  1. No thanks, willing to negotiate but not willing to come down that much.
  2. This is more a critique of the Flight Schools available rather than SAAA I bought a plane a while back in an attempt to develop my character as a recreational pilot. It seemed all the available fixed win instructors were EU based and almost impossible to get a hold of as someone living in an American Timezone, I eventually gave up and sold my plane.
  3. Selling Buckingham Vestra Starting Bid $450,000 Buyout: $700,0000 Ph: 420-000
  4. You are never going to make this maps feel truly alive similar to the larger SAMP servers. The Map is just too big
  5. Going to be honest maybe I am missing something. I've been to the redwood forest and spent plenty of time in the Bay area for work and vacationed and travel to SoCal more than once. I don't see the resemblance at all and genuinely confused how you are making this comparison especially the redwood forest. I mean redwood forest named after redwood trees are absolute giant trees along with Sequoia. There is nothing like that in San Andreas. From what I can find online and on the wikis the areas you described they are based on small towns inland up farther up the coast from LA but no where near the Bay Area.
  6. I'm just going to be blunt man. The reason people keep beating a dead horse is because there has been no progress been made or real solutions being presented by management. Like I respect how responsive you have been in these threads but you can't expect this to stop just because you are passively aggressively deflecting these complaints with all due respect. If you are going to close the thread, close the thread but I don't understand why you expect things to change just because you pop in these threads and start deflecting without offering solutions or plans.
  7. I think just allowing people to use the Taxi script in normal cars and but still create an expectation of realism. Like people shouldn't be doing Ubers in a Coquette. But I thyinkt the issue is more complex that just Fixveh if you remove /fixveh people just change their behavior so when they spawn their car will actually be accessible without it. The issue I think is the access to rental in the early game as well as how cheap cars are. 3 hours of playing I can get 15k and buy a Radius which is a pretty decent four door car. Also instead of /fixveh people will just change their spawn to their houses where there cars are anyways. Taxis on most RP servers are only really useful for
  8. To me this just comes of as conjecture. No Gang member is going to attack a civillian just because he was on the phone. You think gang members are going to risk committing first degree murder in order to cover up street crimes? And why are your gang actives that brazen that the public is constantly a witness?
  9. This server creates a lot of its own problem. This is one of the largest text based RP communities I've been apart which creates challenges in moderation in itself. But then add on top of all these rules that require admins to be present for this or that. RPQM combing over ever nuance of portrayal I just don't see how its sustainable. You can put all the rules you want in an attempt to try to fine tune the roleplay experience but when you don't actually have the man power to enforce and execute all you do it create bottlenecks. Also glad other people calling it out but the response when we bring up these issues shouldn't be the "We have lives" excuse. We all have lives but no one forced you to be an Admin. If your life can't permit you to meet the bear minimum of your admin duties then why be an admin? The issue just isn't the response time but that fact that the server has been set up in a way the admins need to be middlemen for a lot of interactions but the server doesn't have the capacity to meet those needs. And when we call out the rules that are creating bottle necks then admins start getting defensive and start giving the run around. AS long as server management continues insist on not giving up any control and micromanaging everything this will continue to be an issue. I've seen less bureaucracy in actual IRL companies.

  11. Come to Texas. I will show you all the good BBQ spots.
  12. Interject? Their is a limited supply of houses and their is a demand of said house from the players. There for supply and demand exist. It isn't rock science my man the laws of supply and demand just don't go away because you will it so or regulate it away. Math is math doesn't change in a videogame. Price discovery exist in video game economies how else would people persay know what to sell their cars for on the open market? How would IG Dealerships make decisions on which car to buy and sell if supply and demand cease to exist on a population of 700 people. It was always going to be bad because yes this isn't GTA San Andreas not as many houses but the current rules are making it way worse. Why does it matter if you cap the prices of houses if they are never for sale?
  13. That isn't how supply and demand work. Price controls don't work and just destroys the supply of houses. Why would someone put their house for sale if they don't feel like they can get the price they want. They will just hoard the house. So yes prices might be capped to a price you can afford but no one is ever going to sell their house for that price. Like if people paid attention one of the biggest things to improve the availability of houses was removing the price cap if the person owned the house for X-months. If it weren't for that even less houses would be on the market.

    Money

No lets be real. The issues we are facing now like houses never being on the market, people just stacking money with no where to spend it these are the consequences of conscious decision made by server management by restricting the housing supply while also capping prices. The way houses rules it decimates housing supply. One thing I think should be done is removing on most of the restrictions for how much people can price their house. Put like a -12 month period where you can't resell the house or add like a 50 percent IC tax if you resell the house within a month or two. More houses will come on the market and exchanging hands yes they will getting more expensive but whats the point of capping prices to make things more affordable but the houses are never being sold for those capped prices. I think you should reduce the starter pay but remove the RP line requirement for the 4k/hour paycheck you can get from jobs like taxi or business script. I have so many idea I could propose so lets not pretend ideas aren't being suggested. Its just the server management thinks the can micromanage ever aspect of this server and they can't it just creates other issues.

    Money

There so many issues with the economy and a lot of them are self inflicted it really doesn't make sense. Tell me why does it make sense to give every new character created 200k but then implement things like price controls on the most expensive assets so their prices can't adjust as the money supply on the server grows? So we are just giving away money to players but then tell another group of players they can't sell their assets over X amount. Money is perpetually become less valuable so these players just hoard houses because they wont get the price they want. because of the rules. The issue isn't the grind jobs. The jobs that people fear people will grind like hunting and fishing no one is grinding them because of the caps on assets and other restrictions. You don't regulate an economy with just top down control. You have to create incentives through certain jobs, taxes, etc.
  16. I don't think this is the case and even so isn't thatt the point of RPQM. To also had add an extra barrier with the restriction of certain vehicles from dealership within reason (obviously no Deluxos) seems like an overcorrection. Nothing is stopping a player in the script who is say a minor character from a small gang from owning a pariah if he has the IG money. RPQM has to get involved to enforce that standard. What does it matter if you make a car like the Coquette D10 lease only. Is it any worse if the server was flooded with a pariah or paragons oppose to any car that you can put behind a limited release or any type of other lease.
  17. I think the cap should be removed all together. Removing it for hunting as well. I tried to start commercial fishing on an alternate character and its just terrible. The Tug is incredible slow and hard to maneuver. So much red tape, you got to pay to get your fishing license and your boat registered. It really doesn't make that much money just because of how slow the tug is. It doesn't even make sense to fish in a tug boat. Its a tug boat.
  18. What I don't understand Exactly. I can go into the dealership right now and buy a Paraiah the fastest car in the game. I don't understand the mentality of adding some sports/luxury cars and leaving out others. I understand their are exceptions like you wouldn't want the server flooded with with certain cars but one great example the Coquette D10. For the love of god why isn't this car in the game but they will add Mod cars that people barely buy including mod sports car.
