The 80z main stomping grounds is in the 32nd & Prosperity apartments/houses also known as the Darkside where they are from. The WC80s has 2 subsets known as the "Darcside Infants" and the "Tiny Coast Boys." The gang is known for a lot of violence, they are known to be harassing other residents on 12th street and there has been many reports on the gang over the years from since they have started. The West Coast Crips are known for being hustlers in the hood and they also commit many crimes such as drug trafficking, armed robberies and even murders. Earlier in 2000s the area in which the gang stays have witnessed over 25 murders and over 1000+ assaults. In the month of May 2011, 75 gang members from the 80z were arrested. West Coasters ” The West Coasters (R80WCC) has a history which dates back to the early 1960s. Since then, Rolling 80s membership and territorial boundaries in, primarily, the lower 82nd & Prosperity Street area of Los Angeles, has increased to approximately 894 documented members. They are ranked among the top 10 gangs in Vespucci and approximately 275 members were served under a current gang injunction. City Attorney Carmen Trutanich said, “Through our joint efforts, we are removing thugs from the streets of Los Angeles, one gang at a time, so the residents of Los Angeles may once again walk in their neighborhoods without fear. My office’s Project T.O.U.G.H. is filing nuisance abatement actions against three gang-related properties based upon evidence of drug sales and criminal gang activity by members of the Rolling 80s street gang and their known allies at those properties. I want to thank our law enforcement partners, including the FIB, LSPD, and United States Attorney’s Office." The R80WCC has strong established ties to other Neighborhood gangs in the area, as well as to Crip prison gangs. The R80WCC is known to be involved in a variety of violent crimes including murder, assault, robberies, narcotics violations, and firearms violations. The federal investigation employed effective narcotics violations to target the gangs' upper-echelon and mid-level operators and known founders of the gang. HUD-OIG Special Agent in Charge James Todak said, “One of the primary goals of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Inspector General is to reduce fraud and abuse in HUD’s rental assistance programs. To that end, we will aggressively strive to ensure that federally subsidized residences will not be used by criminals in furtherance of their unlawful acts. We continue to work with our law enforcement counterparts to help us achieve this goal.” In a similar case, known as Operation Stone Cold, the same task force targeted the Rolling 80s in 2006. In that case, 17 federal targets were convicted and sentenced. There were also 12 state defendants convicted. A sustained approach will be made locally by the implementation of a Community Recovery Plan, which will include measures such as, increased police patrols, including enforcement and nuisance teams in the targeted neighborhood; community clean-up days, graffiti removal; abandoned vehicle impound; trash clean up; community meeting with property owners, and the coordination of youth programs in the targeted neighborhood. All of the defendants face charges that carry a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison. The majority face charges that carry up to a statutory maximum sentence of up to 40 years in prison. The federal defendants will be prosecuted by the United States Attorneys Office. They will have an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Los Santos this afternoon. The state defendants will be prosecuted by the Los Angeles County District Attorneys Office. An indictment complaint contains allegations that a defendant has committed a crime. Every defendant is presumed to be innocent until and unless proven guilty in court.

  6. Kenneth Sangosek is a second-generation Cambodian-American whose family sought asylum in the United States after surviving the Cambodian genocide under the Khmer Rogue regime. Born on July 5, 20XX, Kenneth grew up in challenging circumstances. His parents, still young and living with their own parents, struggled to maintain a stable living situation. Kenneth's father frequently faced incarceration for crimes and gang-related charges, while his mother turned to substance abuse instead of working to support the family. As a result, Kenneth often found himself staying with his grandparents or his parents' friends for extended periods, experiencing feelings of abandonment and displaying behavioral issues from an early age. Despite being an only child, Kenneth found solace in the close-knit community of Imagination Courts, surrounded by family friends, cousins, aunts, and uncles of the same age. As Kenneth entered middle school, he began to be influenced by the older crowd in his neighborhood, particularly the Courtside Gangster Bloods—a remnant of the group his father had associated with. Many of Kenneth's childhood friends also gravitated toward this lifestyle. With limited guidance, Kenneth became involved in criminal activities, serving as a store runner and assisting in acts of vandalism, car theft, and graffiti. Manipulated by the older generation in his neighborhood, he fell deeper into a life of crime. Living in the city of Vespucci, Kenneth not only faced the challenges of his geographic upbringing but also encountered racism and discrimination. Despite being an easy target due to his small stature, he refused to back down and fought fiercely, taking each loss as a personal blow, fueling a growing rage within him that eventually led to borderline personality disorder. Upon reaching high school, Kenneth grew tired of being victimized and having others fight his battles or assault him due to his association with Imagination Courts and the Courtside Gangster Bloods. Along with a friend, he purchased illegal firearms through a contact they met by word of mouth. Kenneth and his childhood friends embarked on a path of vengeance, targeting their bullies and rivals, robbing and terrorizing them for nearly a year. However, one fateful night would forever change Kenneth's life. On a fateful Sunday night, the consequences of Kenneth Sangosek's actions caught up with him. Alongside two other teenagers, including his accomplice Aiden Hyeong, fourteen-year-old Kenneth was apprehended for a string of armed robberies that had plagued the Vespucci region. This pivotal event shattered any hope for a promising future, as Kenneth was found in possession of controlled substances and an illegal firearm. The legal system swiftly acted, and Kenneth, along with Aiden, received sentences ranging from four to six years. The oldest member of their group faced even more severe charges, as his firearm was linked to multiple shootings. It was a sobering realization for Kenneth, who now had to confront the consequences of his choices. Life behind bars presented a new reality for Kenneth. Juvenile hall, in its own twisted way, expanded his horizons and exposed him to an environment resembling a fraternity. Within the confines of prison, Kenneth had the opportunity to build a reputation for himself on the streets and within the prison system. It was a stark transformation from the young boy with unresolved abandonment issues and pent-up anger. Having served his sentence and regained his freedom, Kenneth finds himself back in his neighborhood, drawn to the allure of his past. Determined to relive his youth and regain a sense of power and control, he is tempted to return to his old ways. However, he is torn between the pull of familiarity and the desire for redemption. The shadows of his past loom large, but a flicker of hope remains within him—an opportunity to defy the odds and shape a different future. Kenneth stands at a crossroads, uncertain of the path he will choose and the consequences that await him. The next chapter of his life, filled with wonder and curiosity, is about to unfold. /ame screens n menyoo dont metagame pls
  7. Courtside Gangster Bloods dates back to the late 1980s and was a product of the Cambodian Genocide in the 1970s. Many Cambodian refugees settled in the United States with many groups moving into the section 8 homes of the Vespucci Canals in Los Santos. These families were met with challenges throughout the years with their environment coming with struggles such as gang activity and money issues. Gangs that have already been established would often see these groups as an easy target to pick on. Fights, robberies, home invasions to even stabbings often occurred in their neighborhoods with them usually being the victims. This caused the beginning of a deadly and violent street gang to form in the 8100 section of the Vespucci Canals other known as Imagination Courts. The youth began to run the streets while building a reputation they could take pride in, they were in many beefs against surrounding gangs in the area but quickly fell in line when multiple males from the area would find themselves facing charges. They would build connections and quickly established a foot hold in Vespucci, they found themselves in an alliance with a Blood gang other known as the W/S Krazy Miller Boyz, an established Asian Blood street gang. This alliance caused the gang to have a falling out with many other neighborhoods, mainly Crip neighborhoods. Throughout the years they would adopt the Damu culture and claim to be Gangster Bloods. Members would be in an out of jail but maintained to keep a strong influence on the streets with a reputation of being violent. In the 2010s the gang began to deteriorate, its older members being arrested and charged for serious crimes, the youth falling apart as the structure was crumbling along with it. The blood influence stayed in the 8100 section with a couple of groups of the youth residing in the area started to band together to keep the reputation of their neighborhood flowing. Courtside Mobb was a small time clique formed by kids running around committing petty crimes in their neighborhood to keep their friends close to each other, following the formation of Courtside Mobb another clique showed up by the name of Ready For War. Both had strong ties to the Courtside Gangster Bloods. These two cliques were as tight knit as can be, the two new names posed a threat to other gangs in the area and they found themselves in street wars rather quickly. While the group quickly made a name for themselves in the drug trade of Los Santos, they also lived up to their roots and fought off rival gangs while keeping their neighborhood in tact. After the passing of a factor and close friend to everyone in the neighborhood by the name of Aiden “Gudda” Hyeong, the teens would quickly pick up the pace and were responsible for a string of shootings and robberies within the following weeks, even shootings involving the Los Santos Sheriffs Department. The noise they made would cause a shock in the city, they took their Blood affiliations more seriously which caught the attention of locked up members of the Courtside Gangster Bloods. Two high ranking members of both cliques were blessed into the Blood gang, taking their members along with it. Westside 81 Oriental Boyz is a newer name established by the youth in the Vespucci Canals, the name comes from their location being in the 8100 section of the Canals, Imagination Courts to be exact. The subset is known to be the main factor in most of the street crime in Vespucci, Los Santos. The Damu influence is being spread all across the area with its ties being directed back to CGB and the Oriental Boyz. They’ve picked up beefs throughout the years with all Crips in the area and stick to their “Crip Killer” roots.
  8. Poseidon's Warriors Motorcycle Club Backpatch CHAPTER 1 - The Beginning Paul Morrison had always loved motorcycles. There was something about the wind in his face, the roar of the engine, and the feeling of freedom that came with riding that he just couldn't get enough of. But he also knew that there were a lot of negative stereotypes associated with bikers, particularly those who belonged to Outlaw Motorcycle Clubs. He wanted to create a group of riders who could enjoy their passion without getting caught up in that kind of drama. And so he founded the Poseidon's Warriors Motorcycle Club. At first, it was just Paul and a few of his closest friends who went out for rides together. But as word spread about their group, more and more people started to join in. They all shared the same love of motorcycles, and the same desire to ride legally and responsibly. They weren't interested in getting involved in any kind of criminal activity or causing trouble in name of the Club. They just wanted to have fun and enjoy the open road. As the club grew, Paul realized that they needed to establish some ground rules to make sure everyone was on the same page. They decided that they would always wear helmets and other protective gear, and obey all traffic laws. They also agreed to help out with charity events and community service projects whenever possible, to show that they were a positive force in the community of Vespucci. Despite their good intentions, the Poseidon's Warriors MC still faced some skepticism from outsiders. Some people assumed that they must be involved in illegal activities, since they were a group of bikers. Others looked down on them for not being "real" bikers, since they didn't adhere to the 1%er outlaw code. But Paul and his friends didn't let that discourage them. They knew that they were doing something positive, and they were proud of the club they had built. Over time, the Poseidon's Warriors MC is planning to become a fixture in the community. Organize charity rides to raise money for local causes, volunteer at food banks and homeless shelters, and even start a program to teach kids about motorcycle safety. They show that you could be a biker and still be a responsible member of society. And for Paul and his friends, there was nothing more satisfying than knowing that they were making a difference in their community, one ride at a time. THE CLUB'S FACES (( Out of Character Information )) Poseidon's Warriors MC is legally based, with the core of the faction being on the legal scene - but not forced to stay there. Each and every member of the MC will have the challenge of fighting between the legal and illegal scene, considering the ground rules the Club sets for its members to keep a clean face - and trying to keep out of their name the stereotype of an outlaw MC. It's a unique project, based on a fictional MC and inspired by real life MCs who are operating all around the world without rocking the 1%er patch. To join the Club you will need to figure out their hang around spot and all recruitment is In Character. There are various ways to approach the MC through our planned events or the venues we're planning to open to work as RP Hubs between the MC and the players. We are a happy environment and we accept all roleplayers who are willing to learn and evolve their characters without RPing the typical "veteran outlaw biker" who is already initiated into the MC world, but develop through our faction, whether this ends up being an illegal or a legal outcome.

  10. 12. Dogtown Skinheads, or Dog Town Skins, is a white supremacist skinhead gang based in the Dogtown area of Vespucci Beach in Los Santos, San Andreas. The early formation of the gang was formed as a hardcore punk rock crew called Dogtown Hardcore (DHC) in the early 1980's by a group of local suburban teenagers, who were heavily influenced by the violent Southern San Andrean punk rock scene. They frequently clashed with other punk gangs out on the streets and music shows and had already gained a deadly reputation for their violent behavior. Through time, the gang developed into a skinhead gang and were highly prominent in the late 1990's. With most of the members getting lost in the loop of hard drugs, catching life sentences and ending up on state prison yards, flipping and dying to street violence, the new generation of the gang operates around tightknit areas, squathouses and gritty motels in the Vespucci Beach area of Los Santos, with their main criminal activities ranging from petty crime to methamphetamine sales, burglaries, robberies, and assaults.
  13. Westside Longos 13 (WSL13) is an exclusively Hispanic varrio, operating around the Vespucci/La Puerta area of West Los Santos. Varrio Longo 13 originated during the 1960s during the 1960s, as a single unit. They became infused with the Mexican Mafia around the 1980s like many other Hispanic street gangs that fell under the Sureno umbrella. The Longos 13 were once the largest varrio around the Harbor Area of Los Santos, but by the mid 2000s Hispanic varrios like Culver City 13, Vespucci 13, and Terror Town 13 gained more control, pushing the Longos 13 to the brink of being defunct. Varrio Longo 13 once was a single entity. By the 1970s, members broke off forming two subgroups known as the Eastside and Westside Longos, due to internal fighting. The Northside Longos were the last of the three to emerge taking roots in North Vespucci Beach. Since the inception of the Westside Longos the gang has shown harsh treatment towards different ethnic groups, this is one of the primary reason behind the formation of Asian, Samoan, and Cambodian street gangs such as the Tiny Rascals and the Asian Boyz. The Westside Longos have been considered to be the most hated criminal street gang in the Harbor City, due to the fact that they have killed members from most African-American street gangs in Vespucci Beach/La Puerta. The Westside Longos once claimed the area around Goma Street, but due to a gang injunction in 2022 by the Los Santos City Attorney the street gang lost control of the area due lack of membership. Two main leaders within Eastside Longos 13 Oscar “Sicko” Cano, and Alexander “Grumps” Ordonez were arrested after a 22 year old documented Asian Boyz gang-member was killed during April of 2022. The murder was the final straw in a 2-year investigation into the Eastside Longos, which spread to an increase in recruitment with the Westside Longos 13. During the 1990s, Vespucci Beach was at the peak of its racist history. Since the early 1900s the 'Marina Area' has experienced hundreds of racially motivated gangs popping up and being responsible for dozens of racially-motivated attacks on several different ethnic groups. Since the mid-1980s, Vespucci Beach, famous for its muscle beach, and early morning winds, has also been something of a magnet for white-supremacist gangs. Its Bay Avenue backyards, and downtown area have been gathering spots for young people whose heads, swastika tattoos, steel-toed boots and racist philosophy mark them as "skins." In the last few years, skinheads from Vespucci Beach have been linked to violent episodes both in and outside L.S. Since the late 1980s, Longos have been a part of intense battle with neighboring Crip Factions in the ‘Marina Area’ of Greater Los Santos. One of the most intense conflicts in recent time has been between Westside Longo and Rollin 20 Crip. The clique within Longos 13 responsible for most of the violent crimes with Blacc Bandit Crip was the Northside Longo 13 clique, located around N. Bay City Avenue & N. San Andreas Avenue. Due to the Police and Sheriff's Department’s county crackdown on gang-activity in the early 1990s the conflict between Blacc Bandit Crip & Northside Longos 13 was diminished as ongoing feuds between the two gangs resulted in many of members on each side either becoming incarcerated or deceased. As the conflict between Blacc Bandit Crip & Northside Longos 13 finished, other cliques within Longos 13 throughout Vespucci adopted the moniker of ‘Crip Killer’. This infuriated local Crip gangs creating tension between Longo neighborhoods and Crip neighborhoods. These tensions have been amplified by an increase in racial-attacks between ‘African-Americans & Hispanic-Americans’. Many non-gang affiliated residents become assumed gang-members by each side. Resulting in the 2004 death of ‘Tonya Price’, a local elementary teacher who was shot inside a hair-salon by reputed ‘Eastside Longos 13’ gang-member Elise Salazar. Race-related fights have afflicted school campuses across the county, but specifically in the Marina Area. Civil rights advocates say that violence has grown at an alarming rate last year, continuing the 1990 trend of more Latino versus black confrontations prompting increases in police presence as to community discussions between the ethnic groups. At the height of the racial-conflict in 'Vespucci Beach', many members of the Longo 13 street-gang were incarcerated due to the intense back and forth violence intertwined with hate crimes. This was the result of many Crip gangs in the area, as both sides partook in the war. The racial gang-war between Vespucci Beach Crips, and the Westside Longos began to meet deceleration after a peace-treaty was called between Westside Longos 13, and E/S Insane Crip Gang in 2016. The peace-treaty was the result of several gang-members from the Insane Crip Gang being apprehended for the murder of 13-year old Hispanic boy, "Michael Cerritos". Many residents in the Vespucci Beach deemed the treaty to be insincere as the Los Santos Sherriff's Department had cultivated the peace-treaty as a threat to increase civil-injunctions in the 'Marina Area'. By 2019 the treaty had become a thing of the past, individuals from Longo cliques had currently re-activated the conflict by attacking African-Americans around the S. Melanoma Street neighborhood. Due to the decline in Crip gangs remaining active in the Vespucci Beach since the Blacc Bandit Crip (Vespucci Beach), and Insane Crip Gang (Del Perro) any conflict between the Crips and Longos has become stagnant. This has allowed the Longos 13 gang to develop it's new generation of gang-members through recruiting at local high-schools in the East/North side neighborhoods of Vespucci Beach.
  14. Hate Fueled Joyride Rock Vespucci Beach March 12, 2023, 10:46 Written by Robert Grey Vespucci - A joyride turned into a nightmare for residents of Vespucci after a skinhead gang member went on a destructive rampage. Leo Mazza, a 21-year-old member of a local skinhead gang, drove through the streets of Vespucci, taking out street lights and driving over sidewalks in a meth-fueled frenzy. Mazza was eventually stopped by the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department, who had been alerted to his reckless driving by concerned residents. During the traffic stop, deputies discovered that Mazza was carrying a loaded handgun and an undisclosed amount of cocaine and pills. According to witnesses, Mazza was driving erratically, swerving in and out of traffic and narrowly avoiding other vehicles and pedestrians. He was seen driving onto the sidewalk, knocking over garbage cans and causing damage to storefronts. One resident, who asked to remain anonymous, said, "It was like something out of a movie. He was driving like a maniac, and we were all just trying to stay out of his way." Another witness, who also asked to remain anonymous, said, "It was terrifying. He was driving so fast, and I thought he was going to hit me. I'm just glad he's been caught." Mazza has been charged with a number of offenses, including reckless driving, possession of a loaded firearm, and possession of illegal drugs. He is currently being held in custody pending his arraignment. The incident has sparked outrage in the community, with many residents expressing their disgust at the actions of the skinhead gang member. "This kind of behavior is unacceptable," said one resident. "We need to come together as a community to stand up against hate and violence." The Los Santos County Sheriff's Department has vowed to continue to crack down on dangerous driving and gang-related activity in the area. "We will not tolerate this kind of behavior in our community," said a spokesperson for the department. "We will do everything in our power to keep our streets safe and to bring those responsible to justice." 17. Vespucci Beach is a popular seaside area. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and outdoor activities. Despite being the most popular beach in the country, it is also the most dangerous. The beach has the highest rates of theft, robbery, and violent crime like assault, homicide. The area is full of street gangs, the main cause of crime. One of the biggest street gangs in the area is the Asian Boyz Crips. The band was formed in the early 90's. The main reason that local Asian refugees banded together was to protect their community from atrocities, Latino and African-American gangs, and from racial attacks. The gangs were largely filled by Cambodian immigrants, but also included some from Vietnam and the Philippines. The gang is now well known, with several illegal activities to its name, such as car theft, drug trafficking, extortion, burglary and murder. The ABZ gang is a section of the big Crips gang. They are allies of several Crips sets, such as Sons of Samoa Crips, Insane Crips,Rollin 20's Crips. Another big ally is the Vietnamese Boyz gang. The gang also has other names, like Asian Crips, Asian Boys, 1226 or just ABZ. Their enemies are the East Side Longos and the Tiny Rascal Gang, but their biggest enemy is the Wah Ching Gang, with over ten murders in the conflict between the two gangs. Present day Dennis Vong spent his days at the home of one of his friends after the OGs were shut down by law enforcement a few weeks ago. When he finally ventured out onto the streets, he immediately contacted his homies to discuss what to do next. The gang picked up where the OGs left off and started reaching out to their old contacts to raise money. 18. As a second-generation Cambodian-American who has lived in Vespucci Canals since childhood, he has witnessed the harsh realities of living there, despite its visually appealing canals and grand homes. The area has been plagued by poverty and violence. Jayden's mother was a child during the Cambodian war, forced to flee with her mother to escape the violence. Unfortunately, Jayden's grandmother passed away when his mother was still very young, making it difficult for her to balance work, studies, and caring for Jayden as a single mother. As a result, Jayden rarely saw his mother in a positive light, as she was often stressed, complaining, and taking her frustrations out on him due to his father's absence. Feeling trapped, Jayden would escape the house as often as possible, spending time with local kids in the area and eventually forming their own crew. Initially, they simply represented TRS at school, but they soon progressed to tagging, and eventually tag-banging, which caused a host of new issues. Nowadays, Jayden's mother has little authority over him. He habitually disobeys her and continues to sneak out of the house whenever he pleases. TRS has become a major focus for him, and he has even ventured into new avenues to generate income for himself and his mother. His attendance at school has dwindled, and he engages in more physical altercations than ever before.
