  2. Do you have somewhere that says the Fire Department do transport corpses? The LA County Coroner's website even lists transportation as one of their duties: https://mec.lacounty.gov/our-process/
  3. I don't think Fire Departments transport corpses unless they die in the back. In fact, I think it's against protocol in most places TO transport a dead body given the cleanup that would be required afterwards.

  5. Please not this. There have been a lot of admin created "RP" events in the past. I have complained about every single one. They do not create RP, because beyond that situation itself, there is no roleplay. For example, back in 2019 there was a "robbery" in the Paleto factory. Was there roleplay? Sure. What was the roleplay? Breaching the building and killing 4 admins who gave themselves assault rifles. Giving admins carte blanche to spawn themselves equipment to create situations for the cops will, if they follow previous situations, just result in one massive shootout and not be particularly fun out of that.
  6. This was a feature when I first added the new phone system. Unfortunately it became too taxing on the script and was removed. Last time this was raised I don't think there were plans to bring it back.
  7. I like the idea of an admin activated alarm. This allows the admin to adapt the alarm's trigger to the roleplay that's happening, so the player actually breaking in isn't stressed about /me loot place in the 30 seconds he has before getting surprised by 35 different cruisers and a wild coyote.

  9. I think there's two tanks. There's the default GTA one that is shrugged off by your player if you put it on in water, that one seems to have the light synced automatically. The other one that doesn't is the undershirt that requires /scuba.
  10. This will just breed a meta of /me grabs downed man by collar pulling him into car /putinveh to negate any consequences of a shootout.

    In the past few weeks, I've seen nothing but automatics. I haven't been shot at with a semi automatic for at least a month now. I don't know if that could be a reason?
  12. This is a character I've wanted to do for the longest time. At one point I had the character made, but never actually did anything with it - the issue here is that you'd need script support for /helpup or /revive for the gunshot wounds as it is incredibly easy to get put into the injured state.

  14. The whole point of this suggestion is to have 2 torso IDs mapped to a uniform or clothing slot, allowing the player to set their own. Thus, removing the need for any sort of mapping torso IDs with a view to reducing development time drastically.
  15. The developers don't even need to do that. Just leave that up to the users to set their own torso IDs.
  16. Short description: Within a uniform or clothing slot, have the ability to set two torsos - your primary torso, and a secondary torso. Have the ability to swap between these two with a command e.g. /gloves. Detailed description: Within GTA V, gloves are bound to a torso ID, and each torso ID is different depending on the clothes you wear. This command would allow you to set torso 1 to be say, 0 (no gloves short sleeve), and torso 2 to be say, 175 (gloves and short sleeve arms). When you /gloves, it swaps between the two, thereby effectively putting your gloves on and off. Commands to add: /torso or some form of /settorso Items to add: A new secondary torso field. How would your suggestion improve the server? Allowing for two different torso options within the same uniform or outfit slot, meaning you don't have to take up 2 slots for the same outfit.   17. What MJ said, and the fact that often development time is gated by real life work - which won't be compromised by however little money is actually getting given to developers, because I can guarantee it won't be a substantive amount.
  18. I'm pretty sure this is an intended security feature. It is a common practice to have one generic error message "Your username or password is incorrect" rather than "your password is incorrect".
  19. You have to click on the slider itself then use the arrow keys to navigate a la the old system. I think the 1 second cooldown between clicking the button to change IDs needs to go though.
  20. Honestly, all the admin jail should be is [1.0 - Common Courtesy] or 'John Doe has been jailed by Admin - Deathmatching'. What happens if that admin decision is reversed via complaint? Nobody knows that, they only know you got jailed for an unprofessionally worded 250 character statement that can come back to bite you.
  21. While you are completely correct, it's not just fingerprints that you can pull from a corpse in the water. Identification? Other injuries via /cdamages? All things that can be valuable in an investigation.

This is unrealistic and a little bit PG, allowing no scope for water based crime roleplay e.g. crime scene management, recovery of bodies, hell, even hiding bodies.   23. I think the injury system needs a rework, personally. I don't like the fact your character can just instantly die from 3 shots to the arm - the "dead scriptwise = dead character" is a good precedent for consistency in my opinion, and I don't think that needs changing, just the ease at which you die.

  25. While I wouldn't necessarily be against this, legal faction voice usage is significantly easier to monitor - they sit in a specific channel on teamspeak and talk. With illegal factions, there are probably dozens of different discord voice channels that could be used. You have zero idea if someone is on comms or not. Granted, that is an issue as it stands right now. How can this be addressed?
