Hourly hot-spots which have a higher chance for rarer fish. More selling spots around the state. Changes You can now fish anywhere with water (except from Los Santos). Removals The current fish will be uncatchable from now on. However, they should still be sellable. Author's Note It is no secret that the current fishing script is dated and not used by many. With the continuous input of certain community members as well as the staff team I have created a new fishing script which will be placed on the live server soon. I believe that it is a good stepping stone for an improvement in marine, as well as county, roleplay and through further feedback from anybody that tries it out it can be improved upon. As you may know; fishing could only be done in a few spots and the fish could be sold in fewer. With this update we are introducing a way for you to fish almost anywhere in the state. More selling spots have also been scattered across the state so you are not geographically locked. On top of that; if you feel like fishing with a rod is not the job for you, you can purchase a tug boat and use its net for bigger returns. However, make sure your papers and licenses are in order as the San Andreas Park Rangers will be out there patrolling and penalties may be issued! (Note: Rod fishing can be done on any boat.) Furthermore, I have received several complaints about the variety of the currently existing fish and how it doesn't make sense for them to exist within San Andreas. By consulting several wildlife websites; I have chosen a couple dozen fish that should realistically be native to San Andreas. Different fish can be found in different parts of the ocean so take your friends with you on a boat and explore! Fish prices change every single day so every single fish is worth keeping around. Command Overview /fish • Allows you to cast your rod, if you are in a suitable location. /stopfishing • If you are currently fishing, it will make you stop. You can also use /sa as an alternative. /castnet • If you are in the driver's seat of a tug, you will lower the nets to begin net fishing. /catch • If a fish is tugging on your rod, /catch will begin the minigame. /myfish • Displays the fish you have on your person and their prices. /sellfish • Displays a random selling location on the map. If you're on the location it will sell your fish. Fishing Methods By Rod: This is the traditional method that currently exists on the server. You type /fish and after a small delay, you have the ability to /catch and attempt to add another fish to your collection! What has changed is that now in order to successfuly capture the fish you have to play a small mini-game. The minigame is quite simple. The fish will move left to right inside the bar, all you have to do is press the SPACEBAR when it is inside the green part and you got the fish! By Tug: You are now able to cast a net while in the driver's seat of a tug boat. Type /castnet and you will receive a confirmation. You can now do whatever you like and after around six minutes you will receive a notification that the net is ready. All you have to do is re-enter the boat and type the same command! All the fish found will be deposited in the boat's inventory. There's no minigame here but after a few net casts, it'll prompt you to move the boat. Note: When you are fishing inside the upper part of the map you get better fish than being on the lower part. Hot-Spots In order to prevent people hiding far away into the sea away from the eyes of the Park Rangers, four hotspots have been designated which can be seen in the map below. Inside these spots you have higher chances of getting fish which sell for a lot more than normal! The spots rotate once an hour and once you enter the current hot-spot you will receive a chat message saying so. Map

A group that is dedicated to their own empowerment in the legal world of business and communication. It's members come from a wide range of backgrounds from café owners to leaders of industry and interior designers. All members of the Top Hat society are not bound by a code of laws, or an omerta. Instead, they join only to gain access to the elite nature of it's people and it's associates. Whether you need an emergency bartender, a loan of 50,000, or maybe just a friendly ear to vent we will be a consistent factor in the elevation of your goals. The Top Hop society is interested in the the luxury aspects of high society, fashionable dress, and penthouse views. Members would rather enjoy a brandy and cigars then a beer in loud club. A game of poker over a game of dice. There is an aim to dress well, eat well, and live well in each others company and there is somewhat and emphasis of showing up as your best person. No, a top hat is not needed. No hat is needed, in fact. But a sense of fashion and respect for yourself is. Associate members can expect invitations to many fancy galas, high profile events, late night card games, and cigar sessions on the balcony. Members have access to the contact details of other members as well as access to association owned facilities and assets. To join the society, there is no fee or great lengthy application process. To become a member is to be invited by another member. After approval from us, you will be issued a card and added to our personal contact list where we will notify you upon our meetings. Members can upgrade their status to platinum for a nominal fee which comes with added perks. The association has a great interest in supporting politicians financially and promoting causes it believes will elevate itself and the people of the city. It functions partially as a campaign PAC and attempts to levy it's political influence through hard campaigning of all our respectful industries and dutiful financial support. Candidates who are supported by the association can expect business's to display campaign signs in their windows and host events in the name of said candidate. It is through this type of effort we aim to have an impact on the direction of the city. The association seeks to provide a platform of unity. For example, if a problem customer is causing problem in one store they may seek the assistance of other members to come to their aide, and vice versa, and in the event that a person causes problems in Tony's Bar he will find himself not welcome at Vanessa's Flower Shop either. We share in each others misery and pain sell as joy and profits. We act in unity, but we are not beholden to each other. Nothing is owed, but everything is given. OOC Information We seek to be in the grey area where many players fall. Not really a criminal or in a faction but not a police officer or a lawyer either. Roleplayers in the association do not give us CK perms or agree to only RP in our faction alone etc. We seek to be an open ended group with a clear focus on attracting and promoting unique character ideas, business concepts, and interesting dyamics. We aim to have a "family-esque" aspect to our members where we are not bound by a criminal blood bond or being in the same police unit but by business and shared common interests. At present, there isn't much that sort of fills that gap. You have to "settle in" to something whereas many people seek to remain unsettled. This group is for you and anyone else that wishes an alternative environment from just their criminal enterprise or legal law shindig. I would also like to eventually host some session based roleplay where we have sort of DND inspired events and influenced roleplay that everyone is participating in that has some interesting and compelling ideas that no one else is really doing. Such as fun and unique ideas like looking in the desert for lost artifacts or organizing a parade to celebrate Annual Muffin Day. Things that are not done but could be fun to roleplay and a different tempo from what is present now. At the end of the day, This will have that "people to RP with" aspect for those who sometimes don't have "people to RP with". Many people come to RP with me when I run my cafes and I see familiar faces who generally I don't believe have a posse or anything like that due to not being in a strict faction. I hope we can be the "not so serious" option for them. TL;DR - The faction for those who don't want to be in a faction and are not gangbanging or being a cop.

Matthew CusanoMatthew Cusano was born on April 16, 1972 in Chicago, Illinois. Cusano's younger brother, Theodore, was born in 1979. He grew up in Elmwood Park, a working-class Italian American enclave in Cook County, Illinois. Cusano's father, Richard, provided for his family through working as an elevator mechanic. Although his father was never involved with any crime, he provided the Chicago Outfit with union bribes for over 20 years. Cusano's mother, Gloria, was originally from Clifton, NJ and came to Chicago with her family in the 1950s. Many of Cusano's relatives on both sides are involved with La Cosa Nostra in the American Midwest and Northeast. These connections were primarily formed from inter-marriage between mobsters and their wives, from different crime families. Early lifeCusano was raised in Elmwood Park by his family while being criminally active as a teenager. While attending Elmwood Park High School, he sold marijuana and burglarized cars around his school grounds for their stereos. In 1987, he was expelled from high school for juvenile delinquency that involved a police investigation. The same year, he was sentenced to 10 months of juvenile detention for selling marijuana and burglary. Due to overcrowding and good behavior, his sentence was slashed to 5 months and he was released in February 1988. Following his release, he never returned to high school and instead entered the workforce. For several years, Cusano worked several jobs in Chicago proper at supermarkets, stores, restaurants and warehouses. Eventually, he worked at automotive repair garages but was never selected for an apprenticeship. Cusano became involved with the Chicago Outfit in the early 1990s. This came after his paternal uncles, noticing his struggles with dead-end employment, offered him a more lucrative alternative. In 1993, Cusano was brought into the Elmwood Park Crew and worked for the late Caporegime John Cesani. The same year, he married his high school sweetheart, Renee Riccobene. The two have a daughter, Suzanne Cusano, who was born in 2002. In 1999, while Cusano was serving a 2 year sentence in the Danville Correctional Center for aggravated battery, his younger brother Theodore died in Los Santos, SA. Theodore was attending the University of San Andreas - Los Santos when he died. Theodore's death happened after a fraternity student intentionally spiked his drink with a lethal dosage of an unknown drug. His death was classified as a homicide and the case has since gone cold, remaining unsolved for over 20 years.Involvement with La Cosa NostraDuring the 1990s, Cusano was an associate of the Chicago Outfit for several years. He was brought into the fold by two of his uncles, Dennis and Philip, both of whom are now incarcerated in federal prisons. Cusano worked as an enforcer and debt collector, while also supervising drug deals around Chicago's numerous suburbs. From 1998 - 2000, Cusano was incarcerated at the Stateville Correctional Center for aggravated battery. His conviction came after he attacked a deli market manager in neighboring Belmont Central for failing to pay protection money. This beating was allegedly ordered by The Outfit Consigliere, Frank Sacora, though this was never proven in the state criminal court. Cusano was inducted into the Chicago Outfit as a made man in the early 2000s, following his release from state prison. In 2002, shortly after his daughter Suzanne was born in Chicago, he moved to Las Vegas, NV with his wife Renee. His family resided in North Las Vegas while he continued mob-sanctioned criminal work in the city. Cusano worked under an elderly Caporegime, John Ravena, who was in his 70s and treated the Las Vegas operation as his "retirement crew". Accompanying him in Las Vegas was an old high school friend, Charles DePippo, who had still yet to become a made man. Cusano criminally operated along the Las Vegas Strip, involved with illegal gambling and employment fraud. By this point, Cusano hadn't had a legitimate job for over 10 years and entirely sourced his income from Mafia criminality.While in Las Vegas, Cusano reportedly searched for his younger brother's killer around Nevada and San Andreas. Using his Mafia ties and private investigators, he narrowed the search down to 26 year old Edgar Morales, a former collegiate athlete and known drug dealer who attended the University of San Andreas - Los Santos. Morales died in 2004 when a car he was driving plunged into a ravine in the Hollywood Hills. The single eye witness claimed that Morales was pursued up and down a boulevard until an aggressive driver forced him off of the road, where he died after an 80 foot fall. The eye witness report was never confirmed through video footage. In 2009, the FBI investigated Cusano's involvement in Morales's supposedly accidental death, but were unable to prove any involvement.Incarceration and failing Chicago Outfit tiesThe FBI started an investigation into Matthew Cusano's Mafia activities in 2002, the same year he arrived in Las Vegas, NV. This investigation resulted in numerous indictments against Cusano from 2004 - 2005, ending with his incarceration in United States Penitentiary Leavenworth for 10 years. Cusano served 10 years of federal prison, during which he earned his GED and obtained a Journeyman qualification in carpentry. He spent 8 years of his sentence working in Leavenworth's prisoner-operated woodshop, where he made furniture for federal government facilities around the American Midwest. Cusano's contacts with the Chicago Outfit gradually faded over the years, and by the end of his sentence, was shelved by the crime family. Cusano returned to Las Vegas after his federal prison release and continued working with Charles DePippo. Criminal life was radically different for Cusano however, as he was basically shunned by the Chicago Outfit and left with no support. Cusano and DePippo's Mob contacts had all dried up and their former Caporegime, John Ravena, had died from old age in 2013. Furthermore, Cusano's wife Renee divorced him while he was still incarcerated. Aside from child support payments, Renee has placed Cusano under a No Contact Order, and Cusano hasn't personally spoken with his daughter Suzanne in almost 10 years. Regardless of these adverse factors, Cusano and DePippo furthered their old rackets around the Las Vegas Strip. But competition from non-LCN groups, such as the Russian Mafia and outlaw biker gangs, forced them out of the scene. Arrival in Los Santos, SACusano came to Los Santos, SA in 2021 while under renewed FBI surveillance in Las Vegas. The FBI suspected that DePippo was forming a crew of other washed up mobsters who felt entitled to their old criminal rackets. However, this theory fell apart when DePippo, Cusano and a few of their other old partners left Las Vegas. The FBI later lost interest when their investigation went nowhere, and when their resources were stretched too thinly between Las Vegas and Los Santos. Cusano currently resides in Los Santos, SA and it is strongly suspected that he has rebooted his criminality under the guise of legal business ventures.

The Blacc Bandit Crips The Eastside (E/S) Blacc Bandit Crips, also known as "BBC" is an African American street gang which happens to be located on the Eastside of Vespucci. The Blacc Bandits were initially formed on 7th Street and Cerritos Avenue. With this included their territory stretches from 5th Street all the way to 10th street which is between Gaviota Avenue and Cerritos Avenue. This section that is claimed by The Blacc Bandits is also claimed by one of their rivals The Eastside Longos, also known as Varrio Longos. The Blacc Bandit allies can not be matched to the amount of rivals they have. Some of the most known being: Varrio Longos, Barrio Pobre, Bricc Boy Crips, Boulevard Mafia Crips, and the West Coast 80 Crips. The overall set would be split into two cliques that would be within the section claimed. These cliques would be filled with young members. Mission Statement We are going to be portraying the known Long Beach Crip set, The Blacc Bandit Crips. We are going to deliver the best depiction of the people who are in this said gang and who are people who happen to live in the area and experience the similar hardships. We are not accepting any form of rule breaking along with ignorance to rules. Nothing will be given a pass. Be sure to note this is also not an introduction to criminal and or gang roleplay. One of the biggest things I have encountered in my travels is that admin decisions are very inconsistent. It definitely seems that a large number of the administration team are not singing from the same song sheet. Outcomes to reports & admin situations are radically different depending on what admin takes your case and to be perfectly honest, I think it all boils down having a serious roleplaying background, it appears a lot of these admins come from light roleplay servers & that's okay, but there needs to be some sort of moderation on these guys with little roleplay experience especially when they handle reports. Maybe consider handing the less experienced admins reports in conjunction with a more experienced one - two brains is always better than one. Is there even a prerequisite criteria for joining the staff team? Just outta curiosity. Below is an example of what I'm taking about. I went ahead and blurred their name to avoid the admin from being singled out. This is in regards to a situation that happened a couple of months ago where a member of my faction accidently killed someone because they looked identical to the guy they were after, they went to the same spot where they were called, the guy in question matched the description they were given and the guy was killed. It just so happens it wasn't the actual guy they were after. The whole situation had to voided because the admin was gonna jail everyone involved for something that happened IC when they should have faced the IC consequences. Again, this is something that happens in real life all the time. 'Wrong place, wrong time' is not just a movie trope. It's not like they killed a random guy and chalked it up to mistaken identify, they were clearly looking for someone who matched a particular description. This admin is a high level admin and if she/he believes that mistaken identify is an example of deathmatch, the rules need to be clearly defined. I'm posting from my phone so everything is a little rough. I hope I'm not misunderstood, I'm not trying to single anyone out. I just think the admin team has a real problem at the minute and it makes a lot of interactions tedious. It's not uncommon for me to call off certain situations out of fear of getting ajailed because an admin doesn't understand or appreciate the situation at hand but that being said, it's not all admins. I'm not prepared to write admin report after admin report, it's just not something I'm interested in. But it's a few admins and it shows. This is a topic I have talked over with a lot of other players and we all seem to be under some sort of agreement.
