The Tiny Rascals Gang also known as TRG, first started off as a group of Cambodians, in a need for a living after the Cambodian Civil War where many we're sent to the United States America as refugee's, many settled in the Vespucci Beach of Los Santos Sand Andreas where they still originate till this day, when first arrived they where hard of English and need of jobs having not been hired for the language gap, so as many others at the time in the 80's their where a lot of other large street gangs that would end up using the refugees as a form of money, such as attempting muggings and robbery's on them although already in deep poverty. They realized that they have had enough so they retaliated with their own mostly getting into fights in the school system. This put them into juvenile groups where they didn't think about their actions but intended on forming their own alliance between them-selves called the Tiny Rascals. As most other Cambodian refugees did at the time, they fully formed as a gang in the 1990's following the other juvenile youth groups. Multiple indictment's to the Tiny Rascals Gang, where formed under charges of murder, kidnapping, robbery, burglary, home invasion, drugs and weapons trafficking and the list continues upon all these chargers they began to get recognition in the Vespucci Beach area with even some members off other youth groups trading over to the Tiny Rascal's set, making them extremely active in the news, newspapers and media at the time, they would form multiple enemy's along with alliances, including pure hatred towards crip sets around the area and the color blue. The Rascals eventually found themselves in the big time, with them being surrounded all over the United States but shown most active in San Andreas Vespucci Beach, all younger members where shown in the area of the gang with them committing petty robberies such as not paying for food or eat and run from local LTD's or 24/7's, misdemeanor's in the work of sex, drunk driving, drug offences, resisting arrest and vandalism. Like many others at the time cliques began a rise and the introduction of flags and cloths where surroundings the whole Los Santos area, so they formed a cliques by name as Get Make Take Ckash (GMTKVSH), Top Rank Gang (TRG) that where formed of locals to the area, to get their stripes up in rank. They all consist of people wearing on grey jackets hoodies and bandana's who go by the same style. And how they formed and a subset consisting of females titled Lady's Rascal Gang (LRG) they are notices by their ruthless-ness and gang affiliation tattoo's on their body. All the cliques began to get very popular after many shootings that have took place and robberies, most claim that their wicked behavior began from the mental disease known as post traumatic stress disorder from the Cambodian Civil war, dragged down from their parents or them, themselves caught in the middle of fire or in the need to flee their own country made them crack.

Vespucci Beach is a popular seaside area. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and outdoor activities. Despite being the most popular beach in the country, it is also the most dangerous. The beach has the highest rates of theft, robbery, and violent crime like assault, homicide. The area is full of street gangs, the main cause of crime. One of the biggest street gangs in the area is the Asian Boyz Crips. The band was formed in the early 90's. The main reason that local Asian refugees banded together was to protect their community from atrocities, Latino and African-American gangs, and from racial attacks. The gangs were largely filled by Cambodian immigrants, but also included some from Vietnam and the Philippines. The gang is now well known, with several illegal activities to its name, such as car theft, drug trafficking, extortion, burglary and murder. The ABZ gang is a section of the big Crips gang.They are allies of several Crips sets, such as Sons of Samoa Crips, Insane Crips,Rollin 20's Crips. Another big ally is the Vietnamese Boyz gang. The gang also has other names, like Asian Crips, Asian Boys, 1226 or just ABZ. Their enemies are the East Side Longos and the Tiny Rascal Gang, but their biggest enemy is the Wah Ching Gang, with over ten murders in the conflict between the two gangs. Present day Dennis Vong spent his days at the home of one of his friends after the OGs were shut down by law enforcement a few weeks ago. When he finally ventured out onto the streets, he immediately contacted his homies to discuss what to do next. The gang picked up where the OGs left off and started reaching out to their old contacts to raise money. Out of Character Our aim is to give a realistic representation of the ABZ street gang on the streets of Vespucci. We also want to pay great attention to the gang's activity and the character development of the characters. Vespucci Shooting Leaves One Dead May 14, 2023, 02:27 Written by Robert Grey A shooting incident that took place on Goma Street and Palomino Avenue in Vespucci left one teenager dead on Saturday evening. According to eyewitnesses, the victim was approached by an unidentified male wearing a black ski-mask, black hoodie, and black pants. The suspect fired approximately 15 shots at the teenager before fleeing the scene through the La Spada restaurant parking lot. Police officers arrived at the location shortly after receiving a distress call from residents in the area. The victim was found lying on the ground, unresponsive and with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim's identity has not yet been released, pending notification of next of kin. The motive behind the shooting remains unclear, and investigations are ongoing. The Los Santos Police Department are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward and provide assistance in their investigation. They have also appealed to members of the public who may have witnessed the shooting or have any relevant information to contact the department as soon as possible. The shooting has left the community in shock, with residents expressing their concern about the increasing rate of gun violence in the area. Local leaders have called for measures to be put in place to curb the trend and ensure that residents can feel safe in their neighborhoods. Hate Fueled Joyride Rock Vespucci Beach March 12, 2023, 10:46 Written by Robert Grey Vespucci - A joyride turned into a nightmare for residents of Vespucci after a skinhead gang member went on a destructive rampage. Leo Mazza, a 21-year-old member of a local skinhead gang, drove through the streets of Vespucci, taking out street lights and driving over sidewalks in a meth-fueled frenzy. Mazza was eventually stopped by the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department, who had been alerted to his reckless driving by concerned residents. During the traffic stop, deputies discovered that Mazza was carrying a loaded handgun and an undisclosed amount of cocaine and pills. According to witnesses, Mazza was driving erratically, swerving in and out of traffic and narrowly avoiding other vehicles and pedestrians. He was seen driving onto the sidewalk, knocking over garbage cans and causing damage to storefronts. One resident, who asked to remain anonymous, said, "It was like something out of a movie. He was driving like a maniac, and we were all just trying to stay out of his way." Another witness, who also asked to remain anonymous, said, "It was terrifying. He was driving so fast, and I thought he was going to hit me. I'm just glad he's been caught." Mazza has been charged with a number of offenses, including reckless driving, possession of a loaded firearm, and possession of illegal drugs. He is currently being held in custody pending his arraignment. The following thread will follow the character development of Elias Cabrera, a defunct Beachside Terror affiliate.

This thread will follow the highs and lows of Goma's Most Hated, a small tagger crew of predominantly Hispanic teenagers located out of Vespucci around the neighborhoods of Melanoma Street and Bay City Ave. They primarily make ends meet through street corner drug deals, motor vehicle theft, burglaries and robberies. V-Town Buffalos The Vespucci Buffalo Soldiers, is a Black nationalistic Street crew located within the La Puerta area of Vespucci stretching from low income apartments, and homes in the proximity of Bay City Avenue such as Tug Street, and Rub street, along within Melanoma Avenue as the remaining Black Majority of Vespucci would've been gentrified to either other regions within Los Santos or to low income enclaves such as Vista Del Mar where majority of the members of the Buffalo Soldiers would reside in. Ironically the Vista Del Mar would even compressed in with more affluent areas nearby. The group composes of mainly members with African American heritage but even others belonging to the category of “Black” as a category of race due to it’s rather nationalistic, and prideful roots of how it came to exist in the first place. However, it may even rarely hold members of other races under special circumstances due to the low income areas of Vespucci being rather a melting pot of different cultures. The group first started off as all young teenagers living within the same community of each other often hanging around and finding ways to make money through whichever hustle they can find, one thing they especially loved to do was carjacking, and joy riding when it was it's earliest stage of organisation until eventually the clique organised into that of an actual gang as more connections within the Black Car in jail and outside. More members would have also been joining and intiating into the Buffalos as the crew finally now has the manpower to operate like that of a gang. The gang would often be a rather tightly knit community often keeping top relations with the locals of La Puerta almost acting as the "robin hoods." Of the community, and the Vista Del Mar as the gang intends to keep top relations with the locals due to having been around each other and growing up for a long time seeing each other and having family that's all familiar with each other one way or another. The group eventually came to it's realisation of turning the clique into an actual crew banding together in order to escape from poverty within Vespucci Beach and doing whatever it takes to do so as long as it did not harm the community in La Puerta. One big reason for the formation of the Vespucci Buffalo Soldiers was due to the fact that white supremacist organisations, or other ethnic gangs in the vicinity may often come along and harass black residents living within the proximity of Vespucci whether getting robbed, beaten, or perhaps even killed as the juvenile locals eventually grew sick of that forming their own crew finding more power in unison operating as an organisation. Overall the reasoning for it’s prideful name to be known as the V-Town Buffalo Soldiers is due to their militant nature along with its sense of identity, with the older member’s drive to organize and band up to protect each other within an outnumbered %6'er yet tightly knit community in Vespucci with racism, and aggression received from other group using the name Buffalo Soldiers as reference to the actual regiment of African American soldiers in the US army due to one thing in common being Black, and militant. History of Black Population in Vespucci It could even be said that some of the locals or members of the crew would not describe them much as a “gang.” But, rather just soldiers with a common cause to defend their community against bigger threats within Vespucci and to support each other as a community with even the older influential members of the crew themselves not seeing this as a gang but rather a movement despite it very much operating like that of a gang in the end of the day with their financial gains mostly being from criminal activities, claiming a turf, and even bringing their sense of identity wherever they go tagging up spots in the La Puerta area especially around the apartments, and low income housing they reside in as a sense of pride and identity as members will usually wear Brown rags and even rocking Buffalo Bills merch as their sense of uniformity. They will also use other forms of uniformity such as tattoos relating to the Buffalos, or over all symbolism that is evident to being that of the Buffalo soldiers or even the neighbourhood they reside in. Although having hatred for white supremacist groups, along with other street gangs flaunting their power upon the black residents of Vespucci they usually appear to more focus on making money, along with gaining more power as a priority rather than constant clashes with other groups however do have no qualms engaging in conflict to those who trouble them but in the end of day their main motivation is money, and power in order to help them operate in respect of defending their community, along with bringing more profit towards the gang. While most gangs appear to make most of their profits from the sale of narcotics. This doesn't appear to be the case for the Buffalo Soldiers with members mainly having an affinity for grand theft auto with them being responsible for the increasing reports of missing vehicles, along with robberies being conducted on vehicles with members still yet to be caught in action from how covert their procedures area whenever engaging in vehicle theft. Eventually all that changed as the clique evolved into that of a gang with some form of organisation as nowadays they engage in other forms of criminal activities such as drug dealings, robberies, financial scams, as they grew more vast, and ambitious now adopting a policy of "hustle by any means." As the group grown larger they started facing away from their original affinity of grand theft auto, and joyriding from when the original founders of the group were often hardcore car thieves, and joyriders, as they now built more connections, and gained more manpower to operate like that of an actual gang rather than that of a clique. Members often have various ways of identifying themselves as stated they will usually flag themselves with Brown Rags, along with tattoos related to crew with abbreviations of “Buffalo Soldiers.” or overall symbolism related to the Buffalo soldiers or even the neighbourhood they reside in. Overall it could be easy to identify a member of the group if they appear to openly appear to flaunt their belonging to the gang or perhaps not if the member so chooses not to express their loyalty with tattoos but it can indeed be spotted out carefully from their choice of colours or their behaviour and members often having black nationalistic views in their choice of ideologies. They also appear to have an insignia team with that being of the Buffalo Bills as members will often wear merch or caps related to the Buffalo Bills even using tattoos related to the NFL team too in relation to the name "Buffalo Soldiers." The Eastside Insane Crips The Insane Crip Gang (ICG) is the largest African-American criminal street gang located on the East Side of Vespucci Beach, San Andreas. They are primarily located in Central Vespucci Beach, originating on 21st Street and Magellan Ave, spreading to surrounding blocks. The Insane Crips fall under 3x Trays and are known to sports apparel by the Oakland Raiders (formerly known as the Los Angeles Raiders), with black and gray as their primary colors. The Insane Crips consist of three cliques the Big Insane Crips (21st Street), which mainly consist of the original members. The Young Foundation Crew (YFC), is the second clique to spun after the original clique, primarily composed of members from the 2nd generation. Followed by the third clique known as the Baby Insane or the Baby Insane Crips (BIC), established in the early 1990s, on 23rd Street in Vespucci Beach. The Insane Crips are known for wearing Black and Gray and sporting the Cleveland Indians and Raiders teams to represent their street gang. This apparel leaves huge targets on the Insane Crips especially due to them being one of the biggest and most hated gangs inside of Vespucci Beach. The group also represents their fallen rapper "ManiaC" who passed away in a shootout with the police. ManiaC is known for his song "Walk Down" which was made with the help of known artist from Vespucci (Hardhead) from Black Bandit Crips. Hardhead later passed away after being murder by his opposition in the street. The Lifestyle that the people of Vespucci have to live in isn't okay, plenty of Insane Crips come from the sleeping on the street type of generation. These teenagers live their life in hunger in the street and always want to get their way out of the life. This storyline will follow the Baby Insane Crips and their lifestyle, including some of them attempting to make their way outside of the life, and some forcing themselves to stay in that life due to them liking that lifestyle. The Insane Crip Gang Background The East Side (E/S) Insane Vespucci Beach Crips are a large African American street gang that is situated mainly on the east side of Vespucci Beach, San Andreas. They have several sub-gangs that comprise its membership such as Young Foundation Crew, Baby Insane, and Big Insane. They have a major rivalry with Rollin 20s Long Beach Crips, East Side Pain, Water Front Piru, Scottsdale Piru, Carson West Side Piru, Dominguez Varrio 13, Kalas Park Bloods, Kabbage Patch Piru, and especially the Varrio Longo 13 gangs in Long Beach. For a long time, they shared an alliance with the Hoover Criminals Gang making the "Hoosane Alliance". The heart of their hood is on 23th Street and Palamino Avenue and stretches across most of the Eastside of Vespucci Beach.
