  2. Bohdan Anderson was born in Liberty City's Broker, 1997, to a John and Mary Angelo. Life wasn't easy, and in fact was unbearable at times. His father was ran off the road by a drunk driver in 1998 and killed on impact. His mother fell to heroin addiction and died later in 1999. Bohdan spent the majority of his childhood, alone. Put into foster care later that year, he was picked up by the Anderson family a few months later and was raised in a socioeconomically rich neighbourhood. Bohdan knew very little of his biological parents, and chooses not to speak of them - purely for ease of conversation. Marcus Anderson was an influential business owner in Liberty City's booming metropolitan heart, he ran and managed many social clubs across the city whilst his wife, Sally Anderson was the stay at home element of the relationship. Albeit he was raised by a family, it was a strict one - a family that lived by a code and set of rules, one that instilled loyalty to those you work with. He was beaten as a child, and forced to live a life of which was filled with uncertainty. A tragic tale that will surely end in a cataclysmic fashion.

  8. Link the group effort to start a wiki I think GTA:W would benefit from having a Wiki. Right now, a lot of information is hard to find, usually hidden in different and incomplete guides which makes navigating between relevant ones a challenge for someone who is not familiar with GTA:W. The benefit of a wiki in addition to guides and help channels is that a lot more people can update relevant information, so when something changes, the topic starter (and staff) aren't the only ones responsible for updating the details. In the newbie-help channel, articles can be easily linked and from there, new players can further explore semi-relevant information as well. This would combine information from existing guides, and the knowledge of veteran players into one easily accesible location, formatted in a way that everyone is familiar with (Wikipedia) and can be easily updated. I would imagine this is mostly relevant for providing information regarding; Mainly ingame mechanics unique to GTA:W (not in vanilla GTA5), all from an OOC perspective: * Available commands and their function * Different menus, their structure and utility * Other interface information, such as the system for map markers * Almost IC details, such as where to go for what type of service or products I believe that it might not be useful to also create articles for IC information on a Wiki, since; * There are plenty of resources available already, such as facebrowser and various forums * It could also lead to another way in which meta-gaming is possible * It could disincentivize actual roleplay in specific circumstances Overall, I think it is worth considering as it would improve new player experience, and assist those trying to help out new players as well. Sorry if this is not the right (sub)forum, but this one came closest. Any thoughts?

  16. It was sent to Charles Hughes he replied once with: "Hello, My sincere apologies for the late response, I have been on absence for the past week. I'll review your report and forward it to the staff office post haste." This was on the 8th of September, my reminders were sent on the following dates: Sept 17 Oct 02 Both are read but no replies. Now I'm not trying to bash but when people complain about the roleplaying standard about LSPD they say to report it through the proper channels because it's taken extremely serious by leadership, this whole scenario doesn't really leave the feeling of a genuine quality roleplay report is even being taken care off. In fact, it gives the vibes that it's hopeless even bothering reporting quality rolepaly reports.

  17. Focusing on bikes alone, one of the common looks a motorcycle has consists of being littered in chrome parts. And the secondary paint on bikes covers not only the handlebars but a majority of parts from front to back. Kind or steals away the possibility of having a realistic, nice looking motorcycle without having the ability to use the chrome paint as the secondary paint on bikes. Examples from GTA W in general, of chrome parts: In comparison to the closest look you can get in GTA W at the moment: You can see from the belt cover and the suspension near the front wheels, the difference between all the greyish looking parts and the actual chrome parts which aren't affected by the paint job done on the secondary paint. And the grey really comes out at night. Examples of actual motorcycles, showing just how many bikes have chrome parts over anything else: Not even including muscle cars and the benefit of having chrome paint available to those, bikes alone are a real pain to deal with when your only options are an ugly grey, black, or some other color that looks real ridiculous on a bike.
