Our aim is to portray a satellite group within the larger entity of Eurasian Organized Crime under the stewardship of a particular authority figure. The majority of ourgroup are portraying second and third-generation Russian, Ukrainian and Armenian-Americans, but we welcome characters of all Eurasian descent, both male and female. First-generation characters require approval from OOC leadership to be portrayed.
We encourage our members to be more American than Slavic; fluency of their respective "mother tongues" should reflect this, as well as their attitudes, demeanour, and day-to-day conduct. New joiners should be second or third-generation youth from the poor immigrant community of Morningwood, be aged 21 or below, and start with a blank canvas so that they can develop both their character and their involvement with the faction. Exceptions will require approval.
