I always struggled to get into illegal role-play and have stuck to law enforcement/civilian, even though I know you can have a blast doing that. Hats off to dedicated illegal role-players since I think that brings imagination and immersion to the next level.

And spice up repetitive role-play by throwing your own immersion and character into it. It does not have to be boring at all or feel repetitive.

A "point" system would be neat, which would then influence the insurance rate.

This location generates so much role-play during off-peak hours. It is not unheard of that liquor stores also have a wide range of food and other common items. It truly is a role-play hub with an interesting location and makes "night shifts" fun for law enforcement factions. The people who role-play there are to thank for this, but also the general purpose of the location.

Are you moving items around before the crash?

As soon as you run the fake ID in a police computer, you will be able to tell that the license ID does not come back to anything. Generally, kids under 21 use that to buy alcohol and the only thing that's different in their date of births is the year. IRL, there's actual ways to verify fake ID's through socials, date of births, addresses, etc. It would be difficult to repicate something like this in-game, especially when character information changes so often (aging up, address change).
