  1. Detailed Description Quality of life improvement. Underneath the Faction Members Online counter, add a "Faction Members Onduty" counter. Example [17:56:54] Faction Members Onduty: 5 Relevant Commands/Items /fonline How will it benefit the server? This will save faction members having to manually count each member who has the onduty colour over their faction rank and name in the /fonline list.
  2. Detailed Description As far as I understand, players are currently using the escape menu map in order to roleplay looking up currently opened businesses. But what if there was a way for players to look up each and every business, whether opened or closed, that opts to appear on an app that allows them to look up their business information and opening hours, and much more? Here's how I imagine the system to work: Essentially it would work a little like Google Maps when you click on a business. Players either open the "Maps" App in-game via a command or their phone, and are then able to see every business that opts to appear on said app. When they click on a business, it showcases the IC information available about it. Business owners would type a command, and a menu appears that allows them to fill said information. Here's what the "Maps" App could display and allows business owners to add via a command that opens up a menu: - The name of their business - A short description of their business - Written Address (NOT a location blip, but this does make it easier to locate businesses via GPS when they do open) - Business/Owner phone number. - Their opening hours (Approximations, at least) - A link to their forum page/website (I think this is great and makes it easier than having to send links individually). - The category of their business/company (Car dealership, restaurant, bar, club, etc). - (Optional!) A picture of their business' logo. Customers, in turn, will be able to open the App with a command itself or their phones to search and filter through results. Of course, this can all be simplified if it is too complicated to implement each feature correctly. Relevant Commands/Items Customers: /bmap [businessmap] (Opens up a menu (The "App" itself) with category filters that allows people to look up the businesses) Business owners: /bmaptog [businessmaplocation] (Toggles on/off their presence on the app) /baddinfo [businessaddinfo] (Opens the menu to add business information) /bclearinfo [businessclearinfo] (To clear all business information) How will it benefit the server? This is absolutely not meant to replace the escape menu business blip map that there is currently as blips would not appear on the app itself, but I still believe that the app can become of great use for players who feel like looking up and filtering through specific businesses and be able to see their information and approximation of their opening hours. Blips will still remain on top as most players would still utilize the ESC map to locate currently opened businesses and nothing would change in that regard. The original idea was to add a the aforementioned business' information directly when hovering your mouse on blips in the escape map menu, but I'm not sure if it'd be possible, and I feel like it being available to every business whether they're online or offline is a much better alternative. What this is essentially is a more hands-on, maybe more elaborate version of /bad or /cad that makes it easier for people to look up basic information about the various businesses of Los Santos. It just facilitates the whole process for everyone, business owners and customers alike. /bad and /cad will still be relevant for currently opened businesses. The "Maps App" isn't exactly going to display a map, but it'd work more like a list with filters if you will.
  3. Short description: Add a command to enable characters wearing a helmet to flip their visor open and shut. Detailed description: N/A Commands to add: /visor [up/down] (arguments unnecessary if the current state/ID is saved or read when using the /visor command) Items to add: None, already available in the clothing menu. How would your suggestion improve the server? Saves people needing to choose between an open visor while riding (unrealistic) or a closed one while interacting (unrealistic) Additional information: The clothing items are already available in the clothing menu, I took the liberty to collect the IDs of the appropriate helmets for the female model, see below. Important: Some helmets have color choices in textures, so multiple variants. Texture IDs should remain the same upon switch, then they're identical. Female IDs ID49 (closed) = ID67 (open) - matte visor, shiny black helmet ID50 (closed) = ID68 (open) - reflective visor, shiny black helmet ID51 (closed) = ID69 (open) - matte visor, matte black helmet ID52 (closed) = ID70 (open) - reflective visor, matte black helmet ID62 (closed) = ID71 (open) - clear visor, colored helmet1 ID72 (closed) = ID73 (open) - retro stunt helmet, patterned1/colored ID77 (closed) = ID78 (open) - retro stunt helmet, patterned2 ID79 (closed) = ID80 (open) - retro stunt helmet, patterned3 ID81 (closed) = ID66 (open) - clear visor, patterned helmet ID90 (closed) = ID91 (open) - tron helmet ID122 (closed) = ID123 (open) - juggernaut helmet ID124 (closed) = ID125 (open) - riot helmet ID127 (closed) = ID126 (open) - clear visor, colored helmet2 Male IDs ID50 (closed) = ID68 (open) - matte visor, shiny black helmet ID51 (closed) = ID69 (open) - reflective visor, shiny black helmet ID52 (closed) = ID70 (open) - matte visor, matte black helmet ID53 (closed) = ID71 (open) - reflective visor, shiny black helmet ID82 (closed) = ID67 (open) - clear visor, patterned helmet ID62 (closed) = ID72 (open) - clear visor, colored helmet1 ID73 (closed) = ID74 (open) - retro stunt helmet, patterned1/colored ID78 (closed) = ID79 (open) - retro stunt helmet, patterned2 ID80 (closed) = ID81 (open) - retro stunt helmet, patterned3 ID91 (closed) = ID92 (open) - tron helmet ID123 (closed) = ID124 (open) - juggernaut helmet ID125 (closed) = ID 126 (open) - riot helmet ID127 (open) = ID128 (closed) - clear visor, colored helmet2 Comments: ID18 = the 8 textures of ID18 are identical to ID82, which has more textures, in line with the open variant on ID67, ID18 can therefore be removed entirely, if it stays in it will need ID67 as counterpart, the texture IDs match despite there being fewer.
  4. Short description: Allow us to select outfits by name. Detailed description: Whenever you make a new outfit, you usually give it a name to remember what the outfit consists of. Why can't we change outfits by name instead of just by ID? Commands to add: None to add, but allow /outfit to take an outfit's name as parameter instead of just the ID. Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? It's a QoL feature which'll help people to select outfits without having to T-pose to find the correct outfit or remember all of their outfit ID's. Additional information:
  5. Short description: Add functionality that would support changing the audible siren at any time, as well as the pattern used by the lights on the car. Detailed description: Currently, when you enable the siren/lights on a police car, there is only one light pattern for each car and it will not change. if you attempt to hold the HORN button to switch to a different siren, it does not sync to other players. I am suggesting the addition of a script that will allow a full range of control over these elements. Commands to add: None. This system would work with the use of keybinds. Items to add: A 3rd party script or a script developed from scratch by GTA World devs. How would your suggestion improve the server?: Honestly, for anyone who isn't involved with law enforcement roleplay, this won't make much of a difference. In general though, it will make the experience more immersive for people involved in any roleplay with the police. Police lights could be used for traffic indicators. Different siren modes could be used to clear intersections, Et cetera. It's just a quality of life update. Additional information: I have a script I found online to share, at the very least for reference. I have not tested it though so I can be sure that it works. But this is exactly what I am suggesting. https://github.com/dArkyunn/-RageMP-More-Immersive-Emergency-Lights
  6. Short description: Good quality of life change, to an already commands overfilled script. Detailed description: Remove the command /starttaxi and include the taxi shift under /startshift (without the government funds). Commands to add: Remove /starttaxi. Include taxi workers in /startshift (without the government payment) Items to add: None. How would your suggestion improve the server? Additional information: This will decrease the amount of commands a player must remember on the sever. Also it’s an easy implement and an easy check In the /startshift command. if(vehid == taxi) run_starttaxi_code; Good quality of life change, to an already commands overfilled script.
  7. Hey. Currently, whenever anyone texts an animation forces you out of whatever prior animation you are in. For example, if you were seated before texting someone, it'll force you to stand up reanim whenever that occurs. Perhaps add a way to toggle it or simply remove the animation that comes with the texting command?
  8. So I was on duty and tried to spike an SUV with the /spike it worked well but it spiked my own car instead of suspects. So I was wondering is it possible to...change the position of the spikes? Cause right now it spawns in the middle of a character. Maybe make it a bit longer if possible Cause right now it's length of a metropolitan police spike. Or maybe make it deployable from the back of the car #discuss
