I'm sure most of you are familiar with Banham Canyon and the type of 'characters' hanging out at that area. At what point is something like this https://streamable.com/mpc9v0 considered 'roleplay' instead of self-inserting with a vague concept of a character just so you can race around with your buddies 7 days a week in your Elegies? How many of the people involved in GTAW's street racing groups actually care about their characters and others? People drive recklessly, go to jail on their first-generation immigrant Japanese characters like it's no big deal and go back to doing the same shit the next day. There's no notion of fear, no risk of being deported or losing your car. You might go ahead and say that you RP every car accident you're involved in thoroughly, but that's no excuse: it's a requirement. This is a roleplay server after all, not a freeroam racing one.

E/S Main Street Neighborhood Crips The Start - The Main Street Mafia Crips, also known as the Main Street Parc Boyz are a predominately African-American street gang on the Southeast Side of Los Santos. The Parc Boyz weren’t much of a street gang, more of a club filled with friends. The Parc Boyz started off as a bunch of younger teenagers chilling at the 97th Street Park. The Parc Boyz weren’t a violent group of friends at all, they didn’t get into any violence, until it was their last resort to protect themselves around their neighborhood. Once the Bloods and Crips started to form, some of the members realized what that would bring to the Parc Boyz, instantly throwing them into the feud with other gangs around the area. The Fallout of The Hoovers and Main Streets - Before the night of August 6, 2009, the Parc Boyz and the Hoovers had one of the closest alliances in LS gang culture. Allegedly, MSPBZ hosted a house party and invited the Hoovers, which turned deadly in a matter of time. As a result, the Main Streets murdered a 13 year old boy in cold blood. The 13 year old, Dequawn Allen, was walking down Roy Lowenstein, when he was approached by a group of Main Street Parc Boyz. They then checked the male about his affiliations, in which he said he was from "94 Hoover Criminal Gang." The Main Streets then murdered the young boy, sparking an ongoing war between the two. Gotti 3 was an outstanding member of Main Street Parc Boyz. Allegedly, there was evidence of the 924 Hoovers going back and forth with the Main Streets over the internet, so Gotti took it upon his own hands to solve the issue. On May 31, 2017, Gotti #3 or Pat Rat drove to 104th and Main Street and set-off a shootout with the Hoover Criminals. The Hoovers then returned fire and struck Gotti in his head, killing him on the scene. That day, officers were responding to a potential robbery when they seen Gotti #3 dead in the middle of the street. After doing investigation, they noticed that his vehicle was no longer at the scene, which caused confusion. Because of Gotti’s courageous efforts, the 98 Main Street Parc Boyz adopted the name Gotti World or Gotti Gang. This is a popular trend amongst many gangs, they often glorify their dead by renaming cliques after the deceased. A 25-year old male from Parc Boyz, who's name will be disclosed, was arrested in connection with a shooting on Forum Dr back in 2014. Allegedly, the male was in a vehicle with two passengers and they were on the way to the movies. Then, a red Nissan Altima pulled up, letting off shots into the vehicle. The two backseat passengers were murdered and the 25-year old was struck in his shoulder. Although the male was shot, he returned fire killing the shooter, an alleged 924 Hoover Criminal. In June of 2014, the Main Streets took another loss. Nut was a member of the Parc Boyz who was a highly-loved and respected member of the gang. He allegedly was standing near a burgundy sedan on the 100 Block of Jamestown St, when a white/silver vehicle approached him with two passengers. The driver's passenger then let off shots into Nut's vehicle, hitting him multiple times and killing him. He was later found dead at the scene. His death caused a lot of confusion within the neighborhood because they simply could not believe that he had died. And of course, there were repercussions of his death. The Transition - The transition from the Main Street Mafia Crips over to the 984 Neighborhood Crips which is a combination between both the 98 Main Street Neighborhood Crips and the 84 Main Street Neighborhood Crips was a tough and long decision. They are the only Rollin Neighborhood Crips on the Eastside. The 98 Main Street Neighborhood Crips claim “90ty Gang” while the 84 Main Street Neighborhood Crips claim “80ty Gang” It started in 2020, at a local party in the area a member of 99 Mafia Crip noticed his girlfriend dancing with a member in the clique. Words were exchanged between the men and came to find out the duo was fooling around with the same female. This small argument became even larger as members from both groups began to jump in and as strangers around the party instigated the situation. This led to multiple firearms being drawn and a couple of shots being let off, clearing out the party. These “couple” of shots left one male from Main Street dead; and when other members from Main Street found out about the death, most blamed Kimani “GetDown#2” Wheeler for being too hotheaded and hostile, which set off a gang war. From 2020-2021 the crime rate in East Los Santos, SA spiked, as a result from the 2020 shooting. As time flew by, more Main Streets became detained leaving the reckless ones to roam the streets alone. These teens became more and more sloppier and East Los Santos turned into a hotspot for police arrest. With no guidance the Main Streets are nothing more than any other gang in East Los Santos, a gang with no central leadership and no vision or goals. With the older generation of Main Streets either detained or too centered around their dependence on drugs for the expectation of the group's future. It left a gap in the program; less put-ons, less hustlers, and less African-American teens making it past 18. However, as the saying goes, “history repeats itself.” Most of the younger generation stopped claiming “Mafia” as a whole and decided to move on. The transition was caused mostly due to the Rollin 90 Neighborhood Crips and Main Streets close ties, they thought it would be a good decision to change to a different card. They also share most enemies the NHC’s do. Present Day, 2021 - The Main Streets are more reckless, and tend to bring themselves more attention than they should. The rivalries they have are still hot, shooting from both sides still occur often. The Main Streets are known for their drug and gun trafficking. They tend to move sloppily, but it gets the job done. Due to the sloppiness, there have been several gang injunctions taking down the heads of the operation. The Main Streets almost got to the point where they were going to be considered “Defunct”, but they are slowly gaining back their numbers. The Law Enforcement are still on the Main Streets heavy, they still haven’t stopped their drug and gun trafficking. Their drug and gun ties go as far as Atlanta, about 0.2% of Atlanta’s guns and drugs come from the Main Streets, since they have been doing this since the early 1970’s. Dozens of gang hit-ups and strikes have been going on and been sighted by locals. The 984 Neighborhood Crips focuses on recruiting younger members. The 984’s have steady growth and support from other residents around the area. Most members of the 984 Neighborhood Crip are known by the police through arrest and are between the ages of 13 and 20. The majority of members have deep family ties or friendships within existing gang members. The 90tys have calmed down throughout the last few months. Most of the older gang members have been taken down by the Gang and Narcotics division of Los Santos and have, since then, never been seen again. Leaving the Main Streets with a few older and mostly young members, the area has turned into a crime infested place, with several shootings, robbing's, attempted murders, murders and a known drug dealing spot shared through social media, and mouth-to-mouth. Over the last couple weeks, the Main Streets have been more active and dominant.

Short description: Let residential properties create food items by consuming groceries, similar to businesses. Detailed description: You've ever seen how your neighbor just never goes to the supermarket to buy groceries? People just go to supermarkets and buy cans of cola or donuts? What if you get invited to a barbecue but don't have a restaurant script at your disposal? Got a date over to your apartment but don't have any food to share and impress, and have to resort to pretend-food? I'm here to propose a suggestion that could benefit our day-to-day routines in GTAW. Supermarket businesses (24/7) should have a new item called 'Groceries', this is similar to trucking and its components, you can then bring these groceries to your apartment and run a command, for example /unpackgroceries which will then fill up your Groceries counter in your property, letting you use /createitem recipe (AND ONLY RECIPE) for a limited amount of uses. Of course this counter would be waaaaaay smaller than a restaurant, making you go out to buy groceries more often so you can cook more food. The system is all there, just needs to be tweaked a bit to fit residential properties. Commands to add: /unpackgroceries Items to add: Groceries (Any other name is also acceptable, but I prefer the more general name) How would your suggestion improve the server?: It's just a quality of life improvement that I came up with when going to a bbq in-game and not having a method to create the food items, since it was a pretty big barbecue I didn't want to go with pretend-food, rather bring script items so everyone was on the same page. Additional information: This is also a gateway to edibles, which I will be suggesting later.

One of our biggest goals as a faction has always been authenticity and well-paced development. Over the past two months, we have been role-playing a disorganized Bonanno outfit slung into LS to establish a car-theft ring. We considered progression carefully and took no short cuts. We bent the knee to stronger/established factions in a city that wasn’t our own, and carved out a cash line that kept our heads above water; just. As an LCN faction, we’re also bound by protocol to be governed by established CFs on GTAW. Currently, we’re a vassal of Martorano and have enjoyed participating in inter-faction LCN RP—something that is rare between Cosa Nostra RP groups despite its IRL existence. Although we’re still on the bottom run of the ladder from a lore perspective (we’re still outsiders in LS), our storyline has progressed to the point where NYC now recognizes us as a crew. Therefore, with approval from IFM, we’ve changed our name to the Magellan Avenue Crew. This project has been dope so far, and a lot of effort has gone into it. Thank you to everyone who has taken part. Looking forward to the next chapter of the story. This is entirely driven by the actions of our IC characters. Harvard Park Brims in South LS Harvard Park Brims [HPB] are a predominately African-American street gang located in South LS, The are West/North Above the Bounty Hunter Bloods in South Los Santos.They have three clicks, 61, 62, & 64 and throughout the 1980s they were primarily known as the 62 Harvard Park Brims.They formed around 1969 when they were known as the L.S. Brims and in the early 1970s they developed a reputation as a group that did not fear the early Crips of the Westside and Eastside. From the very early days of the Crips the LS Brims have always rejected joining the LS Brims and because of that, they are one of the first gangs to have violent conflict with the Crips leading to the 1972 murder of Lil Country by a Crip member. HPB member Henry "Dash" Willis was convicted for the 1988 killing of LSPD officer Daniel Pratt on Brogue & Innocence. According to court records, Willis had just committed a shooting against a Rolling 60's member while LSPD members were near by in an undercover blue Willard Faction. They followed Willis into the gas station where he open fired on the Willard Faction, killing Pratt. There was no evidence that Willis knew they were LSPD officers and he was sentenced to life in prison instead of the death penalty. Alliances: They are currently allied with N/S Mirror Park Neighborhood Piru due to there shared Hatred of some Crip Gangs of Southern Los Santos.

PR Shorts: Station 6 - The Training GroundsWednesday, May 12th, 2021LSFD Public Affairs Consultant Devyn Wolfe Welcome to Station 6, located within the Los Santos International Airport, where all of the Fire Department's members have to go through in order to be considered fit and prepared for their duties. Whilst it's home to the Air Operation Division's MEDEVAC aircraft and some Airport Crash Trucks - Station 6 is better known for also being the Fire Academy. From physical evaluations, all the way to the most complicated driving procedures, the Academy is where everyone gets most of their ribbons.Given it's location, Station 6 doesn't see a lot of action most of the time. The occasional helicopter takes off or lands for a medical evacuation or even wildfire overwatch. And the occasional bright yellow ambulance may sometimes be seen roaming the roads of San Andreas - always watching for someone in need of help.The LSFD is quite proud of each and every member it has, given they're trained by the best to become the best. But...that doesn't come easily, it takes a bit of blood, sweat, tears and courage to muster through the neverending days that lead you towards a brighter future within the red-lined family. Whether an Academy Student or a Battalion Chief like it or not - Station 6 is where you put your skills to the test, trying to prove yourself fitting of the Fire Department's standards. This is also where you'll most likely return in the future for any further trainings, given a majority of vehicle-related evaluations are realized within the Academy's grounds.Think you have what it takes? Think you can break the Fire Department's records and surpass your own? Well, now's the time.
