I'll send you something regarding that - but essentially I've touched bases with Management on several occasions about adding new vehicles - if players would like to provide their ideas for new vehicles to be added and what appropriate prices you'd like to see, I'm happy to push Management and Dev for it 🙂

You'd be surprised how little people can provide us with - we've had spam apps for properties and houses; and they usually entail something like "I can't think of anything else so aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" which is like... why lol...? The entire idea behind 250 words is like a simple 2 paragraph reasoning/justification - if you one can be explaining why ICly you want the business and the other an OOC to why you want the business we'd be happy but some people exclusively do OOC paragraphs and whilst that's all well and good we need a clear understanding of your character. Background and development - why you gravitated towards it, what your plans and intentions are with it. If the word limit is gone then people would do what they do with interior requests and just go "Want a new interior" and if this is imposed it'll be "Want a business" which is not really catering to the standards we expect. Cool ol' Misses Higgens may be a really cool roleplayer and provide us with a really elaborate application, whereas, Misses Doe will give us less than one paragraph and then get upset when we deny them. Having 250 words absolutely minimum shouldn't be too hard to fulfil, in my honest opinion - those do hit it and even if its 30-50 words below minimum, we bypass it. But it should be absolute minimum, those who want to explain more can!

That's actually a thing! Wuhtah imposed a Lease-to-buy system, we're still very much working on it and getting it to be perfect but you can contact her on the forums if you wish to buy a lease. I always disliked the leases being bought as leases are leases but we are trying new things and we are looking to improve for the better of the community, so as I said, just contact Wuhtah for more information on that 🙂 EDIT: Just to be clear, this is till in the works to be as good as we can make it!
