  1. Mutual trust? The mutual trust is gone when they decided to violate rule and knowingly cheat. If you cheated there is no trust. I think this approach is repeating the same mistakes a lot of servers made with SAMP. Because of how normalized and widespread cheating was the big servers didn't want to come down too hard on cheating but as a result none of the cheaters ever feared punishment so now people who wouldn't normally cheat felt like they had to cheat in order to maintain a fair chance. Things like no-recoil, wall hacks were rampant. All being lenient on cheating did was incentivized more cheating.
  2. Selling a Dewbauchee Vesper. Performance and Security package Asking $200,000 185 Miles on the odometer More Pictures: Text: 420-000 if you are interested or email.
  3. I am not sure how the Judiciary is wrapped up in your complaint? Most of your complaints have to do with law enforcement and the mention of a single DA over something that I assume was said as a joke. And a DA can't just Seize your assets a Judge has to sign off, Judges who's actions are scrutinized heavily. Saying its an issue with the entire Judiciary implies Judges are also partaking in this corruption. As for the PD/SD stuff I can't speak to as I am not a member.
  4. I will buy for that price. My number is 555444
  5. Reach out to me if you are interested. I have one with performance package and low miles asking 65k.
  6. I NEVER said the issue was car prices not being "realistic" and gave several examples on why that isn't what I'm asking for. My issue was that there was no thought behind the car prices and the prices of cars made very little sense when comparing certain vehicles to others on the context of the server.
  7. I would like to do a viewing.
  8. And this is the problem. People shout realism when making these decisions and a lot of the time you can tell the people making these decision have never step foot in America. It often feels like European standards of car culture is being imposed onto this server. Its a mass produced sports car I see a C8 every day they are like 65k IRL of course they are popular. A easy solution just make the car like 200-300k and they instantly become less common. People don't actually want "realism" they want what they think is realistic. I have. Test server is a great place to do this. There are a lot of car prices that make ZERO sense even if you factor in everything you just mentioned. Tell me what reason does the Dominator GTX have to be 290k? Its literally based of a ford mustang. There are much better modern muscle cars for a third or half less for the price. If you actually tested a lot of these vehicles it would be obvious to you that what said here would not hold up. Also the car enthusiast segment of the server isn't as niche as your are suggesting.
  9. I don't believe its that hard I just don't think the developers want to put any thought into it. The feelings I get is that the prices that get chosen is what ever they feel like in the moment. The sense I get is when a vehicle gets priced no thought gets put into how much this price makes sense in the context of similar vehicles. Here is an easy example. They just added the Vapid Contender Sport which is based of a base model Toyota Tundra. Right now its in the dealership for 170k and would be a pretty run of the mill pick up truck. It makes no sense to price that truck significantly more than the Caracara. IRL that truck would sell for about 40k USD. But right now you have the Caracara 4 x 4 prices at 120k which is based of a Ford Raptor a higher end pick up truck which retails for twice as much IRL. There are a million examples like this. If you spend some time and come up with tiers say maybe $0-50k, $50-$100k etc etc and just come up with a criteria for each tier say based on what year model is the car based on, is it a luxury vehicle, is it a super car. It doesn't have to be a 1:1 conversion like for example the Vesper is based on like an 05 Aston Martin you can get for like 50k. But its still a super car and I understand not wanting to price it 1:1. I just believe it requires just a little thought and care.
  10. Have you ever live in a big American city? That is how cops operate..... Someone gets pulled over on the side of the ride the first sign of trouble there is two more cruisers pulling up behind them. Its not suppose to be a fair fight and I don't get why people think it should be. If its about realism the Police out gun you, they have more resources, access to better technology. If you want to make other arguments just on a balancing aspect sure, but realism is not the argument to make here. Also CKs aren't going to do anything. All they are going to do is name change and have an new character right after. Also most criminals are able to get away with their activity. If you are doing criminal activity in a stolen vehicle or one without plates unless they are able to disable your vehicle the chances are you are getting away. And even the criminals that get caught and rack up 30 points. They can just name change to avoid a trial since that rule is hardly ever enforced and be back on the streets again doing the same thing. I don't think things are as tilted towards cops as you would make them seem.
  11. Exactly. I'd also add limited release vehicles maybe. It will add some more layers to the secondary market. When people buy these cars in dealership you are instantly taking money out of circulation.

No Basketball or Baseball? The MLS is an afterthought mostly in America. Got people are make choices here with their European sensibilities as oppose to roleplaying actual Americans.
