  1. Short description: Increasing the limit of how many /cim and /createscene markers can be placed, from the current 1 to a reasonable 3. Detailed description: As you all know, you're not able to use more than 1 information marker and /createscene. The two commands play a crucial role in the gang-scene (For taggers, etc.) and for Civilians overall (RP'ing damages, etc.). The suggestion is made to increase the amount of /cim and /createscenes, you're able to as 1 isn't enough and doesn't cut it. Bumping the limit up to 3 would be perfect, to prevent abuse, etc. Commands to add: None, that's the beauty of it - change a value from 1 to 3! Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? It's a good QoL addition. It removes the overly strict limitation for someone that wants to RP tagging, or RP extensive environmental damages, or leave crime scene clues, but has to use /createscene or /cim and cannot fully describe it with a single one. Not to mention there's a text limit on how much is displayed, regarding createscene. Additional information: I have touted this suggestion in faction discords and have came across overwhelming support, one player even saying he thought about posting this suggestion last week.

  5. Short description: A seperate menu that shows up when someone does /examine on a person, that is meant for detailing tattoo's on a person. Detailed description: So, to get straight to the point: I am a person that really enjoys detailing and customizing their characters tattoo's, to have it feel special and in a certain sense immersive. We all know that you almost always can't use the GTA native tattoo's, as those just don't fit to the character most to the times. Tattoo mods are a solution, but that only clientside and it only adds something for you. Frankly, the only way to solve this is to detail them via text, so over /attributes. But now the issue is that it is really hard to cram the physical description, other important details AND tattoo's into the limited /attributes space. So now I bring to you! A seperate tattoo description, that can be set over /tattooattributes. A menu just like the /attributes menu plops up. The given information will then show up on the /examine as a [Tattoo's] field below the injuries. Commands to add: /tattooattributes Items to add: None. How would your suggestion improve the server? Well, in my eyes it would just give the players more room to play with the customization of the tattoo's of the character. It also cleans the whole /ex menu up more, as it gets neatly segregated into two fields this way. In my eyes this is just a QoL addition, which gives players more freedom with detailing their roleplay in a certain sense. Additional information: None.

  6. LOS SANTOS FIRE DEPARTMENT PRESS RELEASE - Remembering Those Of 2020 ⠀ Remembering those of 2020⠀ ⠀ Written by: Alice MacCarthy Published: 28/12/2020 2020 has been a year of prosperity for the Los Santos Fire Department, celebrating successes, innovating, educating and continuing our promise to serve the community of Los Santos with Courage, Integrity and Pride. A promise made since the Departments founding in 1886. However, as 2020 draws to a close, the department spends time to reflect and remember those colleagues lost along the way. In 2020, the Department has said goodbye to many colleagues along the way who have departed us for pastures new. But, not always do they leave us by choice. Many are killed in the line of duty, killed whether through an accident on the job or murdered whilst attempting to do their job for the community. This year, the Los Santos Fire Department has lost six Firefighters. Six colleagues. Family members. Who clocked in to their shifts with the prospect of returning to their families after. But, never got the chance to do so. In this Press Release, the Department would like to remember them. Captain Laura Murphy - April 26th, 2020 Cause Of Death: Flammable Explosion, Line of Duty Captain Laura Murphy lost her life in the Line of Duty when a tank containing flammable was shot causing an explosion assisting on a call. She has be consistently remembered by her colleagues through charitable efforts, with Engineer Anna Degtyarev running two marathons in her memory back in July with the most recent being the Northern District Marathon in November. Across events, Anna has managed to raise $673,692 for charity in Laura's name. Probationary Firefighter Sakura Wanatabe - 30th July, 2020 Cause Of Death: Suicide, Line of Duty Probationary Firefighter Sakura Wanatabe lost her life when she attempted suicide on duty, the Los Santos Fire Department received a call from on duty Los Santos Police Department Officers about a Firefighter intending to jump off the Maze Bank Tower. Despite efforts to save her life from colleagues, Firefighter Wanatabe shot herself in the head to end her life. The Department fell under intense scrutiny from Media and in response to this incident brought a change in Mental Health Support for Firefighters in active service with the Department beginning to employ more Psychologists alongside Mental Health Screening. Probationary Firefighter Amelie Wolff - October 13th, 2020 Cause Of Death: Kidnapping, Line of Duty Hopeful Probationary Firefighter Amelie Wolff lost her life when she clocked off from her shift at Station Seven in El Burro Heights on the night of 13th of October, 2020. She was kidnapped from outside of Station Seven and taken out to the county by the assailants, while the motives remain unknown. Despite efforts from the Los Santos Fire Department and Los Santos Police Department, Firefighter Wolff lost her life in the events following her abduction. Following this event, the Los Santos Fire Department has begun working more closely with the Los Santos Police Department to ensure the safety of the agencies stations and educating it's employees in safely commuting to and from work. Captain Cain Sanderson - October 26th, 2020 Cause Of Death: Plane Crash, Line of Duty Captain Cain Sanderson lost his life in active Line of Duty during a plane crash in Blaine County. Despite efforts of Firefighters from across Battalion 1 and 2, Cain lost his life when the plane was engulfed. Cain Sanderson was a respected member of the Los Santos Fire Department leading Aerial Operations as well as being a Training and Recruitment member. Ex-PR Director Freddy Mellet - November 23rd, 2020 Cause Of Death: Health Complications, Lung Cancer Ex-PR Director and Firefighter Freddy Mellet lost his life after a long. But, difficult battle with Lung Cancer. Despite not being in active service with the Los Santos Department and working for Los Santos Government. Freddy remained a much loved member of the Los Santos Fire Department family, frequently visiting Station Seven in El Burro Heights days after his departure until the days preceding his death. PR Director and Firefighter II Alice MacCarthy along with close friend and Ex-Fire Marshal Brendan Vano along with other members of the State Fire Marshals ran the Northern District Marathon in his memory. Firefighter I Torstein Lindström - November 27th, 2020 Cause Of Death: Ambulance Crash, Line of Duty Firefighter I Torstein Lindström lost his life in active Line of Duty after his ambulance collided with a Pedestrian vehicle outside of Station Three in Davis whilst responding to a 911 call. Despite efforts of Firefighters from Station Three attending the scene, Firefighter Lindström was transported to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. Lindström was a much loved member of the Los Santos Fire Department also serving within the Public Relations division and working part time as a Lecturer for the University Los Santos San Andreas (ULSA). Know that, despite now stepping into 2021, Firefighters lost in 2020 will remain in our thoughts, prayers and memories for the many years to come. The department will continue to stand with their families and continue to stand with our community. As always, the Los Santos Fire Department always ask for the privacy of the Firefighters families to be respected. The Firefighters Prayer When I am called to duty, God, whenever flames may rage; Give me strength to save some life, whatever be its age. Help me embrace a little child before it’s too late Or save an older person from the horror of that fate. Enable me to be alert and hear the weakest shout, And quickly and efficiently to put the fire out. I want to fill my calling to give the best in me, To guard my every neighbor and protect their property. And if, according to my fate, I am to lose my life; Please bless with your protecting hand my children and my wife.

  8. Axel Campos Axel Campos is a 15 y/o Mexican-American kid born and raised in Rancho, Los Santos to Mexican parents who immigrated to the United States of America when Axel was little to give him a better life from the violence that plagued Mexico, he is the oldest out of three children. He lived a relatively normal life during his early years in the Rancho area until his father was arrested and charged with drug possession and gun possession in order to make some extra money and makes ends meet which got him sentenced to fifteen years in jail, Axel and his family would visit him a lot and still maintained a close relationship with him but his mother didn't want her talking to him since she is scared they might get dragged into his same mistakes. It also impacted the families financial status which led to him having to take care of his little siblings most of the time while his mother worked extra shifts at the local Davis Hospital as a nurse. His mother loved him very much which when he was little protected him from his depressing reality as his mother didn't let him outside a lot to avoid seeing the local drug dealers or the ragged up gang members but as she worked more the less she was at home which allowed him to go out the house late at night and explore to entertain himself. He currently attends Davis High School and plays for the school's baseball team as a pitcher and known for his mean right hand throw which help him stay fit and away from any gang violence, due to his families financial status he has recently become desperate to help his mother and his siblings. This thread will follow the development and day to day activities of Axel Campos.

  11. Short description: A script that allows for easy creation of races by setting up waypoints, and so on. Detailed description: My suggestion is to add a script that will allow players via use of commands to create intricate routes on the fly that allow for people to race through. This would mean players get a route on their map and have to satisfy each checkpoint in a race to conclude it. This by no means is an exact implimentation suggestion; obviously developers would have better ideas for how it could be specifically implemented. Commands to add: /createrace | Sets up the starting checkpoint for a race where you're currently at. /checkpoint | Sets the next checkpoint sequentually. /saverace <name> | Saves the race. The final checkpoint becomes the finish line unless the race is lapped. /laps <0 - 10> | Turns the race into a lap-based race. Script now makes the initial checkpoint the next checkpoint after they reach the final one. /openrace <name>| Loads checkpoints for a race for you. /inviterace <id>| Invites a player to a race. /beginrace| Starts a count-down. Items to add: Scripts How would your suggestion improve the server? I personally believe certain scripts may not seem appropirate for a roleplay server but still hold a lot of potential for both enjoyment and good roleplay. A script like this would allow people much more dynamically to spice up the racing scene with impromptu races. Common Disagreements: "This is anti-roleplay. Create maps, and learn routes" Go ahead and use this argument, its very frequently used as a "but my precious roleplay" type of justification. The fact is, its just commonly used to rebuttal features that would add a lot of fun at no expense of roleplay. People who are still hardcore racing will not suddenly stop creating maps and learning routes. They will still need to be practiced, learned and mapped. This is very different to these instances. Not to mention the same argument can be used against so many other features that are already implemented such as /sendlocation, taxi fare scripts, advertisements. Its simply a convenience feature that allows for a lot more people to get into the scene if they'd like to. And create more dynamic races. "Everyone would just be racing everywhere" Not at all — they could do this already. I don't think a feature is suddenly going to make people portray their characters as racers and start smoking up the streets. Plus, the feature could be limited in various ways to prevent this. "Just learn routes and use maps its better RP / not realistic" Not necessarily at all. First of all realism is not a question; with modern GPS this is entirely possible. This does not take away from people who create routes to do longer-term races.

  12. Nayeli Grey Feather Oops! When she was born, Nayeli was named "Gray Feather" for her grandfather, Gray Eagle. The nurse, an Irish woman who helped Nayeli's very young parents complete her birth registration, mistakenly wrote in the British-English spelling of "grey". iná At age two, her father - a Navy Corpsman - was killed in the battle of Ramadi, in Iraq. Nayeli's mother (iná), already affected by schizophrenia, moved back to the Pine Ridge Reservation, South Dakota. She began drinking heavily. As the psychiatric condition deteriorated, Nayeli and her mother were shunned. A few days before her fourth birthday, Nayeli's mother died of complications arising from liver disease. Nayeli and her mother were found a week later by Gray Eagle. Nayeli was huddled close to her mother's body, still holding her hand. Nayeli has only one old photograph of her mother; showing her shawl-dancing. It's the one thing Nayeli would never give up. Learning Gray Eagle took her from the reservation and for eight years they travelled together in his RV, moving from ranch to ranch. Nayeli did manual work, as well as tracking and trapping with her grandfather. She never started school until she was 12 years old and the Bureau of Indian Affairs threatened to have her removed from Gray Eagle's care. Although she had already learned to speak Lakota, now she was home schooled by Gray Eagle, including finally learning English. Gray Eagle Nayeli both loves and dislikes her grandfather. Gray Eagle is a veteran of the Korean war and an ex-Marine; he is very strict with Nayeli. He believes she should be with a Lakota man, and is unashamed in his belief that the Sioux People are culturally and racially superior. He distrusts wašíču (white men) and loathes hašapa (African Americans), who he believes are all gangbangers. He calls them all "Snoop Dog". Nayeli fights with him constantly about his racism, and she does not want to be with a Lakota man. She distrusts Lakota for ostracizing and leaving her to die. Strengths Flaws ❂ Tenacious ❂ Distrusting ❂ Loves to learn ❂ Painfully shy ❂ Loyal to her friends ❂ Fascinated by death ❂ Self-reliant ❂ Loves animals ((This is my first attempt at a character story, and I know I've already missed some of N's development. I don't have much experience, so please be patient as I work it all out. Thanks so much for reading ❤️ - JM))

  14. Paul Longo is a soldier in the Colombo crime family (NYC) though operates in Los Santos, under capo regime Dominic Montemarano. His operations span out of Sabella's social club (Mirror Park) and his rackets primarily focus on murder-for-hire, armed robbery and loan-sharking. Paul Longo was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York to an underworld associated father and a stay-at-home mother. He was described as a relatively mediocre student but with a talent for sports, in particular ice hockey. Although it served him well in the hockey ring, Longo's overaggressive attitude and haste to solving issues with his fists led to an early high school exit and no college scholarship to the dismay of his mother. Longo had a job as an errand boy for local grocery owned by friend of his father and mafia inductee, Thomas Capelli. Under Capelli, Paul would begin regularly selling stolen cigarettes and liquor to his high school friends. It was here he would catch the attention of two integral players in his career of organized crime, Dominic Montemarano and Angelo Sisca. After the internal Colombo war, Montemarano proved to be on the winning side as a loyalist to Carmine Persico. It was here he would form his own crew in Los Angeles, taking Longo and Sisca across to the West Coast. It was in Los Angeles that Longo would receive his first criminal conviction for first degree assault. On the eve of the new millennia, Longo, Irishman Lenoard Collins and Colombo associates Louis Sabella and Robert Mazzari, were arrested by police for assaulting a local African-American drug dealer in Mirror Park. Collins, Mazzari and Sabella were sentenced to a year as no weapons were found on their persons, unlike Longo who was found in possession of a bat leading to three years incarceration. It is unsure as to when Longo received his knighthood in the Colombo organization. However, mafia experts believe it to be around the time of his release. And ever since his leave from prison, the Montemarano crew have flown under the radar, dabbling in low level criminal activities to avoid attention of federal agents. However, recent increases in organized crime in the West Coast, in particular the growth of a satellite crew from the Philadelphia crime family has seen Longo's resurgence. On January 22nd, Longo's long time mentor and capo, Dominic Montemarano, passed away due to a foreign flu. During his last few years, Montemarano had semi-retired in the Vinewood Hills leaving the day-to-day operations for both Longo and Sisca. Unbeknownst to Montemarano, the duo had been in long term discussions with Carroll Street through influential ex-Colombo captain, Carmine Lupo, regarding a merger between Philip Martorano's Philadelphia satellite crew. The demands from Carroll Street were straight forward: one of either Longo or Sisca must be on the panel of the newly formed borgata and 15% of all illicit earnings be returned to New York's hands. Sisca was brought forward to Martorano as his new consiglierie with Longo now taking role of capo regime in the newly formed family's Downtown crew. Unfortunately for Longo, these plans were put on halt after the murder of Anthony Limone, an associate of Longo's, slain for his disrespect of inducted Colombo member, Ernest Savona. Both Savona and Longo were arrested for the shooting alongside the clean up crew, Ronald Ganisa and Robert Bonfiglio. The latter three were offered an unrefusable plea by the District Attorney's LS office - Conspiracy of Second Degree Murder and six months incarcerastion with Savona choosing to stand trial, citing a lack of evidence. The news story of the trios' plea deal spiraled out of control with popular Los Santos News Network (LSNN) journalist, Victoria Miller, airing the story on primetime television. However, unknown to the newly formed crime family on the West Coast, Longo developed devious sexual relations with Miller and used her to damage the reputation of the DA's office claiming discrimination toward the Italian-American community. Miller revealed her undoubtable loyalty to Longo, feinting on television to avoid reading a statement to the article by the DA's office. As a result of Miller's media storm, on the 3rd January a march of over 30 stormed the courts demanding the release of Ernest Savona, orchestrated by the puppeteers behind the scenes, Longo and Sisca. (Thank you to the @The Dirty Dukefor your help with the formatting and layout. After a six month hiatus from the game, Paul Longo will be my new character going forward. This story will share personal character development, as well as screenshots from the The Philadelphia Connection faction thread.)
