Honestly, I'd rather see the large construction site modded into a two-level area. Some storefronts on the lower level, with apartments above; more business spaces, more residential spaces. There's a bunch of trailer parks in the county already - do we really need more?

A little late to the party here but one particular thing that grinds my gears quite often is the lack of enforcement on the crime-free zone rules. As a member of FD, our stations and the lifeguard towers are all designated crime-free zones. Yet, we've had robberies, cars broken into and stolen, stabbings, shootings, and many more incidents. We report them, only for admins to almost universally respond with "oh, I've let them know, they didn't realise". If they didn't realise a government building is a crime free zone then they didn't read the rules, did they? I even had one incident where, as I was going on duty at a fire station, a guy runs up and stabs me with a single RP line, completely out of the blue - yet I was the one warned in the situation by an admin for using a CCW to defend against him and not letting him 'complete his RP'. Now, this was some time ago, and that admin has since left the staff team (as far as I'm aware), but that's just one example of what happens. We've had lifeguards being shot while on duty at their station. I don't think I've ever once seen the crime-free zone rules enforced when we've reported a breach of it.

Could the script not be changed to only show us as on duty if we're under /mstatus 4? That way we're definitely available, and the number is accurate.

Detailed Description So, with the new clothing mods (and to a degree the old), there's a lot of items now locked behind legal faction membership that make no sense - most of which fall within the badge category in /uniform, therefore do not appear in the normal clothes store options. Rather than simply blacklist the entire category, could we perhaps simply blacklist the LEO/etc options, therefore allow the use of the additional items for civilian characters? Things like shirts tied around the waist, piercings, cameras slung around the neck, backpacks, jewellery, handbags, large coats, women's fingernails, hair accessories - all stuck behind the limitation! Relevant Commands/Items N/A How will it benefit the server? Adds yet more customisation to player outfits!

Yes please. It's a nice change and brings about some new RP opportunities once in a while for everyone; particularly with FD, SAPR, DWP, etc.

I definitely support the suggestion - however caution certainly needs to be applied so as to not occupy all of the retail storefronts in Paleto with essentially PM owned businesses. In addition, we definitely need the other script businesses to be opened to hire employees. The supermarket, barber shop, etc would be great for Paleto locals to work in.

Quite a simple suggestion really - add a 24h UCP warning for loss of property via inactivity. I've just lost an apartment owned by one of my alt characters whose RP has quietened down lately due to the two main folks I had been RPing with being banned (go figure). I set that character to one side for a short while to concentrate on real life and on my main account, only to log in today to find I've lost the apartment - by 24 hours. I'm now unable to replace it, and the time spent with mappers and getting the place ready to feature in my screenshots thread is lost. Adding in a 24h warning via the UCP, much like with dogs and vehicle leases, would give those of us who simply have a character on hiatus to retain properties - specifically apartments, of which there are many available. The intent here is not to allow property hoarding for flipping, so if anyone is able to add in a suggestion on how to prevent that, please feel free to do so.
