MMA Fighter No Fixed Salary. Paid by each individual job. Amateur, $5,000 - $15,000 Per Event. Professional, $30,000 - $120,000 Per Event. Job Description: An MMA fighter is an individual who is extensively trained in MMA. Their only responsibilities are to show up to events where they are scheduled and pass drug tests and the likes as they come. More details can be discussed in an interview. Referee Official Weekly Salary: $20,000+ Job Description: Give instructions and moderate both fighters before and after bouts. The Official determines when to stop or start the fight, determines fouls as intentional or accidental, whether to warn or disqualify, and is entrusted by the Fighting Association to determine when (and if) a combatant can continue based on circumstances of injury. MMA Judges & Announcer Weekly Salary: $20,000+ Job Description: A judge sits outside of the cage and evaluates each fight per round, giving points, and ultimately deciding who the winner is if none can be determined. Typically three judges are present during each fight, evaluating their own individual scorecards, with each round being evaluated separately. In addition, the SAFA also employees Judges as Announcers who are responsible to cast during the fight, keeping the audience and viewers at home entertained. Event Coordinator Weekly Salary: $20,000+ Job Description: An event coordinator is a professional who plans, coordinates, and executes the organization of San Andreas Fighting Association Events. The description can have a variety of duties but primarily ranges down to scheduling venues, client satisfaction, in-house coordination, liaison between the Association and the General Public, gathering potential sponsors, and ultimately ensuring events room accordingly to plan. Fight Managers / Gym Managers Weekly Salary: $20,000+ Job Description: The ideal candidate will have extensive (or a relatable) amount of experience with mixed martial arts and MMA events in general. Tasked with finding and pairing select match ups, negotiating contracts and agreements in regards to fighters, opponents, and rival gyms, while obtaining product, sponsors, event deals, and guaranteeing a reliable lineup of fighters for every event. The Fight Manager will actively scout for new, upcoming, and/or established talent to participate in SAFA sanctioned events. In addition, FM's act as Gym Managers for the parent gym of the Fighting Association, Vespucci Sports where recruitment is deemed more active and suitable. Medical Staff Weekly Salary: $20,000+ Job Description: Medical personnel are tasked with being in the immediate area and a reliable on-call for all events in regards to medical assistance. The candidate must be BLS/ALS trained, have extensive or credible medical experience, and be able to provide medical treatment on site for fighters, spectators, and staff if the situation arises.   3. The association was founded in 2021 by Michael Peretti an experienced race director that arrived in San Andreas in early 2021 to host the first-ever regional stock car championship, the SASCAR. With the interest growing in motorsports and the increase in the professionalism of the events, with the help of many private and public entities this association was formed to make sure the events are held up to international standards and to create a proper scenario for our local drivers, engineers, and investors. Through time, many events were held by the SAMRA, the most known ones being the San Andreas Stock Car Auto Racing Regional Championship, the Pfister Super Cup, Los Santos Off-Road Association Championship, and many others. The San Andreas Stock Car Auto Racing sponsored by Aurum Energy was the first-ever high-level competition in San Andreas, crowning the regional champion at the end of 2021. The association is backed by the entertainment company AutoNation Group, created by Michael Peretti to manage all the racing leagues that are currently active. Currently, there are 2 active championships in the association: San Andreas Dinka Super Cup and San Andreas Racing Series. Previously we have had leagues such as: The San Andreas Kanjo Cup (SAKC), San Andreas Touring Car Championship, San Andreas SportsCar Championship, and the San Andreas Pfister Super Cup. These events form the ladder to become the all-time champion in San Andreas, with the current highest-ranked League being the San Andreas Dinka Super Cup. SAN ANDREAS PORT AUTHORITY The Port of Los Santos, also known as the Los Santos Harbor, is a seaport managed by the San Andreas Port Authority, a department under the San Andreas State Government. Directed by Hank Preston, the Port Authority's mission is to: ensure that San Andreas' water, air, rail, and surface transportation assets are developed and operated in a cohesive, coordinated, and safe manner in order to provide maximum efficiencies and benefits to shippers, receivers, and passengers; to assure optimum business growth, technology development, investment, job retention and improvement in quality of life. History[edit] Davis High School's original building in 1923. Davis High School a/k/a B.J. Smith High School founded in 1923, was originally a segregated school for African-American students. Davis High school was one of the first in the state to offer vocational education and extracurricular activities for black students. The school wasn't integrated into the Los Santos Unified School District until 1968 after a series of protests and lawsuits by civil rights activists. The school faced many challenges and conflicts during the transition such as racial discrimination, vandalism, and riots. The school offers a variety of classes for students to choose from, such as English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Business, Computer Science, Art, Music, Drama, Physical Education, Health, and World Languages. The school also has several advanced placement (AP) courses for college credit. The school has a diverse student body with different ethnicities, cultures, and backgrounds.   11. PALETO BAY SAWMILL The Paleto Bay Sawmill, nestled in the heart of Paleto Forest, was once a thriving hub of activity for the local community. However, in recent years, it fell into a state of disrepair and abandonment, leaving many jobless and without hope. That was until the Department of Labor, under the visionary leadership of the Wade administration, struck a deal with the private owners to lease the sawmill and breathe new life into it. Now, thanks to this agreement, the sawmill is set to once again become a beacon of hope and opportunity for Paleto Bay and the surrounding areas. The agreement between the government agencies and the sawmill's owners aims to not only bring jobs back to the county, but also to ensure that the sawmill operates in a safe and efficient manner. With the Department of Labor and the Office of Planning and Special Projects overseeing the project, the community can rest assured that the revitalization of the sawmill will be executed with the utmost care and attention to detail.   12. ➼ Allison Genevieve Berkowitz ➼ Born to an upper class Jewish-American family in Ridgewood, New Jersey with roots in Bohemia and Israel respectively, Allison Berkowitz was a certified silver-spoon baby; being brought up in a neighborhood with an average median income per household of almost $200,000. Her grandfather had met her grandmother in Newark shortly after the second world war, and the two decided to settle and begin the slow uphill climb toward financial security for their soon to be growing family. Part-time work and full-time mothering seemed to take precedent for his wife, whilst Yael Berkowitz focused almost entirely on forging a growing insurance business, taking advantage of a rapidly growing post-war market for the protection of personal property and assets accumulated by the economic boom following World War 2. By the late 60s the family had moved to Ridgewood, a growing town housing some of the state's most successful professionals, the perfect environment for the family to grow it's rapidly expanding network of financiers and entrepreneurs. The following two decades saw their eldest son finishing education at Princeton University, majoring in business & economics as per his father's request, he would take on an executive role within the family business through which he met his future wife and mother of his daughter, Cecilia Smith-Lewis. Married in 1988 with their first born and only daughter Allison brought into the world in 1993, the couple would spare no expenses in giving her what they believed to be the most beneficial of upbringings for a child who showed a good degree of academic talent from a young age. The following twenty years where simple, the usual trials and tribulations of anyone growing from child-like innocence to adolescent curiosity. It wasn't until the time for independence and freedom came along that the couple had realized their daughter had chosen a slightly different path for herself despite still keeping to the family business of finance. Acceptance to study on the west coast of the US at ULSA in Los Santos meant an escape from the familiar but monotonous closed community of her home town, and it was during her first semester in the city that Allison had met her life long friend and peer Josely Martinez, a fashion upstart from a similarly wealthy family in Bogota, Colombia. The two shared passions in fashion and upper-class snobbery that brought them to the point of being inseparable. From the beginning of her degree to her graduation, Allison made sure to mix herself with only the most influential of business people, fashion designers and media moguls to ensure that she could embed herself permanently in the inner workings of Los Santos' business. The first port of call was to show her ability in that department, or at the very least her understanding, and so her time spent at university was split with an internship at Los Santos Network, writing a financial column for the Los Santos Times. This was just a stepping stone for the budding accountant, and it was through this short-lived venture that Allison had met and befriended fashion designer and CEO Anna Rex. Over the course of the following few years post graduation Allison gradually climbed her way to the executive board of the company, playing her part in decision making and management alongside her duties as an accountant and portfolio manager. Enough is never enough work however, and following a brief stint managing the finances for her good friend and now fledgling fashion designer Josely, Allison would find herself headhunted for a position as portfolio and sales manager for Citadel Wireless, a subsidiary venture by Aurum Corporation, a well curated business holding a tight monopoly on the local energy market. Lucas Vermeer, an acquaintance and later good friend from university had landed the position of CEO at the upstart internet service provider, and had requested her aid in building the new venture from the ground up. The two set to creating a professional and integral business model that has seen them become somewhat prolific providers of services related to commercial and residential broadband. This position provided her an income far steadier than previous short-term accountancy contracts, and it was this degree of salary-based payment that afforded the luxuries she now takes for granted on a daily basis, living in an apartment that overlooks the west end of Richard's Majestic and a stones throw away from the golf club and resort she frequents regularly for rest and relaxation. Approaching her 30th birthday and her twelfth year in the city in total, Allison now sits in a position of kingmaker for her disheveled CEO and directing manager Lucas, doing her best to juggle this along with a recently acquired position on the board of AKAN Incorporated, a growing media and entertainment business that lacked financial direction and organisation to a degree before her arrival. Now when not held up in board meetings at Anna Rex and AKAN, you'll find her slaving away in her home office to ensure Citadel Wireless is up to date financially and quotes are turned to contracts. Swamped with work with hardly any time for herself, Allison has become sharp and to the point; a stark contrast from the happy-go-lucky party girl of her youth. That's not to say that side of her doesn't rear it's not-so-ugly head from time to time when there's a brief stoppage on the clock.   16. This thread will showcase the background and development of Hispanic siblings living out of East Los Santos. The main perspective will be that of Isabella Arias with supporting development from her brother Cesar Arias. Backstory Isabella/Bella is the oldest of three siblings at aged 23. Miguel, the middle child, would be aged 22 if he were still alive today. Cesar is the youngest sibling at aged 19. After the youngest of the three siblings was born their Father walked out on the family. The family got by for the first ten or so years until their Mothers undiagnosed diabetes started developing into more serious issues which forced her to quit work. As a result the three siblings felt an immense pressure to provide for themselves and their family at a young age with Bella being only 17 about to start her final two years of high school. Bella managed to get her final two years of high school education put on hold by contacting the school board about her situation. She used these two years to work three part time jobs bringing in all the money she could for the family whilst saving a little on the side. Her brothers on the other hand took to the streets becoming entwined with the gang lifestyle, within a year they were selling drugs and tagging up the neighbourhood to make a name for themselves at ages 16 and 14. Bella was soon back to school to finish her final two years of education late. During this time she didn't really speak to her brothers as much as they used to before the street life took over and made their opinions differ drastically. Despite this she still offered her compassion and guidance where she could but often felt scared to express her opinions in front of the gang. After her late graduation in 2020 she took a job as a family care worker going through a few months training to earn her qualifications. This was a job she felt close to home as it was revolved around providing support to families suffering through illness, poverty and such, much like her own family had when she was growing up. Life was fairly smooth from this point on, Isabella's wage was enough to support herself and her mother in the family apartment. Her brothers also contributed dirty money to the family that they earnt through the streets. This was still something Isabella didn't agree with and could see how her brothers were shifting into darker versions of themselves over the years. Eventually Isabella's worst nightmare struck true when Miguel was shot in a drive-by shooting on the road in front of the Arias' apartment in early October 2022. This would cause Isabella to put in a resignation at work and spend the next four months processing the grief the entire family were going through. Her brother Cesar dealt with the grief his own way choosing to delve deeper into his life of drugs and booze to numb the pain he was feeling. This leads the family into 2023 present day where the two remaining siblings still don't see eye to eye on a number of subjects. Bella is now trying to settle down and find a new career in the Emergency Services industry whilst Cesar navigates his way through the gang life of East Los Santos.
  17. This thread will show the development of The Hayden Family, a middle-class Caucasian family originating from Paleto Bay and their development after their arrival in the city. There will be a mixture of legal, illegal and grey area roleplay displayed here, and potentially 18+ themes. THE HAYDEN BROTHERS Christopher, Oliver and Robert Hayden were born in Paleto Bay in the late 70s and 80s. They were raised in a suburban, small town family home by their parents; a successful corporate lawyer and a stay-at-home Mom. To the community they were highly respected members of the church and were always welcomed by other households in the town. However, behind closed doors, their Father had a cocaine addiction and frequently engaged in affairs, while their Mother was meek about it, letting it happen aside from the weekly arguments. Despite the turbulent home life, all three Hayden brothers did well at school and were competent young men by their teenage years, though Oliver struggled to keep up with his brothers without hours of study. Christopher was first to graduate and moved to Connecticut after being accepted to study at Yale, where he remains to this day as a surgeon. Oliver graduated shortly afterwards, though remained in Paleto, marrying his high school sweetheart and getting a job in the local grocery store. Robert graduated and made the move to New York to study Architecture at Cornell University, receiving a masters degree. Oliver was considered the black sheep of the family, his career seeming meaningless to his Father in comparison to his brothers. However, he made up for his lack of natural intelligence with drive, determined to be better than his siblings and to provide for his first child, Francis. This drive led him to a managerial position at the same grocery store by the time he was 25. He was later offered a job working as the HR manager at the local chicken factory where he continued to work until 2022. Meanwhile, Robert's cocky and brash attitude led him to start his own practice immediately after graduating in New York, rather than gaining more experience in the field under an employer. It was only a few years of work before the firm collapsed, leaving Robert with much debt, a bad reputation in the industry, and for the first time in his life, the disappointment of his Father. From here, he jumped around the US, seeking jobs with employers that hadn’t heard of his ventures, while struggling to pay off his debt. THE NEXT GENERATION During these events, Oliver and his wife, Luisa, had two more children, Philip and Angelique. Despite his initial intentions, the constant clawing hands needing cash turned Oliver resentful and his attitude became cold like his Father. He felt it was important to keep appearances, but inside the home he was often bitter and angry, resulting in the occasional affair and verbal abuse of the kids. Some of the children adapted better to these home conditions than others. Francis was considered the golden boy of the family, going to San Fierro college to study Mechanical Engineering and doing so with a football scholarship for his athletic achievement at Paleto High. Though, he had a passion for art, which he ignored after growing up in a household that suggested this line of work at a successful level was unachievable. His second son, Philip, was often disappointing to Oliver, always settling at school and never looking to improve himself, no matter how many times he was warned of the consequences of not succeeding in life. He had struggled with anger since he was a child, which Oliver and Luisa didn't know how to handle, leading Philip to a life mostly out of the home with bad influences that he believed understood him. He moved out as soon as he was able to. However, Oliver found the most conflict in his only daughter, as she seemed to inherit his knack for business, but not necessarily his work ethic. Angel would find her own way of doing things, which often involved partying and reckless dating, the worst part being that she seemed to have potential. Not knowing how to handle the complexities of having a daughter, much of Angel's parenting was left to Luisa, and occasionally, Uncle Robert, who despite his flaws, was often more of a voice of reason to the children than their own Father was. By early 2023, Luisa had sadly passed away at a young age from illness, leaving Oliver as a single parent to the children and now in similar shoes as his younger brother, accumulating thousands of medical debt. Robert, on the other hand, was on the come up, having paid off most of his debt due to a stable position in a firm for the past twelve years. His desire for self-employment and independence has resurfaced as he decides to make the move back to his home state of San Andreas, applying for a teaching position at ULSA as starting capital for what could later be his own business. Oliver had also decided to make the move to Los Santos after selling his Paleto family home, seeking to take his business ideas from concept to reality and distract himself from the grief of losing his wife. He also hopes to reconnect with his younger brother and children, all of them currently in the city living as they see fit.

He worked his way up to become a sergeant in his weapons platoon. Upon separation from the military, Dowell entered the workforce in the public sector. Forced to work with little resources in a complex environment where no one seems to care, Dowell kept his skeptical and aloof views on the world, but at the same time rediscovered his old values. Despite adversity, Dowell finds a way to last in places where many people were, but few remain. This is his story. Real waste. Intense sanitation. Severe consequences.
