  1. IMHO, implement San Andreas Highway Patrol on the server, let them you know, be a faction that is fully focused towards traffic. I can tell you as a long lasting member of the LSPD Traffic Division that we're pulled away from doing traffic stuff so much that it's hard trying to do our tasks as traffic as we have to deal with everything else. 2, harsher punishments for people who are repeat offenders, as someone else on here said, make people have to actually go to court to get this license back after a set number of violations. 3, I dunno, make all the traffic rules available ingame so that anyone can have easy access to them, I know an old SAMP server I was on had a command to bring all the laws ingame.
  2. I mean, I know of a lot of cops that wear 4x pairs of cuffs as it's rather common for cops to use 2 sets of cuffs on a single suspect so.. As long as we're able to like, stock up on cuffs so we have 4 or so and could get more from cars, I don't see an issue with this, and zip cuffs could be gathered from cars as well as it's a common thing for large scenes such as riots or raids due to the ease and speed of use compared to regular cuffs.
  3. VIN's technically already exists as all the vehicles have a unique ID for the database, all it needs is to be implemented into the mdc and dmv system.
  4. Suggestion isn't to mark vehicles wanted because its stolen, its to make vehicles be marked as wanted in relation of other crimes that the vehicle has been involved in. +1 from me.
  5. You're not required to ticket them, suspended their license or take the car even if its the third offense you know, it's a officer discretion deal.
  6. Detailed Description Well, simply put now that when RageMP has updated their launcher so that we no longer suffer from the texture loss, increase the view/draw distance back to 350 or whatever it used to be, no one really looses with a better draw distance. Relevant Commands/Items N/A How will it benefit the server? It will benefit everyone by everyone being able to see longer, making people, cars, items, everything load in sooner which will give people more times to avoid stuff that as of right now just spawn in our of thin air.
  7. +1, I feel like having them routed to actual security companies is way better. Only alarm that should be routed directly to pd as well as the security company would be large commercial facilities, if we even have any that fits into that category.
  8. I'm all in for it, but has anyone posted an actual bug report of the issue?
  9. So, when you change the color of your vehicle ingame, does it take aprox. 3 days of sanding, painting and letting the paint dry?
  10. Sure, was made for another server but uhh.. Pretty much the same thing on here 😄
  11. Looks more like he took an extra off the car, which is something that can be edited at a mechanic shop. It's just like how the Coquette has an extra with a roof or without one but you can't press H to switch between.
  12. This can easily be fixed on the player end by removing CTRL/SHIFT as the lean/tilt forwards & back keys in your controls. You can still use numpad 8 & 5 by default to move the bed up and down. Reason why it's in the first place is because CTRL/SHIFT is because the flatbed is based on the regular tow truck I believe where you move the boom with said keys, hence why the bed moves so fast as well as (from what I know) it moves the same distance as the boom on the regular tow truck when you press the keys. @Bruce002 @Planters80mm @BaileyG
  13. So, I'm a trucker irl as well, and I can totally get behind this idea and personally, I would take it even further and add in legal weights and so on so you can overload your vehicle to earn extra profits but if you're caught its gonna hurt your wallet. Anyways, thats a thing for another time. Back on track to this suggestion. So, I won't get into the buying licenses part as I don't care about it but the thing with people getting out of trucks big trucks to unload crates by repeating the same commands all over? Nah, make a timer where they go to said location and the vehicle unloads itself by npcs or w/e, but don't lock the driver to the vehicle, let them walk around and socialize with other drivers around, lock the vehicle from moving for I dunno, 5-10 minutes for the biggest trucks (even longer of we one day get trailers working). Let the small vans keep the crate stuff as realistically, all they deliver are parcels and packages, big rigs would transport pallets and so on. Now, the grinding bit? I mean, leave some elements of it i guess so that not everyone in the city can go buy a pounder immediately. In my opinion, make it so that you icly need "experience" from the lower class license to progress upwards, now I know that's not how it works in real life but it's a compromise I personally believe would be beneficial for the server. But im talking like, 50 or at the very most 100 deliveries to be able to progress. The reason for this being beneficial in my opinion is that irl, you have to complete written exams and practical driving exams, as it would in my opinion be hard to make that a thing in game, the best substitute would be to learn how the bigger vehicle handles as you progress. Thanks my two cents at least.
  14. To be honest, I'd like this very much. I've been back to the server for almost two years now and during that time I've been active in the LSPD as a traffic officer meaning that I've conducted a lot of traffics stops on people. During my time here, I've had about four instances of people actually RP being drunk after I've personally seen them exiting from a bar. Trusting people to RP this effects clearly doesn't work as no one ever does it. Almost no one wants to RP being drunk and go "Ohh yeah, let me catch a cab instead of driving myself to the next bar". There's been several times I've been sitting outside bars, seeing people go outside, get into their car and drive to the next bar/club down the road so yeah, I'm very much in support of this suggestion.
  15. I dont personally see an issue with having a partition as long as its just a plastic partition. The cop cars dont even have bulletproof partitions. The partiton would still fend of robberies made by people who has melee weapons, which they do in real life meanwhile robbers armed with firearms would still be an issue for drivers.
