    Chasing Wolves.

"What ever happened to the woman I knew?" This thread has been created to follow the development of Maura Lyne, after the abandonment of the Mannix Family and her late husband's death. Maura Lyne was born into an Irish lineage, as a second generation immigrant in West Virginia. Raised as an only child with a rare acceptance of an absent mother throughout her years, her father was left to make ends meet to keep the two comfortable. She developed a sense of independence and responsibility at a young age, gaining her passion for working with plants and serving others within the family-owned bar. A simple childhood to a poor family. Her parents eventually filed for divorce, leaving her mother to pass away around her late teen years. Heartbroken and unsure on how to deal with his daughter, he sent her to Los Santos around the age of nineteen with a minimal amount of money. Maura found her way to Paleto Bay and started a job at the Mojito Inn, serving as a waitress and bartender for the family running the Inn. She became close to Harvey Mannix, joining the family and working alongside others in legal and illegal terms. The duo went steady falling in love for a little over three years, leaving Harvey to propose; and Maura accepted. Mannix treated her well, but eventually his harsh life and ways caught up to the pair, and Maura was left as a young widow at twenty six years old. Left to guide her own late husband's legacy and help out her straining brother in law, she was forced to change. [ Please do not metagame the information posted in this thread. ]

  10. DIEGO REYES circa 2021. Born into the back street projects of Magellan Avenue to Mexican American parents, Diego Reyes has always called Vespucci home. As a child Diego was quite bright and attentive, however this changed when his father left after an affair with a co-worker. His focus and general demeaner shifted after this traumatic event which left him without a male role model in his life. He was raised by single mother Maria, who in time, he would become very protective of. Maria, a nurse at Hope Health Medical Centre, always encouraged him to do well in school. However, from a young age, Diego showed signs of learning difficulties and issues with attention. This caused him to disconnect from his learning and subsequently perform poorly in his schooling. In 2017, mother Maria was involved in a violent car accident after working back-to-back overtime night shifts without proper rest. She fell asleep at the wheel and swerved into oncoming traffic where she was struck by another vehicle. Fortunately, the other party didn’t sustain major injuries, however Maria was left critically injured, and with long-lasting spinal nerve damage to her back, which to date causes her chronic pain. She also received a suspended sentence for dangerous driving and was put on a child services watch list for the wellbeing of Diego. Maria was prescribed Oxycodone medication to deal with her chronic pain. Fast forward 12 months and Maria had become addicted to the medication, abusing it on a daily basis. She was fired from Hope Health after being found stealing inventory to support her drug habit. She was later forced to take up welfare, and move out of her Magellan home with Diego as she was unable to make rent. The family of 2 then moved into the Vespucci Ghettotel, securing an ongoing room for cheap thanks to a personal friend in the complex’s management. Diego was forced to step up and provide for him and his mother. Maria received basic welfare cover for her and Diego each week, but much of this was used to support her Oxy addiction. Diego attempted to find after school work, however when that failed, began stealing from nearby convenience stores and scamming people on Vespucci beach with a friend from the neighbourhood. He then graduated to selling small amounts of marijuana and breaking into cars and personal property to scrape by. Today, Diego is a 16 year old hustler and aspiring street artist. He is enrolled in Vespucci High School, but has a poor attendance record – mostly only showing up for art classes and P.E. Diego spends the rest of his time running low level scams around the bayside area, and hustling for what little money he can to survive. Operating under the moniker DCYHPR, Diego also spends a large amount of time vandalizing local property with graffiti art. He uses the painting as a form of expression, and a creative outlet. It is his one true passion in life, and the only thing he has which brings him joy. Diego is ultra-protective of his mother, despite her now crippling addiction and general neglect for her child. He is determined to continue providing for them, irrespective of the means as she is all he has. He has a survivalist attitude, low attention span and can become aggressive if cornered, or made to feel insecure. He also has problems with authority, stemming from numerous police and child services encounters. Locals describe him as a delinquent with a silver tongue, a reference to his charisma and ability to smooth talk. He is also easily persuaded and often succumbs to peer pressure. This thread will follow the story of Diego Reyes.
  11. * Anthony Narvaez was born in Los Santos, he was born in 2006, aging him fifteen years old now, Anthony was raised by mainly his father only, his mother was out of the picture as she was busy getting high and making money, not caring much about Anthony in general, she thought Anthony was a curse laid upon her by god as punishment for her habits. Anthony was raised around the Vespucci area, growing up in a neighborhood with much gang activity and violence he was taught early on by his father to stay away from it all, his father wanted was for him to go to school and study for a good and stable future so he wouldn't have to live down in areas like this and have a good and happy life in general. Anthony's father was employed at a shitty job at the docks, working hard for the most minimal pay, just enough to afford rent and buy food. As Anthony grew up, he was quick to realize that his father's plans weren't going to work as he wasn't the most smartest or brightest, he was doing bad at school, not paying attention much to the teachers and mostly clowning around, not getting the grades his father wanted him to get, it didn't take long for Anthony to be suspended from school, whilst being suspended Anthony was out on the street, chilling it up with the kids and people his father taught him to stay away from but he couldn't any longer, he began becoming involved with the people from the area and started doing other things to make money so he wouldn't feel like a total bum.
  12. Mateo Banderas • Mateo Banderas was born in Los Santos and he was raised around gang violence, all his uncles, everyone he knew was in prison. Mateo had a bad childhood since his father went to prison when he was 10, and a lot of his uncles got locked up, for gang related crimes. Mateo was looking up to to be like his father until he was 10, and momma died at young age, so she was never in his life, Mateo was living with his uncle until he was 14, but now his uncle is serving a 25-year prison sentence for first-degree murder. Mateo's parents didn't leave much for him, most of the money was spent on buying drugs and booze. Mateo started selling small quantities of drugs now and then, working under one of the guys from his neighborhood. Mateo dropped school when his uncle got locked up, he was 15, he started making cash from being on the street, trying to always make cash even if it comes with troubles. Mateo spends most of his time outside, he doesn't really know what it means to love and have a family because he was raised between gang members, he always woke up on banging on the table into his family house, with a bunch of people dealing drugs and passing cash for his father. Due to his father being in the world dealing drugs while he was young he knows how to respect older people around the street and when to keep his mouth shut. Why Trigger? One day, Mateo was selling marijuana and coke when suddenly some random people pulled up with their guns at one of the gang members, Mateo made a run towards the backdoor and grabbed a handgun off the table. Young local kids watching through the windows witnessed Mateo shooting wildly and blindly at the individuals, not hitting a single person but causing a big gap between him and the random. After that day the local kids around the hood started calling Mateo "Trigger". Name: Mateo Banderas Date of Birth: 10/17/2002 Current age: 18 Y/O. Birthplace: Los Santos Known as: TRIGGER Residence: Vespucci Beach, Los Santos Tattoos: His body would be blasted in Vespucci 13's gang related tattoos. He would have a "Trigger" tattoo visible on his neck that stands out. Family: Unknown [Mother] [Status: Unknown] Anthony Banderas [Father] [Status: Alive, Jailed] Loves: Respect - Loyalty - Honesty - Smoking. Fears: Losing someone close. Dislikes: Laziness - Lying. Scammer, This character uses online scams in order to make their money. You may have seen those "turn $40 into $400" posts on social media. That's this type of character, trying to catch those vulnerable enough to fall for their scams. They're interested in getting credit card information and buying what they need with the stolen credit cards. Crash Dummy, A send-off kid, usually reckless and wild. This is a person that you could send off to do anything and everything that you wanted, no matter how dangerous it can turn. It's evident that this person is fueled by adrenaline, and they like it so they do whatever they can to keep themselves riled up. Crash dummies are more than likely going to end up dead or prison at a young age and are one of those types of people you wouldn't wanna always hang with because of the danger level. Robber, This character steals things. He's breaking into homes or robbing others at gunpoint. You can recruit others to help you with your schemes, or do these missions solo. The items are probably sold online, or to others in the neighborhood. All Talk, This character has a very loud mouth. This character is talking the talk, and may or may not be able to walk the walk. This character probably utilizes social media to the fullest, going on Instagram Live, posting pictures on Facebook, etc. They want to be seen and wanna talk their shit to any and everybody. Demons and Ghosts

Diego and Cesar Garza were born on the 1st of January, 2003. The duo were born and raised in Vespucci, Los Santos. Diego and Cesar are Latino-Americans. Twin’s father is an original Latino and their mother is Latin-American. Diego and Cesar were grown up in a violent family environment, their father and mother never stopped arguing and fighting, their father always beat them violently. Diego has been acting strange and violent since he was born, the little kid used to hurt his brother in numerous ways and his violence would grow day by day. Cesar was the good kid who would run to his parents after Diego has hurt him, which would cause the parents to fight again and Diego get himself beaten up. Their father believed their mother was /Cursed/ and called her that in front of the kids. The twins grew up and entered schools, they had no friends, everyone was afraid of how mischief Diego was and no one talked to Cesar just because he’s Diego’s brother. Cesar managed to do a couple of friendships because of his good nature but his friendships would later be ruined by his brother. Along the years Diego and his parents managed to affect Cesar until Cesar was just like his brother, brothers bonded by violence and mischief. On the 6th grade the twins beat a kid almost to death because the kid ruined a prank they were pulling on another kid. The rest of the kids’ parents were concerned about their kids who would go back home bruised or beaten or “The evil twins” so they were called took their stuff until the school decided to call for the twins’ parents. Why “Demon” nickname? Demons are angels who rebelled against God as mentioned in all the religious books. They are pure spirits who have never been human before. Ghosts are spirits of human beings who have died. Ghosts generally experienced some sort of trauma in their life. On 2014, their parents argued again while they were in the kitchen, their father attacked their mother and started beating her non-stop until the mother grabbed a knife and shoved it right into their father’s neck, their father died right in front of their eyes. The twins were in shock not because of their father's death but because they knew their mother “The only one they love and care about” is in deep trouble now. Judges later concluded the mother to be released as she’s been facing violence and she was protecting herself and her kids. The twins dropped school to work since their father “The source of income” died. The Twins were introduced to the gang life and found themselves the life that suits them which requires nothing but violence to make money. They made their way up quick and have been known for getting shit done. Diego was later on called “Demon” because of his evil nature which was obvious to everyone, Cesar was named “Ghost” because he somehow still had a human in him. The Twins are now ragged members of the Vespucci 13 gang, living with their mother in Magellan Ave. Diego's personal traits. 16. Vespucci 13 is one of the largest Sureño gangs on the West Coast. The gang calls Magellan Avenue it’s home. The gang’s presence dates back to the mid 1900’s, but is slowing down in numbers due to rapid gentrification. History: In the late 1940’s Los Santos’ development of freeway 405 forced Mexican American communities to move out west towards Vespucci, Del Perro, and Morningwood. As a result of the waves of lower income immigrants the Vespucci area earned the moniker “Ghetto by the Sea.” The area was known by the locals to be one of the cities largest tourist traps due to it’s easy access to the beach. Above sits Fernando Barela and Raymond Ayala from left to right. In the 1950’s Vespucci had a second wave of mass immigration with the population almost doubling. In this second wave came Fernando Barela and Raymond Ayala. Both were in their early teens when they met at Vespucci Middle School. Immediately the two grew a close bond and began to push marijuana and heroin for Ayala’s older cousin, ‘Magic’. The two were very successful in their trade and made a name for themselves. By the time they had graduated highschool they had younger family members selling for them. In 1964 they had amassed a group of almost thirty teenagers. It was then that the two decided to adopt the moniker Vespucci 13. The name clearly pays homage to both the Mexican Mafia and the area in which they lived. There have been several Vespucci 13 members who have affiliated themselves with the eMe such as Rene Blajos and Emilio Montoya, and the two groups keep a close relationship both in and out of the prison system. In the 1990's Vespucci 13 was one of the targets of a large gang injunction. Three gangs were tagged in the Far West Los Santos Gang Injunctions, and their activity on the streets was very low throughout this period. The gang injunction however did reach it's end and the gangs began to openly gather outside and resume to their ghetto lifestyles. Vespucci today: Vespucci trece is currently being led by Peter “BANDIT” Loyola and Tomas “SPOOKY” Ordonez. The gang has been losing power and numbers as a result of the rapid gentrification of far West Los Santos hoods, however there are quite a few active members spread among the organization's five cliques. The gang is known for its involvement in trafficking drugs for several organizations such as La eMe and Mexican Drug Trafficking Organizations (MDTO’s). The key drugs pushed by the neighborhood are marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine, and heroin. Vespucci 13 is no stranger to robbery. All sorts of robberies seem to go down in Vespucci, whether it be armed, home, or vehicular. Active Beef: CULVER CITY 13: The beef between Vespucci 13 and Culver City 13 is remarked as one of the largest current beefs in all of Los Santos both in measure of time and lives. Culver City Highschool and Venice Highschool were always bitter rivals in terms of sports. In the late 1960’s both neighborhoods claimed the same corner and had local drug dealers post up and deal drugs off of it. The two gangs did not like that the other had their dealers pushing on the corner they claimed as their own. Drug dealers from either gang were getting jumped back and forth until the fights grew larger. To protect the dealers and the claimed ‘turf’, members from both groups would stand on the block and press their rivals. The gangs were quick to involve themselves in massive brawls and fights, however guns were resorted to after only a few months. The homicide rate on the far west side of Los Santos shot up, and has yet to fall back down to where it once was. Each side has lost a lot of members and the beef seems to have no resolution because most current members of either gang have family who've been murdered by the other side. The picture above shows disrespect to the Del Perro 13 gang by crossing out DP13 tattoos and replacing them with Vespucci related calligraphy. 187 SMAKAS refers to penal code number 187 referring to murder, and "Smacks" being the DP13 gang diss. Del Perro 13: The static between Del Perro 13 and Vespucci 13 has been long going ever since the 1950's. The tension between the two groups originated as a school rivalry, however during a lowrider show in 2009 it escalated. Attending this show was a high respected Vespucci 13 member, Daniel Cortez, and a Mexican Mafia tax collector who were discussing politicks in Del Perro when several members of the Del Perro 13 gang recognized Cortez's tattoos. The Del Perro members instantly began pressing Cortez about his affiliations and where he was from before allegedly disrespecting the tax collector during a verbal altercation. During this altercation the tax collector stated his affiliation to the Mexican Mafia, and a Del Perro member disrespected said affiliation which was taken as disrespect to the Mexican Mafia. Del Perro 13 was ultimately greenlit by the Mexican Mafia and for months were the targets of a string of shootings. The best known attack in this web of murder is referred to as the Virginia Park incident. Isaias Lopez and Jose Romo-Soto were shot by Vespucci 13 members, killing Romo-Soto and gravely wounding Lopez. Lopez, on what he thought was his deathbed, attested that an African-American Vespucci 13 member was the driver and shooter involved in this incident. The shooter was eventually caught. Lopez ended up living and was marked as a snitch. This incident further alienated the two gangs and increased the already hostile tensions. The conflict between the two gangs has lived on for over 70 years and is still being acted on in modern times. Thread credits go out to @XIKand @Miggs

  18. "Suh, dudes!" Kristen Gary, also known as the local 'Vespucci Witch'. Is a strange individual. Raised by catholic parents in Vespucci Beach, being taught how to read the bible and go to sunday school was not the thing for her. She instead got the influence from the streets of Dogtown and Goma during the mid-2010's. Stealing liquor, cigarettes and bikes was her way of 'fun'. Not reading a book and listening to Christian rock. Being able to smuggle in Hardcore Punk albums from the various music stores around Los Santos, she developed a full on persona for the punk lifestyle. Leaving her home at the age of 17 to live on her own around the city, until she found her way back into Vespucci Beach once more, only without her parents support or love. To her, the street punk lifestyle was everything worth living for. Taking down the corruption and the jerks ruining her neighborhood was her true calling in life. She became homeless at the age of 18. Living in various dumpsters and containers she felt comfortable around was more than enough for her. She only needed her cigarettes, her bike and her music. Being around the various gangs on VB also took a huge hit on Kristen. Especially the Dogtown punks and the Goma Street gangsters. She could literally hang around anyone and be comfortable, except obvious outsiders, or as they call them, "Tourists". 19 years of age, Kristen felt more and more lonely. She didn't feel worthy enough of being around such an area like Vespucci. She figured, "Hell, I'm getting a damn dog!". And so, she went to the local shelter and adopted her trusty pooch 'Fat-Bastard". They've been together ever since. So what does Kristen do, exactly? She just lives there. Vespucci is her home, and she knows it. She loves every local in there, criminal or not. To her, Vespucci is life. Stay Punk, Kristen Gary. (This will follow the life of the Gutter Punk known as Kristen Gary! Follow her while she drinks, bikes and mischiefs around Vespucci! Get to meet her local friends, and the pesky outsiders! There will be screenshots everyday of her adventures! Let's rock!)

  20. Magellan Organized Crime Group The Magellan Organized Crime Group is a clandestine criminal syndicate that has established a vice-like grip on the underground economy of Los Santos. Operating in the shadows, the organization is renowned for its proficiency in various illegal activities, including underground banking, clean-up crews, and drug trafficking. Notoriously elusive, the true identity of the organization's enigmatic leader remains shrouded in mystery. Foundation and Expansion Magellan's roots can be traced back to the turbulent days of the Martorano Crime Family. The organization's enigmatic leader, referred to as "The Spider," is rumored to be the nephew of a powerful Martorano underboss. Surviving multiple brutal wars during the height of the Martoranos, The Spider emerged unscathed and founded the Magellan Organized Crime Group. Since its inception, the group has diversified its operations, with a stronghold in the legal world of Los Santos. Inferno Investment Group and Nightlife Monopoly Magellan's financial prowess is exemplified through its creation of the Inferno Investment Group. Specializing in investments primarily within the nightlife industry, Inferno has monopolized a myriad of nightclubs and bars that serve as money laundering fronts for the organization. The crown jewel of this empire is the Versuz Nightclub, nestled in Vespucci, which also houses the company's headquarters. Inferno Entertainment Group, a subsidiary of Inferno Investment Group, operates and manages the nightclubs. Boasting a vast network of DJs and a high-profile clientele, the entertainment arm ensures a constant flow of funds into Magellan's coffers. The Spider: King of Shadows, Architect of Order At the epicenter of the Magellan Organized Crime Group, an enigmatic figure, known only as "The Spider," orchestrated the intricate dance of power and influence that defined the organization's existence. A master strategist and architect of order, The Spider was the undisputed Maestro of Shadows, ensuring the organization ran like a well-oiled machine even as he maintained a vice-like grip on its direction. Masterful Stratagem and Architect of Order The Spider's strategic brilliance formed the bedrock upon which Magellan thrived. Operating with a foresight reminiscent of a grand chess master, he orchestrated every move to safeguard the organization's interests and expand its reach. The Boss's ability to think several steps ahead in the ever-evolving game of organized crime in Los Santos established him as a formidable force within the city's shadows. His role as the Architect of Order extended beyond the realm of street-level enforcement. The Boss formulated overarching strategies that seamlessly blended criminal endeavors with the legitimate enterprises managed under the Inferno Investment Group. This dual-pronged approach allowed Magellan to cloak its illicit activities in the guise of legitimate business operations, creating a complex web that confounded law enforcement and rival organizations. Focused Leadership and the Inferno Empire While Magellan's underbelly thrived in the shadows, The Spider strategically focused his attention on Inferno Investment Group and its myriad legal ventures. As the CEO of Inferno, he oversaw a sprawling empire that monopolized the nightlife industry, infiltrating the city's legitimate economy with establishments that served as both fronts for money laundering and thriving entertainment hubs. The Spider's involvement in legal ventures went beyond mere financial gains. He leveraged Inferno to establish influential connections within the city's elite, cultivating relationships that provided the organization with additional layers of protection. The integration of criminal and legitimate enterprises under The Spider's astute leadership solidified Magellan's status as a force that operated on multiple fronts with unparalleled finesse. Maintaining an Iron Fist Despite his focus on legitimate endeavors, The Spider maintained an iron fist within the organization. His directives were clear, and disobedience was met with swift and severe consequences.
