The Tongva tribe are an ancient and noble people with deep spiritual connections to the land that has become the state of San Andreas. A one time migrating people from further north, with origins in the Uto-Aztecan peoples of Nevada, the Tongva have long held to their lands and islands north of the city of Los Santos where they enjoyed a peaceful hunter gatherer and fishing society with abundant resources to sustain their small populace, prior to the arrival of Spanish explorers and missionaries in the 1500s. With a language based in Uto Aztecan dialects, the peoples of this tribe claim almost a thousand members of whom most are direct descendants of the original peoples who survived the poxes and pestilences brought by European settlers. The majority of these people speak Spanish and English respectively, however there are still those who carry an oral tradition of the spoken Tongva language to carry on the stories of those who came before, and to preserve their fiercely proud heritage and cultural identity. Today, the Tongva enjoy a modest reserve deep in the Tongva basin, which was recognised by the federal government in 2008, but despite modern freedoms and liberties to practice their old traditions and lore, their community lives in crippling poverty with prominent social issues including alcoholism and substance abuses. The one time seat of the tribe, Two Hoots Falls, has long since fallen into disuse by the tribe on account of it's distance from the tribal reserve, however it is still a point of significant religious value to those who hold to the old ways of their ancestors. This thread will follow the character progression of members of the Tongva people.

Let me add on to this.. imagine being in a club or Kebab shop with 20 people and they're all swarming the bar and "ID 224 IS SCREAMING FOR HIS DRINK" /ME LOOKS AT ID224... /me makes the drink for ID224 And you're going to have to cross reference names to numbers, this isn't fun. I don't want to be an accountant when I try to RP. It's messy and disgusting. It's hard enough trying to read the text and match names to the locations of players and to see a sea of ID's instead of disgusting. For new players it'll be even harder. Sure HABEEB knows half the server so it won't affect me as much as other people but I still hate it. If this becomes a thing, i'll be leaving the server I don't think I could deal with it. If it's not broken don't fix it.

Can we realize the fact there's not a ton of working face options on GTA:W and that PLENTY of characters look very very close, almost identical? I really don't see this working when all the characters look identical to each other

Marcus Idlewood is a biracial man from Los Santos living in Vespucci. Growing up he witnessed lots of violence and gang activity in the neighborhood he lived in because of his father's gang. Early on he lived with his younger brother, his father an African American gang member at the time lived with them before a life sentence in prison was given to him. His mother who was an Italian immigrant who taught him how to speak Italian as a kid and tried to keep him out of the streets. But Marcus chose to move out with his younger brother Nicolas and moved in with his older half-brother Isaiah Idlewood and their father’s brother, their Uncle Kane Idlewood. So hello, I recently noticed a rule that was ideal for the server back in the day to have realism within companies. But no it is no secret the population of the server has grown, with that companies have become older and need to operate more efficiently. My suggestion goes to the rule that states that one Business can have only 1 script. I would suggest that the slots to be increased by one depending on how old your company is in terms of real life years. WHy should it take time? Well because it shows consistency and activity therefor I see this as a valid measuring idea. For example my company was opened in April 2019 it didnt operate fully until july perhaps. Now we have 1 year with this company it has members in the management team, and members in the board of directors. The tasks are much more with more people to handle. I think that giving companies opportunities of growth incentivize business owners and show some history in the server as in how companies grow and so on like they do in real life. TL:DR Basically atm ther eis a rule that states you can only have 1 script per business. I seek to have that rule modified perhaps to us who have been here for too long and have the chance to expand since we are stuck.

Short description: Add the ability to have multiple pages on a note Detailed description: With the current sizing, it is hard for businesses that have lots of stock to fit everything onto a single note to hand out to players. A set number of pages would be available to be added to a single note through the use of commands. The pages would then be navigated by a UI element such as an arrow, or clicking on the appropriate side of the note to turn it left and right. Commands to add: An extended UI arrow to flip through the pages of a note, /notepage index pagenumber text Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? Adding the ability to create a second, third or fourth page to your note would give more creative freedom for businesses and players that want to create catalogs, newspapers, magazines, brochures, larger menus, and books. Additional information: This is a quality of life suggestion, which shouldn't be too hard to implement.

Honestly nothing. LSRP had its golden era, it was fun while it lasted, had lots of good roleplay with quality people; but we're onto a new era. Server needs to think less about mimicking the past and look toward innovation. A lot of problems I think the server/community have at the moment derive from trying to be like something else.

WEST SIDE CAPITAL CRIPS The West Side Capital Crips 3X (W/S CC, WSCC 3X), also known as the Capital Boulevard Crips, Capital Gangster Crips or the Capital Crip Gang, are predominantly, though not necessarily exclusively, an African-American street gang based in South Los Santos, San Andreas. The gang initially started back in the early 1980's as a group of teenage residents from the Capital Boulevard neighborhood due to the rise in gangs and gang violence in Los Santos. Originally, they went by the "Capital Hustlers" and claimed Gangster Crip after dropping the "Hustler" label a few years later. It has since evolved into an additional factor in the current rates of gang violence and narcotics trafficking in the area. HISTORY AND DESCRIPTION Founded in the summer of 1982, the then-Capital Hustlers were a much smaller group residing in the Capital Boulevard Apartment Complex, formed mainly to protect themselves from rival groups that encroached upon their area. The group began claiming Gangster Crip after a rapper and fellow gang member named Kaleem “Bluebaby” Barnes was set up and shot in front of a recording studio by a member of the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips. W/S Capital Crips is predominantly made up of young African-American males from the Capital Boulevard neighborhood, with most of its more senior members either being dead or serving time in the Los Santos justice system, which factors into the more loose organization of their ranks and how business is conducted amongst its members. After living in a gang-infested area, it's only natural that all the exposure and risk factors, from anti-social attitudes to early delinquencies, that young locals could potentially be manipulated into joining the gang. In some cases, younger relatives of existing members are also put on. When a new member is brought in, an older member takes them under their wing. Young locals are usually tasked with doing smaller crimes such as selling drugs and seeing how they fair in the day to day dealings and risks the gang is stacked up against. Once they have proven themselves, they get put on by other members. CLIQUES The West Side Capital Crips has a number of cliques within its ranks, each representing themselves with different apparel and gang signs. However, authorities have only managed to extensively document one of these cliques, with others either unable to be researched at the time or hard to find in the modern day Capital Crip Gang. 16 RIVAL CRUSADER LOCS: The 1600 Blocc clique, also known as the 16 Rival Crusader Locs is a clique of the Capital Gangster Crips located on Crusade Road. Its members are often seen sporting Las Venturas Raider apparel to identify themselves, and their culture is noticeably dissimilar to the other cliques of the Capital Crip Gang. They have been actively involved in pushing marijuana and crack cocaine over the years, with the goal of achieving dominant market control in the area. The 1600 Blocc clique is considered one of the oldest and most respected cliques within the gang, with its members usually being hardened veterans of the Capital Crip Gang and respected "pushers", i.e drug dealers. Authorities believe the clique was formed during the height of the crack cocaine epidemic in Los Santos by teenagers who felt under represented within the Capital Crip Gang. ((OOC Section)) We are aiming to portray a fictional Crip set inspired by multiple gangs in the real-life area around Capital Boulevard (Olympic Boulevard, Los Angeles). Over time, the thread will be updated with timelines to represent each period of the faction's history for ease of access.
