  1. Buying Emperor Vectre preferable with performance package.
  2. For sale: Asking $107,500 Price negotiable. Willing to entertain trades. Ph: 88258851
  3. I have one for sale. Sent you a text.
  4. Bail and Fines are not the same thing. Bail is basically collateral to make sure you appear in court if you are released. You get bail money returned if you show up to court even if found guilty. As to the original complaint things have been changed on the DAO end according to Oli who is JSA Faction Leader to make sure this doesn't happen again. As for the bail amounts I have no issue with them as Judge. Bail is just that bail, it allows you to be released for the duration of your trial. If the crime is serious enough you won't even get bail. Would you rather have a high bail like a 1million dollars you have a chance of paying either through loans or with the help of associate or just be denied bail? Its completely realistic and I don't see the issue there tbh. Helicopter stuff I can't speak to as much.
  5. I never said you guys shouldn't be allowed to RP and had hope to convey in my response I truly do understand the complexity of the problem. My issues was mostly is that like I said when complaints get brought up we get the same response oh we have lives, jobs, university etc as if most people player and admin a like h don't have those responsibilities as well and don't understand people have lives. It comes off as condescending at time. I don't know what the balance is exactly because you don't want admins to get burned out, again my issue was that it seemed like every time players bring up the issue this is the go to response to try to shut it down. Never said you guys shouldn't be able to RP at all, but trying to allude there is some level of sacrifice when you chose to become an Admin so to complain about that reality that is what I don't get.
  6. I think I share my frustration with some of the players because this is the answer we all get back and its starting to wear thin. We all have jobs or go to Uni so the idea that the expectation from players is that you sacrifice time from these things to dedicate more to as an administrator is a bit ridiculous no one is saying that. Its not like I don't empathize I've been an admin on other RP servers before I get it. I've been in leadership roles on this server and I understand that its a lot of work just in the roles I was as a Legal Faction Leader I couldn't imagine it as an admin. I've been one of the people in-charge of processing and grading In-character Bar Exams for people to become Lawyers here and I literally had a player get mad at me PMing on discord because I told him I would grade exam later and he asked why can't I do it now when I was literally laying in bed next my my GF at the time. So I get the side some players do have unrealistic expectation. At the same time I took on those responsibilities voluntarily with the understand I'd be sacrificing a lot of the time I would normally just be RPing to step in a leadership role and help run things. It seems the culture on GTAW Staff is it encourages Admin to RP and not put them in a position to have to sacrifice too much of their normal RP. That approach has its pros and cons. With great power comes great responsibility and Admins have a lot of power on this server but anytime a player seems to point at the responsibility part when it comes to admin you always hear the same excuses. So I don't think players are being unreasonable when they expect hey if you decide to take the step to become an Admin and contribute to community as a Staff perhaps you are going to sacrifice some aspects of your RP time to be able to contribute as a Staff member.
  7. No it actually isn't hard. LA is still in America. Its actually been made easier with a recent supreme court decision basically stating a lot of the laws in cities like NYC and LA around concealed carry are unconstitutional look up the Bruen decision. So can we be real here. People like to pick and chose when they want to apply realism. The only reason this is an issue is because the idea of people getting access to conceal carry fairly easily offends their European sensibilities.
  8. For sale asking 195k. Price negotiable. Willing to consider trades as well for Tuner or Muscle cars if its car I'm interested in. ((Stats))
  9. Wait your stock got confiscated? They were really doing that to dealers. Man that is insane. Man I'm glad I got out of car dealing shortly after they added the vehicle tax. I never understood this server's heavy handed approach when it came to car dealers.
  10. I use to be a dealer this is sort of my perspective on it. Back in Mid to Late 2020 there was no tax for selling vehicles and the server was rapidly growing. So there was a lot of money to be made selling lower end cars to new players. Raduis and Asea were very popular I'd buy as many as I could for around 10k each and sell them for 15k. Nowadays and even before the shakeup in population due to the introduction of LC there just isn't as much money to be made. The tax made margins tighter but the biggest reason is the rental car system. If I remember correctly rentals use to just be temporary now you go to the rental car shop and pay $500 dollars and for all intents and purposes when it comes to the script it behaves exactly as if you own it. So why buy an Radius for 15k if I can just rent a Dillente indefinitely for $500 until I get the 200k in guaranteed money to buy essentially what ever car I want. So Dealers have very little incentive to stock up on cheaper cars they might have a handful back in the day I would have multiple Aseas, Radius, Asteropes in stock. It just wouldn't make sense now. Dealers have a good sense of what cars will sell so thats how they shape their stock.
  11. Like I said in my first post I didn't say all of that to say prices should change so we agree on that. I fly ALOT. Been on 6 round trip flights this past month alone. What I realized that even a lot of Americans don't really understand air travel outside of their once a year vacations. And Of course California license lol one of the few states that allow you to get a driver licenses without a social security number or without citizenship. You can't even vote here as a permanent resident. Anyways you get my point pedantic or not.
  12. I never said $300 dollars cheap in general, I said it was cheap for a flight. I just paid $500 dollars for a flight from North Texas to Vegas which is about half the flight time. And my point just wasn't the flight were around $300 ,my point was also distance didn't have the impact on the flight price you were suggesting, the flight being 3000 miles wasn't going to automatically make the flight more expensive. And you aren't "that" ignorant so you are somewhat ignorant? It just annoys me when people on this server especially non Americans talk about American life in a way that clearly demonstrates they have no idea what they are talking about.
  13. Completely wrong my man. If you live outside of the U.S its pretty hard to have the perspective to understand our domestic flights because most other countries or areas really don't have as comprehensive air travel as we do. I can get a non stop flight between NYC and LA for example for less than 300 USD which is cheap for a flight. unless you are talking international flights, distance usually isn't the biggest factor in the price of flights. Demand for the routes and how popular the airports you are flying too and from are usually bigger factors. I've been on one hour flights flying to smaller airports that are way more expensive then NYC to LA which is a flight I've done more than once. Since its a popular flight route there is a lot of supply for those flights therefor those flights are cheaper. The flights that tend to get really expensive are the shorter flights to smaller cities. A flight between the two largest cities in the country is going to be affordable. Business travel is what keeps the airlines running and there is plenty of business demand for flights between NY and the West Coast either LA or San Francisco. And not saying all of this to say I agree with OP its just you were absolutely wrong on your original point.
  14. I think you are making a lot of assumptions and projecting on the reason for their decline. Not saying you aren't partially right but I've been doing some form of GTA RP since 2010. And as long as I can remember there is always a precipitous drop in players towards the end of summer leading into the fall because a lot of players are going back to school. So to simply boil it down to the reasons you provided not saying those weren't factors as well because I know a lot of guys that quit in that time as well, I think is an oversimplification. If you look at the server stats its reflective of that the last peak of players was in July at the height (826 players) of summer and started to fall off since then leading into fall. source: https://www.gs4u.net/en/s/127453.html
  15. Yeah but lets say if there was no LC do you think GTA World LS would be getting the numbers it is now around the end of the year. Of course GTA V would of went on the decline especially now Red Dead RP is started to really get popular. But I Mean come on you can't tell me we would still be getting well over 500 players by end of year time if things stayed the course.
  16. I've been on Admins on other communities I get it. At the same time you know what you signed up for so constantly bringing up we have lives does nothing. We know you have lives, I am not expecting you to never take an LOA, never not be in the mood or tired or what ever. I use to be a faction leader there are days where I get home from work late and I don't have the energy to look at applications. I had a dude once PM me on discord about responding to his app and I pmed him from my phone saying I can later, keep in mind I was literally laying next to my GF at the time when sending this message, and he respond why can't you do it now. So I get it some players can be entitled but that isn't what I am talking about, and trying to make it seem like that is not really trying to understand why I am saying. At the end of the day you know what you signed up for.
  17. In fairness I do partially agree with you. But this excuse is starting to get tired and played out. We all have lives outsides these games, we weren't the ones who decided to volunteer their time as an admin. It isn't unreasonable to expect responsiveness from admins. And if your life doesn't allow you to do the job of admin to the best of your ability then quit and allow the opportunity to open up for someone else.
