OUT OF CHARACTER This faction is a portrayal of the White Car, a collective of white inmates, in the Twin Towers Correctional Facility. This collective includes various gang members and independent criminals from across San Andreas. The White Car exists to provide its members with protection, order, influence and money-making opportunities. It works with gangs and associates on the streets to help achieve its aims.
