OOC Information: This faction portrays a group of Irish American figures loosely connected with the semi-retired William Donelly, inheriting the boldness and rebuilding Donelly's organization to its former glory. With that being said, only leading figures of the faction are connected to Donelly, and newer members will not be derivatives. Given the small amount of Irish American population within San Andreas, the faction does not aim to become a leading figure within the San Andreas criminal underworld, but rather establish a more balanced presence, originating from various locations in Los Santos and not claiming a certain ground as its solidified turf. The faction originates from various levels of poverty, both absolute and relative. It will not tolerate the portrayal of a luxurious lifestyle from newer members, nor will said lifestyle be found showcased by the older ones. All members are required to uphold a high standard in their roleplay, set by the leadership. Common coutresy is a must. Newcomers are not required to be experienced in the concept as they will build their knowledge and experience throughout the course of their characters' development in the faction.
