We open garages periodically in fact we just issued one… I’m unsure what you mean “when I see it” I’m very clear in the GTAW Property Management announcement channel where I state what’s happening and going on. In fact let me provide you with the details. This morning I stated and quote: “We’ll be opening two garages this week — normal leases will be parked so we can tackle the current inactivity of the garages. Keep an eye out for the next announcement here to when they’re available. To add to that we’ll be opening one in the county and one for the city.” The details discussed within our leadership chat: https://imgur.com/a/RtxEEOz (Fucking MACS don't upload too well) Additionally, inactivity has always been an issue with garages - whilst that's a problem we've been trying to tackle all year be it through factions requesting it or just opening them up more frequently - we've tried opening 2 at a time, we need to consider the amount of work PM already handle. Whilst I understand the need to satisfy all your needs with it being vehicle leases, property leases, mechanic garages, property requests, houses and so on - we get roughly 30 applications per 1 garage opening, times that by 2 when another open at the same time, make that 60 applications. Along with them being available to all players to apply to for a week. We get (as always mentioned) 170+ applications per opening of houses, properties and leases. We have been exploring new ways to tackle the wait time but as I said - we're trying to make this open to all players and to fix it.

We won’t be npcing them. We’ll open more garages for people to apply for.

Since this was brought up and I wrote out my response PM leadership are mid discussion on making it a faster process. We hear you and we’ll come forward with changes soon.

Properties are split up into several sections, property, house, lease, interiors, shops, garages, moves, smart tps, and vehicle leases. When we open up we exceed a total of 250 requests per batch and we try very hard as a team to come together and sit down to go through each one of them. Mind you, consider and keep in the back of your mind how long these requests and how short they can be. Some people really go into elaborate detail in their requests which can take up to 20-40 minutes to read. As a team we discuss and point out issues, comments, concerns and what we would like to happen. Property Management is very team focused when it comes to the above. Properties are a lengthy process as we review not only a lengthy request (90% of the time) but we need to be in-game to check out the coords, we need to see if it's right for the request and then for the player, after coming to that conclusion we look into assets, activity and admin record. After 5-10 requests you become quite tired of doing them, trust me. Houses take time as lots of people are contesting for the same property. We, again, adopted this system recently (thanks to @Adv) who produced a spreadsheet to when things get handled and tracks comments. Houses can be left up to months to be handled, we like to make sure they're done properly and sometimes taking time can be worth it. Leases? As I was the head of leasing, I tend to read them, compare the requests and quite frankly? I'd handle them there and then. Leases can be handled if they have 2-3 comments on it (preferably 3+). Whereas others require more. Vehicle leases can be handled independently. I handle them regularly (see gtaw property discord announements, I usually tell people). We try really hard to reiterate to get these done in a timely fashion. And I know this has been said like a billion times but we do work IRL too, we do have commitments IRL.
