  1. Honestly, Dot-IT is one of the most interesting and well-done businesses in the server, and it feels good to see it still going despite the lack of broader interest. If I can suggest something to try and make it more appealing, I would think of making more active RP around it. My char acquired broadband from the company and honestly haven't heard anything from it ever since. It would be cool to receive some e-mail every now and then, some telemarketing nuisances giving us calls offering better plans or a discount bundle deal, even stuff like having technicians RP cabling an area and sending letters to business and residents offering the services and creating private networks for business/factions. There's a good path of passive RP, although I understand that all this requires the manpower of interested people that maybe you don't have. This is a two-way street too, we as customers could request more customer service, or businesses that are Dot-IT clients request assistance with their systems, etc. Agree with the mentioned suggestions of creating a bigger presence on the forums, showing screens, and RP stuff. I've seen you've been expanding Dot-IT and creating a bigger presence, and this could be part of that. Hope the business continue to thrive 🙂
  2. Username: defuegos Comment: The same cycle over and over again. It is common knowledge that the sheriffs are corrupt, not with bad apples, but the entire rotten roots of the appletree. Then, something becomes public, we talk about it for one week or two, the media pretends to care and the cops say some generic things because they think we are fools. This time, they were creative! Creating a ''whistleblower'' (blatant inside job) to talk about it to make us believe there's someone good there trying to make something right. Bullshit. Who is shocked that Internal Affairs got these cops out on the streets again? Who, in full sanity, thinks that cops investigating themselves is a good idea? They're friends covering up for one another. To who do the Sheriffs answer? Cline? See above about cops answering to themselves. If no one holds them accountable, we are beyond past the time to hold them ourselves. Quit your day job.

  4. Username: Bea.LS Rating (( 1-5 stars)): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comment: Wanted to buy a gift for a colleague but was unsure about what would be a good one. I was assisted by Ella, who was very helpful and made me feel welcome the whole time, helping me find good options. The products are beautiful and the wrappings as well, and pricing is fair for their quality. Perfect place to find a gift for a loved one, or even a business partner.
  5. This situation is a shame, really. Civilians are expected to properly fear RP in extortions (and they should), but the illegal side is not appropriately RPed. Extortion over phone (?), multiple groups extorting the same territory (this should be a reason for a fight, a sit down at the very least, between them), requiring more money than the business can give (extortions are a continuous cash flow for an illegal group, if the business just close down because you request an unreasonable amount of money from it, what's the purpose? Just rob it then)...

  8. I don't agree with reducing it because I think we should remember the RP concept of the server. The number that shows up in the screen doesn't need to be considered at all. My main has 200k on his account, but I roleplay it as a guy with a low-income job, with a cheap apartment and a cheap second-hand car. This 200k doesn't exist for him and is in reality way lower than that. The thing is, I could create a char that has a wealthy background, and starts his life on the game with way more money, more expensive cars, housing or even that owns a business, he could be a new rich or from a wealthy family that he inherited a lot of money. The 200k allows people to roleplay that too, it gives the possibility of a wide range of stories to be told. Otherwise, every civilian would have a past as a trucker/mechanic/taxi driver/mailman and characters with an already stablished past would have no room to be created. I think that, for example, creating a young-adult that is studying at USLA to pursue a degree that is funded by his parents money is a totally legitimate character, and the starting money allows us to do it.
