  1. What the fuck is happening? Why are Second Life characters roaming Los Santos and taking out criminals in firefights? This roleplay fucking sucks. I cannot think of a single instance where a cat girl showing up in an alleyway to Mozambique Drill somebody with a concealed-carry would improve the scene. People's characters clearly need more scrutiny before they are issued with these licenses so that we can stop any more of this goofiness. Not every civilian should be armed 24/7. Stop giving people who are just playing really weird videogame avatars of themselves easy access to guns. Please discuss.

  2. Thread follows the lives of certain people living in San Andreas and their endeavors with Mexican Organized Crime as independent narcos. The thread should NOT be mistaken for a Cartel faction, instead it's just an independent group of primarily; Paisas, that are involved in the same network so to speak. As of currently speaking we're not a faction and don't currently aspire to be one, at the moment. Bare in mind you don't need to roleplay Mexican to get anywhere, there's tons of Caucasians, African-Americans and Asians involved with Mexican Organized Crime in real life. It's an American based network. The thread as is will basically the remain the same concept it has been since November-December of last year (2021).

  3. Short description: Allow ROLEPLAYED CAPITAL PUNISHMENT, by those who want to roleplay it. Detailed description: We had a recent case of a player with a great character development who was sentenced to death (post in additional information). Legal Faction Management ( @HaveADream, and I don't know if others) didn't let the roleplay of the capital punishment happen because they are OOCly uncomfortable with that idea. No one is forcing anyone to watch the roleplay, those who are uncomfortable should simply not assist, but OOC ideology of admins shouldn't be the thing ruling us. Capital punishment is a thing in our beautiful San Andreas, and it should be roleplayed, as long as there is enough willing people to do it. NO ONE IS FORCED TO, IF YOU ARE SENTENCED TO DEATH, AND YOU DON'T WANT THE RP TO HAPPEN JUST GET CKED BY AN ADMIN AND THAT'S THAT, BUT IF YOU WANT TO, AND THERE ARE ENOUGH DEPUTIES/DOCTORS THAT WANT TO, THEN DON'T STOP IT FROM HAPPENING! And for the famous argument of: California has not condoned capital punishment in a long time There is the final answer of: This is not California, this is San Andreas, and we have a worse crime and murder rate that Honduras, if California had this crime rate it would be different. We don't follow California law. Commands to add: None Items to add: None How would your suggestion improve the server?: Well, give more freedom, instead of stablishing a censorship on certain topics, when they are a thing in game. OOC ideology should NEVER be the thing ruling the game, and the roleplay. There was no reason other than OOC ideology to forbid this roleplay from happening. It is not acceptable. The player had to NPC it, taking some really good roleplay that only happens once in a blue moon from us. I do appreciate Have A Dream, I do think HAD is a person who puts a lot of work, and is very cooperative, but with all due respect, it's kind of bullshit for an admin to be able to say This doesn't fit my OOC ideology so it will be abolished in game, or at least not roleplayed. We have SUICIDE, TORTURE, RAPE, AND CONSTANT MURDER ON THE SERVER, now Capital Punishment is the sensitive topic? Additional information:

  5. Me, a criminal: I should be careful. If I or someone else uses a firearm, it will draw unnecessary attention. I may be injured or killed. No matter how confident I may be that I have the upper hand, in a moment a stray bullet or knife swing could change everything. Them, a catgirl: stop in the name of the law xD pew pew HELLO POWICE? >:3 he's DOWN. pwease make the interview fast i have to be at da club o.o chu is stupid *fires off two more rounds in to the corpse*

  7. rape - ☑️ torture - ☑️ lethal injection - ❌❌❌ ABSOLUTELY NOT I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU WOULD SUGGEST SOMETHING SO INCONSIDERATE AND GROSS support. i don't see why it can't be RPd if everyone involved oocly consents - especially when it brings ACTUAL, substantial roleplay and development for all involved.

  9. I'm creating this thread after reading about the fuss someone made after a similar faction got approved as official instead of theirs. While I don't know any of those two faction members, I started to think about the faction system as a whole. Factions are good to organize roleplay in different branches and to show that roleplay in their respective forum thread, but I think they end up segmentating the roleplay a lot. A faction is a specific thing, a street gang, a MC, a mob, etc. Civilians, who aren't part of any LEO or official faction, and don't want to be a gang member, biker or mobster are usually left in a limbo. Also factions are usually led by people who are OOC friends and they sometimes end up dying when those people stop playing. I understand that factions come from SAMP servers and they've always worked fine, but I'd think factions should evolve into communities. Little Seoul could be an example of that. A community would be a wider group of people, from different backgrounds and interests, who share some things in common and a specific location in the map. A community could have different sub groups, interacting with each other. A specific area can have a couple of gangs, a biker club, local residents, legal businesses, etc. Within a community there can be friendships, rivalries, drama. But everyone should share the same OOC goal of creating a realistic and complex area to roleplay. For example, Instead of having different italian mobs popping up and then vanishing, you could have a Little Italy neigborhood, where different families coexist, either peacfuly or not, struggling for power, also living with civilians, offereing different kind of RP. Same could happen in any other area of the map. I'm just giving my two cents here. I think organizing the rolepaly in communities instead of factions would be helpful to create more variety and deeper connections. Another Example, let's say Sandy Shores, it could perfectly be a community, having a biker gang, hippies, legal business owners, a tourist agency, Police officers who happen to live there. Instead of segmentating those in different factions / groups, Sandy Shores would have its own thread, own discord group, etc.

  11. It's been a thing since forever, it shouldn't be abolished because someone is OOC'ly offended and doesn't politically agree with it.

  12. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinatown,_Los_Angeles Do some research on Sonoratown's demise, the rise of Little Italy, it's fall, and the rise of New Chinatown before you call it a conflicting truth. We compliment one another, but you don't seem to think that.

  13. if there is some context that would make it okay for a cat girl to eject a handgun from her vagina, take out a criminal in close quarters combat and then notify the police using videogame terminology, people would love to hear it

  14. Ban mallrats from obtaining CCWs. They can have PFs (have guns in their houses, cars, businesses) but definitely shouldn't be carrying guns on themselves all the time.
