  1. You accept trades + cash?
  2. Edit: 180K reason is because I want to change the color and remove the spoiler. Let me know if you're okay with this. PH 8081
  3. I’ll take it for 110k
  4. Frezemies makes a valid point guys. I agree, however people have been grinding already for existing cars in the market. I guess there is no clear solution to this. Its more so pick which poison will kill you slower type of thing. But a good RPQM team will pick up on certain players with unrealistic assets and I am sure its easier to manage then an overwhelming influx of application that we have no idea if they are genuine or not.
  5. Honestly without derailing too much the subject of the topic here. But its a server wide issue with how the economy is handled. None of us have a business degree in economics I assume and this is something that’s relatively too familiar to what occurred on past communities like LSRP. The notion of having government agencies making a flat 40K a week or more in paychecks throws off the economy because people will naturally grind. However back to the subject of this topic however, people do make up a quick fictitious story that never really occurred in their character just so they can get granted a special vehicle. That’s not efficient and all you are really telling the player is if you write me a cute pretty story I can approve the request. Just make these cars super expensive and have a low count i.e 5-10 in the whole server and problem solved.
  6. In my personal opinion its unneeded paperwork and more work for admins/PM to have people apply for said lease request. Why not just have them in-game and price them at a ridiculously stupid high price. 5M for this vehicle, 10M for that. If a player can afford a 5M$ car then why does that person need to write a 2 page essay on how he put the vehicle into good use. Plus as a starting player you can only make 225,000$ of free money so you can start your roleplay adventure and earn more. If a player has 5+ million dollars in the bank, don't you think that player already deserved that hard earned cash? He probably found a lucrative way to make more money and why should we limit that person with a 2 page essay on why he's worthy of said vehicle. It's not like he didn't sit there for 20 minutes making up some bullshit story just so an admin can approve his lease request lol. We already have RPQM that combs through players with unrealistic assets anyway. The whole aspect of micromanaging everything will get notoriously annoying and can demotivated people at the masses. You don't go to Ferrari's Dealership and the salesman asks you "Hey can you write me a good reason why you want this car?" If you have the dough you come out driving a Ferrari or whatever your heart makes you happy. If anything, Nervous can add a limit to the vehicles that are sold from the script dealership. Same as the component system for business. I.E. 10X of idk Ferrari. Once its gone, its GONE. You can't buy anymore until 6 months from now that a magical shipment comes with more fancy cars. That would essentially make the vehicle extremely luxurious and you won't have everyone in the server grabbing a car. If you have millions of dollars in the bank, god bless you, really. Enjoy your earnings. I do believe the more restrictions we apply as a community to players, the more they'll be demotivated and therefore people will just end up being so demotivating they'll stop donating and they'll find something else to play (Which btw, already happened to one of my good friends and consistent donator and she won't come back because of the sheer amount of paperwork and dedication needed on a game). For one I personally don't want to use my day off to write an essay after an essay to explain how and why I want to use up my money. We all forget at times this is a game, and yes we try to emulate real life. But there should always be a balance and for one I am heavily opposed on anything that is time consuming and not efficient even for the most veteran admin. That's just my two cents on this.
  7. Rest easy Patty. Thank you for all you’ve done in the community.

Buyout please. You can reach me at 8081.
  9. Wow, never knew this was even possible. I completely support this and would definitely create more immersion.
  10. Buyout, would be perfect since I live in Mirror Park and the commute is short.
  11. Detailed Description: My suggestion is pretty straight forward. In bad weather / low visibility it will be unrealistic for a pilot to perform what's called a 'visual approach' on a field. Pilots who are on-approach to land at an active runway with 5 or less visibility will need to be on the ILS approach where the aircraft 'autolands' into the active runway. My recommendation is to implement a system where you'll toggle it using /ils or /autoland and it will pilot the aircraft towards the runway for an auto-land. This will create a more realistic aspect towards aviation roleplay as currently it will be unrealistic to perform a visual approach in a rainy / low visibility day. For helicopters in the other-hand, ILS should be functional only towards Los Santos Airport / La Puerta Helipad / Sandy Shores Airfield only. Any other off-airport landing is at pilots discretion and shouldn't have Autoland capabilities since those airports by nature would not have an ILS system installed, I.E. McKenzie Airstrip. Relevant Commands/Items: /autoland or /ILS How will it benefit the server?: This will create a more realistic approach towards aviation roleplay and in turn minimizes the need to call out 'visual approaches' or VFR operations in a low visibility day where it would be near to impossible to land an aircraft without being able to visibly see the runway. In contrast to what has been suggested before on an 'autopilot' feature, this is completely different and relates to autolanding an aircraft.
  12. 8081, I can take this off your hands.
  13. I have a few friends who are visually impaired. I myself without my glasses I cannot see. This will help out greatly. +1 from me. Especially reading /b can be a challenge at times.
  14. Will you accept a trade for a nimbus?
