my two cents is that it has something to do with pop, or the rage post-tuners update changed how object streaming worked in some way that is causing crashes. i do not get crashes during low pop at all, even in areas that will see me crashing every few minutes during high pop like south central and legion square.

half of the time the process of processing a perp for an arrest itself can take an hour or more, and people don't really wanna stick around for a questioning when they already know they're stone cold guilty. generally interrogations are only done when they actually have something to contribute, and are done by detectives, because interrogations are hard and you need to actually know what youre doing for it not to be a complete mess. enforcing interrogations will just draw out the already poorly optimized processing step of the arrest and add another unnecessary time waster for both illegal rpers and leo rpers.
