In his mid-twenties, Nurlan moved to Moscow to manage and expand his criminal operations. He established a significant presence in the Russian mafia, dealing in everything from luxury car smuggling to high-stakes robbery. His influence also spread to Eastern Europe, where he orchestrated several high-profile art heists, targeting private collectors and small museums. Despite his criminal lifestyle, Nurlan is known for his philanthropic efforts, particularly towards children's sports and education in Kyrgyzstan. He funded the construction of a youth sports center in Osh, which provides free training and education to underprivileged children. Nurlan's personal life remains largely private. He was once romantically involved with a Russian journalist, Ekaterina, who ended the relationship upon discovering his criminal activities. He suffers from chronic insomnia, a condition he manages through physical training and chess, a game he plays to strategize and relax. Nurlan has never been convicted, despite several investigations. His connections within political and law enforcement circles in Kyrgyzstan and Russia have kept him largely out of prison. As of the latest reports, Nurlan has been considering expanding his operations to the United States, specifically Los Santos, where he aims to explore opportunities in the arms and technology sectors.

Kareem Rahman (born January 15, 1986) is a former gang member turned devout Muslim inmate currently serving a life sentence without parole at the San Andreas Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation in Los Santos, San Andreas Early Life and Criminal Activity: Rahman was born and raised in the impoverished South Side neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Relocation to Los Santos: In an attempt to evade mounting legal consequences, Rahman relocated to Los Santos, San Andreas, a notorious hub for criminal activity on the West Coast. Despite his efforts to start anew, he was drawn back into a life of crime, participating in violent criminal activities and establishing a reputation within the city's criminal underworld. Legal Troubles and Conviction: Rahman's criminal activities in Los Santos eventually caught the attention of law enforcement, resulting in his arrest and subsequent conviction on multiple charges. He was found guilty of first-degree murder, armed robbery, and conspiracy, among other offenses, leading to a life sentence without parole. Transformation and Religious Conversion: It was during his incarceration at the SADCR that Rahman underwent a profound transformation. Cut off from the outside world, he delved into the study of Islam, finding solace and purpose in its teachings. Incarceration and Outreach: Despite his life sentence, Rahman has become a mentor and guide to his fellow inmates, using his knowledge and experience to promote positive change within the prison environment. Hi guys, so i asked that question after trying to remain in the track of criminal, but at the end the RP turns into non criminal and turns into Civilian. I have been trying to remain in the path of criminal, and the problem i suddenly turn into a business path. So, i need some help guys. How do i approach the criminal underworld, and how to approach it solo at first and make name for myself and then i either get noticed by an organized crime or approach an organized time. I need to get some suggestions on how to start the criminal path with the criminal character and indulge deeply in the underworld. Also i have some more questions; How do i find people that have the same mind as me in the criminal world? How to make my own small crews? How do i make my own solo criminal RP? How to start in that path? I will really appreciate some suggestions. What is the small-scale crimes? What are the medium-scale crimes? What is the large-scale crimes? How do i approach any of them?

This thread will follow a character development of Anwar Muhammad. An Egyptian young adult that is passionate about getting into the money world, and starting his dream business. His dream is to become like his father a famous business man, and continue his father's steps. The development will not be focused in the legal side of the character, but will also be focused on the illegal side of the character, that will happen if the development lead him to that.
