Rancho
This specific area is home to a lot of notorious cliques and gangs. According to Los Santos Police department's gang unit, Rancho is known to them as the "motherland" for gangs in Los Santos. It is thought that the reason for the extreme high crime rate and number of gang related attacks is due to the so many different rival cliques. Over the years Rancho has had many power shifts when it comes to the gangs in control. At this very moment there is a well known gang that goes by the name of "Jamestown Mafia" (JTM) who paid homage to the Mexican Mafia, aka La eMe. They dominated Rancho with the its murdering streets as their stronghold. Over the years there have been many violent feuds between the different racial gangs. However its clear, JTM has always stood dominant.
Rancho's streets are full of drug users and drug addicts. Coming from poverty with not many legal opportunities, the local gangs have made drugs their main source of in come. Profiting off addicts they have a wide variety to choose from. Crack, cocaine, Ecstasy and Heroin. It's all being sold on the streets of Rancho. With all the local gangs trying to get their piece of the money, violence is quick to follow. Most feuds start from different gangs claiming the same territory for them to sell their product.
Current Times
After a few years of heavy surveillance and hardcore investigating, Los Santos's gang unit were able to edict various local street gangs. Majority of the high ranking members that were arrested are being held behind bars in different prisons across the states. A handful of the gang members escaped prison time at the cost of being deported back to their native countries. As of now there are Hispanic's living in the Rancho who are connected to some of those who were deported.
Most recently a clique has formed in Rancho claiming to call the name of "MOST HATED". The youths started of representing their clique as a tagging crew. Meaning they will graffiti and bomb local walls, notifying others of their presents. Majority of the gang members come from broken households where money is a issue, which in most cases ends up with them hustling on the streets. Trafficking narcotics, robbery, home invasions, these menaces to society will do anything for a pay day. When the group first started bombing walls, they naturally sprayed with red paint. They then finally decided to adopt the color red as a way of representing their clique.
MOST HATED
After months of bombing walls with "MO3T HAT8D" related graffiti, the tagging crew's name spread around Rancho's back streets quickly. Often clashing with the surrounding gangs via graffiti wars, it was only right that tensions began to rise. Petty spats began turning violent. It started from large scale fights, brawls in the alley behind the gym, over the tracks and spread across Rancho. Growing up brown, taught to be wary of anyone that's not from the community. This only fueled their hatred for the surrounding gangs even more. After being attacked from all sides Rancho has to offer.
Many different gangs tested the "MOST HATED" gang members and every time they were met with a violent response. It is believed that this clique will too fall under "The hands" (La eMe) regime. Just like that the clique has a chance of going from wall banging to finding themselves in a dangerous but profitable market.
