Santos. Florencia 13 continues to finance itself primarily through narcotics trafficking. The gang is known to have ties with multiple Blood street gangs nearby and therefore inherit various cultural similarities and relations with African-Americans. Some Florencia cliques on the western side are known to be sharing turf with Harvard Park Brims and Swan Lake Bloods. Florencia has gone through numerous gang injunctions over the past few years, and dozens of arrests, but the gang grows stronger every day. In 2009, the FBI executed one of the most significant federal gang takedowns; Operation Joker's Wild was centered on the famous Florencia 13 clique "Jokers," about ten individuals from the street gang were consecutively prosecuted on firearms and narcotics-related charges.

Los Santos Republican Party LSGOP denounces Slander Campaign by Los Santos Democratic Party 9/14/2020 The LSGOP condemns the disingenuous ad campaign launched by the Democratic Party of Los Santos this past weekend that claimed Republicans “disapprove” of the rights of everyday LGBT+ Americans. It is a matter of fact that there are LGBT republicans and entire branches consisting entirely of LGBT republicans nation-wide. The GOP is a broad national coalition that has Americans from all walks of life who call themselves members. By disingenuously inferring that Republicans disapprove of the LGBT community, the Democratic Party of Los Santos has effectively erased all of the voices that disagree with them with one boldfaced lie; indeed they’ve marginalized the very Americans they claim to ‘approve’ of. To date, none of our slate of candidates have expressed any disapproval for gay rights making their recent ad both insulting and deceptive. The GOP, first and foremost, is a party that supports the right of the individual to lead their life independently from undue control or influence and to exercise their liberties at their discretion. This is why we have tendered the Democratic Party of Los Santos with a formal Cease and Desist regarding this deceptive ad campaign. Even beyond this election cycle, it’s important that voters should be free to make a choice in candidates based on the facts and policy, not political and partisan smear campaigns aimed at swaying their vote unduly. The LSGOP requests at minimum a formal public apology and an assurance that the Democratic Party of Los Santos will cease and desist mischaracterizing the position of their political opponents as their primary means of gaining the trust and the votes of the fine people of Los Santos.   18. Short description: The ability to cook crack from materials that can be bought at the hardware store & 24/7. This suggestion also reworks the way that drugs affect your health, addiction, and dependency. I write this suggestion in good hope that drugs will then serve a purpose, opening a variety of roleplay possibilities, expanding the black market, giving more purpose to EMT, and expanding endless new stories through player's lives. Detailed description: The server right now is really sparse when it comes to drugs whether it be the availability or selection. Right now there are no real repercussions for using cocaine, which is one of the only three available drugs in the server (correct me if I'm wrong). This suggestion will give criminals/dealers more ways to interact with their peers & markets, increase the repercussions of using drugs hence developing interesting RP stories, developing a heavy drug addiction and dependency. EMT will now serve a purpose to hospitals, thus opening the possibilities to even having players roleplay "Doctors" or "Health Specialists" whilst opening "Rehab Centers", etc. The suggestion also implements some items which will give police and law enforcement an array of possibilities to make arrests based on probable cause through drug paraphernalia, etc. The best part of this suggestion is that a lot of the functions are already built into the server, some just need a rework. This suggestion was partially created to add new features and to compliment additions to the existing addiction system. I hope this would be looked over as I truly believe this is something that can indeed add the environment we need in the server. ❤️ A lot of the materials needed are already available through the brewery job, so that'd make those items highly recyclable and give them more purpose. * Please note, what I'm about to suggest demonstrate are based on personal experience and extensive research on the effects. Some things I may have changed to accommodate the server economy & game's limitations and for the sake of simplicity. * C R A C K " Crack cocaine, also known simply as crack or rock, is a free base form of cocaine that can be smoked. Crack offers a short but intense high to smokers. The Manual of Adolescent Substance Abuse Treatment calls it the most addictive form of cocaine. " INGREDIENTS: (x3) Cocaine [3 Grams] (Bought through a dealer, distributor, supplier, etc.) (x3) Baking Soda (Bought in a 24/7) $50 (x1) Cooler Freezer (Bought in a Hardware Store) $2500 (x2) Water (x1) Iron Pot (x1) Mixing Bucket (x1) Burner (x1) Propane Tank COOKING CRACK: The process would be similar to how you'd brew moonshine by placing the items you need in order to cook & with the possibility of a bad batch. 1) Add [2] Water to the Mixing Bucket 2) Add [1] Cocaine to the Mixing Bucket * Start Process Timer Begins (30 Seconds) / This will form a new ingredient called: [1] Dissolved Cocaine * Collect 3) Add [3] Dissolved Cocaine to the Mixing Bucket 4) Add [3] Baking Soda to the Mixing Bucket * Start Process Timer Begins (30 Seconds) / This will form a new ingredient called: [1] Cocaine Mix * Collect 5) Add [1] Cocaine Mix to the Iron Pot * Start Process Timer Begins (45-120 Seconds) / This will form a new ingredient called: [1] Boiled Mix * Collect 6) Add [1] Boiled Mix to the Cooler Freezer * Start Process Timer Begins (45-180 Seconds) / This will form a new ingredient called: [5] Crack Cocaine * Collect COCAINE TO CRACK RATIO: 3 Grams of Low Grade Cocaine = 8 Grams of Low Grade Crack 3 Grams of High Grade Cocaine = 5 Grams of High Grade Crack CRACK EFFECTS: 1) Blurry/wobbly screen - similar or the same to the one you get when you ingest cocaine. (Lasts 120 Seconds) 2) Your HP will increase by 40%. (Lasts 5 Minutes) 3) Regain Full Health HOW TO USE THE CRACK? 1) Buy a Glass Pipe available to buy in either General Stores or Hardware Stores. 2) Do /useitem [inventory id of crack] once you're in possession of the Glass Pipe AFTER THE GLASS PIPE IS USED Another cool thought I had was once the glass pipe was used, it will then become a "Used Glass Pipe" in the player's inventory. I believe this could be simply done through conditional bools programmatically. This opens up the door for law enforcement to have probable cause to search the player and/or their vehicle to see if they uncover anything more. Not to mention, in possession of a Used Glass Pipe would technically be a criminal offense if it has any crack residue on it. A D D I C T I O N Note: This would exclude Marijuana as data show Marijuana does not have any known addiction properties but rather prone to persons with addictive personalities. If anyone could clarify this and send me links to data, I'd appreciate it. ADDICTION CHANCE: For every time the player does not become addicted and uses again, the chance of becoming addicted increases. 1) First Time Use - Random chance of becoming addicted (eg. Fiening for more) - Dice Roll (1/10 | 10 Being 100%) 2) Second Time Use - Random chance of becoming addicted (eg. Fiening for more) - Dice Roll (1/6 | 6 Being 100%) 3) Third Time Use - Random chance of becoming addicted (eg. Fiening for more) - Dice Roll (1/3 | 3 Being 100%) ADDICTION ACCUMULATION: What happens every time the player smokes? - An addiction meter can be implemented to reflect the level of addiction the player has accumulated through the back end. - The total number of percentage would be from 0-100%. - For every use (even if the player is not addicted), this integer will rise per (random) %. - The higher this number, the more chances of the player becoming addicted. - This can be multiplied by [Addiction Accumulation * Addiction Chance = Addiction Level] ADDICTION EFFECTS BY %: Players will see their conditions worsen dependant of the total of their "Addiction Level". These numbers only reflect an example and I shall leave it to the devs to come up with a proper % system. The effects can be withheld by ingesting more crack cocaine. 1) 0-35% - Players suffer a loss of 20% health p/hour. 2) 36-65% - Players suffer a loss of 35% health p/hour. 3) 65-100% - Players suffer a loss of 50% health p/hour. O V E R D O S E Another feature that was brought up was overdosing. This would improve the quality behind roleplaying drugs and what it can lead to. Again, please note that the systems put in place are not meant to be 100% accurate but more to compliment and abide by the server's capabilities and laws. FEATURE OVERVIEW Just as the Addiction system, the overdosing system would work on a similar system, only that it will be timer-based from first ingestion-per-gram. For every gram you ingest, the overdose chance rises (x) amount of points. For every gram, there will be a cool-down timer until (x) amount of points get taken from your overdose level. The overdose meter will not be visible to the player, as this would be unrealistic. Rather, the player can detect an overdose by a slightly red screen which sets in depending on how close the player is to overdose. The slight red screen can be a visible form of displaying the player's "Vitals", such as heartbeat, etc. The overdose system is a compliment to the quality of the drug. Each drug has its unique Overdose Points (for the sake of time, let's call it ODP). How does one overdose? Too much of that drug within a short time frame will lead to... You guessed it. An overdose. People can often overdose even with one-time use. But since there is no vital implementation on the server (Not even sure if it's possible) and there is no weight/height based system, this is something that would be hard to do systematically. So for the sake of simplicity, this is the way I'm suggesting it. ODP ACCUMULATION: How will the player accumulate Overdose Points? - A point system ranging from 0-10, 10 being a complete overdose. (This can be modified as see fit). - A cooldown timer of 10 minutes per gram before the points reset. (Up to devs to decide the amount of time). - Overdose Points are accumulative, meaning, each gram will add on top of the other. - Each drug has it's own unique ODP per gram, depending on the quality & drug. - The quality of the drug will determine the ODP. The lower the grade, the less ODP the player gets (less purity). COOLDOWN TIMER: How will the cooldown timer work? - 1 Gram Of High Grade Cocaine = 4 Points - Timer Begins For That Gram If the player does not intake any more cocaine, once the timer hits 0, the points for that gram reduces from the overall ODP. If the player intakes more cocaine while the timer is equal to or more than 1 minute from the last intake, then the timer resets to 10 minutes with total points of 8. EFFECTS OF AN OVERDOSE: What will happen on the overdosing player's screen to let them know they're overdosing. - The player screen begins to redden - The player cannot type - An animation would be displayed to show the player on the floor either unconscious or having a seizure - Player addiction level instantly goes to 100% (This will help connect with the treatment system) - If the player is not treated and taken to the hospital within 10 minutes, they will die (PK). TREATMENT: A shot of Methadone is needed to stop the overdose (PK). Once the player has been given the Methadone, they must be transported to get treatment. EMT / DOCTOR COMMANDS: A command to help EMT/Doctors diagnose if the player is having an overdose. /checkvidals - Oversees the player's vitals which would display their overdose points level /givemethadone [id] - Gives Methadone to the overdosing player Example: * John Doe snorted some Low Grade Cocaine. John has never done Cocaine, so his ODP is 0. Once he snorts the Low Grade Cocaine, his ODP would add 2 points. John feels fine, dancing the night away, but it hasn't been 10 minutes yet. * John Doe snorted some High Grade Cocaine. Oh, seems like John got some better stuff... He just added 4 points, equal to 6. John seems to feel fine, still dancing the night away... John decides he still needs to keep going but is feeling tired... * John Doe snorted some High Grade Cocaine. A few minutes pass, but the first ODP points are still accumulated on top of the others. Since the number of points has reached 10, John starts to feel sick. His screen goes red, he can't type, he falls to the ground and starts to seizure. This is just an example of a club night out and too much cocaine. Q U A L I T Y In addition, I've come up with a system that introduces quality to drugs. The quality would impact the effects, duration, and price of the drugs, as well as increase or reduce the risk of overdose dependant on the purity (aka quality). The system can introduce quality to both drugs given to suppliers and drugs which are manufactured. This could be used as a base which can be expanded as the developers see fit. RULE OF THUMB: For simplicity, quality of all drugs could be driven by 2 classes of potency. Low Grade - Cheap but shorter-term effects, higher chance of addiction. Low Grade - Wobble lasts longer, while the incentives are shorter. Low Grade - Since the drug is most likely to be "stepped on / cut" hence less potent, overdose chance is lower. High Grade - Expensive but longer-term effects, default chance of addiction. High Grade - Wobbles are shorter, while incentives are longer. High Grade - The higher the purity, the more chances of overdose. This is common knowledge. Wobbles? Why does it matter? Wobbles make you swerve whilst driving, it can also impair your walk, thus, hinting law enforcement that you're intoxicated. So the general rule would be; The higher the quality the less wobble time & wobble / The crappier vise-versa. ADDICTION CHANCE MULTIPLIER: If the drug has an "Addiction Chance Multiplier" through "Low Grade" this is the system that'll determine the final percentage. To showcase this example, let's say the low-grade drug has an Addiction Multiplier of 30%. You would multiply the base addiction change by that percentage to achieve a final chance of addiction. See below: * John Doe snorted some Low Grade Cocaine. This would activate a multiplier of 4 (or 40%) of the initial base chance. In this case, it is John's first time using Cocaine. A dice would roll (not visible to the player) - let's say the "Addiction Chance" rolls a 6 (or 60%). if (Addiction Chance >= 1) [ 6 in this case ] then add (Addiction Chance + Low Grade Cocaine Multiplier) This would equal the chance to 10 (or 100%) In this case, the player would now achieve Stage 1 Addiction (0-35%). T R E A T M E N T & H O S P I T A L S Players can get treatment by going to the hospital and/or getting treated by EMT through the use of Methadone. This also opens the possibility of having hospital interiors where players can RP a "Doctor" treating patients. This also opens up the possibilities of "Rehab Centers". The possibilities are endless. /checkaddiction [ID] - A command letting doctors/EMT use to see a player's addiction percentage. Using /checkaddiction will let doctors/EMT scan the player's addiction percentage in order to properly diagnose the treatment they need and help establish a Methadone plan. In order for this command to work, the player will need to be at a hospital and only Doctors / EMT can check this through IC tests. The player must obviously also be within reasonable range. Obviously, through IC, people are expected to roleplay these scenarios. The amount of Methadone needed would be varied by the "Addiction Accumulation". 1) 0-30% - Players would need 1 Methadone 2) 31-50% - Players would need 2 Methadone 3) 51-75% - Players would need 3 Methadone 4) 76-100% - Players would need 4 Methadone The amount of Methadone given can be roleplayed through "sessions", which can be roleplayed as needed. This, of course, is just one idea which can develop to many others. Commands to add: /checkaddiction [ID] /checkvidals [ID] /checkvidals [ID] If a player tries to use Crack Cocaine without a Glass Pipe: ALERT MESSAGE: "You need a Glass Pipe to use that!" This suggestion will give criminals/dealers more ways to interact with their peers & markets, increase the repercussions of using drugs hence developing interesting RP stories, developing a heavy drug addiction and dependency. EMT will now serve a purpose to hospitals, whilst opening opportunities for players to train in becoming doctors and/or rehab specialists. The use of glass pipes will open the door for more RP possibilities to law enforcement, encouraging probably cause and beyond. Overall, I think this suggestion will establish the start of a unique feature that can easily transition into bigger diverse projects.   19. Some people like making their characters in Menyoo but make them in a way that looks basically nothing like they do in-game. I like my character looking exactly like they do ingame. So I made a program that lets me do it. Then, a cool UCP dev by the name of Mike added it to the UCP. So now that program is useless, but, it works better.   20. In my opinion the Davis Hall needs to be reworked heavily, I'm not personally sure how limited the furnishing/mapping is for gta v but I'm not fond of it at all. I like the idea of having a mall on the server, but I do find the interior rather bland and that all the windows make a weird mirror image which should be fixed. It also has no color contrast, it's basically all white and too bright. There's also no markings above the doors to show what store is what inside, so I didn't even bother checking them out. While viewing over the interior, it's just a bunch of doors with an escalator in the middle. It's not very creative. Not every store has to be an interior of where you must press Y to enter. For example, you can make a cafeteria, 24/7 or a clothing store in the main hallway that is visible as soon as you walk in, and that you can interact with to give the place a little bit of life. I get more life from a 24/7 store that you walk into, rather then this mall and that should not be the case. Overall this mall is no where near being finished, needs a lot of work for it to be an attraction or a place that'll actually be used. I'd rather give you my honest opinion about it, so you can make it better for everyone. ❤️

  25. Short description: Make /contacts more user-friendly by offering basic ways to sort and filter the results. Detailed description: Our phone's display of contacts need a reworking that's larger than what is being presented here, but that would be better for a more detailed thread later down the line because that will take substantially more work or even re-imagining how our phones store and display contacts. This suggestion is strictly towards an easy fix to make /contacts much more user-friendly. This is about maximizing the gain for players while reducing the amount of work required for developers. This will tide us over until a more thorough reworking of the phone contacts system can be designed. Right now /contacts print in a way which is only really useful if you have a few contacts. Past a certain amount, the results may not even be accessible fully without chatlog parsing. The most important feature would be the ability to filter results to only show online contacts. Most people use /contacts to quickly determine which of their character's contacts are currently online in-game. As a tool, this allows people to quickly find out who they can ICly reach out to. I am not aware of how complex the process would be to reorganize the results and read them in a different sort on the fly, so if no other change is made to /contacts at least make it so we can filter out Offline contacts if we desire. It could even just be a matter of "/contactson" Commands to add: /sortcontacts [type] [all/online] Type 1 = In order of how the contacts were entered (how they are now), ascending. (Oldest show up on top, newest show up on bottom) Type 2 = in order of how the contacts were entered, descending. (Newest show up on top, oldest show up on bottom) Type 3 = A-Z by name Type 4 = Z-A by name All = Show all contacts whether offline or online. Online = Filter so only online contacts are displayed. /contacts This command would remain the same, but this time it will return the list of contacts as sorted by the command. Items to add: None. How would your suggestion improve the server? Make it easier to quickly figure out who is online and to help you narrow your focus as a player in on engaging with other players rather than killing time or necessitating more OOC forms of figuring out who to RP with.
