  1. Jason "Kai" Jones was born on June 19th, 2005. born as an older twin to Jake, his younger sibling to a protestant Anglican Christian family, in Netcare Christiaan Barnard Memorial Hospital, Cape Town, The Western Cape, South Africa, to Cameron Jones, a therapist, whose family was liberated from slavery following the civil war as well as taking part in wars in the US Army as well as the Civil Rights Movement, and Michelle Jones, a firefighter, whose family has heritage dating to the Zulu tribe. At age From a young age, he would learn from his father the history of the family as well as the family's participation in the civil rights movement, and every summer they would visit his family in Augusta, Maine, to visit his dad’s family. He would also learn Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Taekonwdo, parkour, and acrobatics. His childhood would consist of spending time with his family, watching animals and people, and passing the time with his schoolmates. During this time, both Damain and Jake were always together; it was hard to tell them apart because they were so similar. At age 12, Cameron's dad took him to a show of The Illusionists on Broadway, and he was so shocked and saw how amazing it was. They would always have a lot of school friends to hang out with. In middle school, they would still have fun and enjoy themselves, though they had to visit their sick grandfather, who later that year, when they were both 14, passed away. After their grandfather's passing, they went through grief and therapy. In terms of languages, he would learn Afrikaans, Zulu, Xhosa, and Dutch. At age 15, after permission from his parents, he and Jake would apply and begin working at the Victoria & Alfred Hotel Cape Town, with Damian being assigned as a receptionist to help with customers while Jake worked as a chef. He and Jake worked there for two years. However, after turning 17, their mom told him and Jake he would be moving with their uncle to Liberty City, the State of Liberty in the United States, since both of them were accepted as exchange students. He would, of course, be confused. He was so used to his lifestyle in South Africa that it would be hard for him to get used to it.
  2. UPTOWN RIDERS MC The Uptown Riders Mc was created around the year 2008.They are looked upon as urban riding enthusiasts based in North Holland. They not only grew bigger as a group they also formed they own clothing brand “Uptown Riders Inc. Even though they aren't the biggest mc in the LC they aren't to be looked down upon. They are into weapon smuggling, street racing and drug distribution. Uptown Riders sport the colors of red, gray and black and are primarily African American. GOODBYE DJ Darrell “DJ” Johnson was a loved member of the Uptown riders MC. One summer night in Northwood Dj was riding and doing tricks on his Double-T motorcycle bike, when a few members from the Angels of Death mc spotted him and thought it was a good time to seek revenge on somebody from the Uptown Riders. Dj had been involved and a shooting earlier in the year that left an Angel of Death member dead. The Angel of Death trailed Dj all the way back to his home. As soon as Dj got off his bike two members from Angels of Death approached him with a pistol and a sawed-off shotgun and said, “This is for Harry” and begin to unload many rounds into Dj’s chest. He fell back onto his motorcycle, while the two Angels of Death members fled away towards the highway. From that day forward the Uptown Riders and the Angels of Death have been decade war. Uptown Riders in San Andreas After having the only chapter in LC ,the Uptown Riders started to expand over to San Andreas. Uptown Rider MC. President Malc wanted to expand outside the east coast, so the first stop would be the west coast region. Year after year more of the Uptown Riders would start to transfer over to San Andreas for a new city or to avoid LC law enforcement. You can catch any member from the Uptown MC. riding around on all different kinds of sport bikes and dirt bikes. Malcolm also known as “Malc", is one of the key reasons for the Uptown Riders expanding over to Los Santos, due to his connection to family ties on the west coast. Malc is the current president of Uptown Riders MC of LC. OOC INFORMATION Our main priority is to provide a realistic environment for the server. 3. The Cedar Block Piru is a street gang that first appeared in the Roy Lowenstein, South Central in the early 1970s. The Cedar Block Piru Gang was established to address the social and economic problems that its members faced, such as poverty, a lack of opportunity, and prejudice. The Black Power movement and the advent of further street gangs in the South Central region had an impact on gangs as well. The Bloods, a more significant street gang that originated in Los Angeles in the 1960s, include the Cedar Block Piru gang. The Bloods operate on a "territorial" basis and are structured around a leadership hierarchy like other street gangs. This implies that gangs have the right to seize particular regions or "territories" as their own, and that they may use force to protect and consolidate their control over those regions. Red is a color that members of the Cedar Block Piru Gang frequently don to show that they are Bloods. As the first letter of "blood," the letter "B" is occasionally employed as a symbol of gang membership, along with the Cincinnati red cap. Gangs are known to engage in drug trafficking, robberies, extortion, and other criminal activities to make money and gain control. Over the years, the Cedar Block Piru gang has been associated with a number of violent occurrences, including assaults, stabbings, and shootings. The Crips, another significant street gang in the South Central area, and other gangs are known to engage in violent turf conflicts with them. In South Central, there has been a rise in crime and violence, which has had a terrible effect on nearby neighborhoods. In an effort to stop the illegal activities of the Cedar Block Piru gang, law enforcement authorities have been active, leading to the arrest and punishment of numerous members. Recent gang violence prevention measures and community engagement activities in the South Central area have been made in an effort to deter young people from joining gangs. OOC REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge, You must be able to portray an actual teenager or adult in a realistic manner. Roleplay how you go about your daily life because we won't just be "gang banging." Do the same in-game as you would in real life by not focusing primarily on the negative aspects of your life. Boulevard Boyz

Boulevard Boyz The Boulevard Boyz are a friend group that live in the Capital Boulevard, most of the group also came from attending Innocence High School, mainly Freshmen and Sophomores, also mainly Cambodian and African American Asian. The group prioritizes the drug game as a way to make their money, the expectation is them growing big of Crack Cocaine, Marijuana, Percocet, and any other drug item they can sell. Principles at Innocence High School se the tiny group as a gang due to the way they move in packs in the hallways, Principle Bishop says; "The group has broken numerous rules in the school, whenever we suspend some kids from the group, the other that aren't suspended, cause more trouble. I've seen crazy things happen here at Innocence High but this particular group causes stress for everyone here at Innocence High, there are people that actually want to learn here, just because of the school is in the middle of Innocence doesn't mean it's a horrible school. We just want a regular and comfortable learning experience but they bring thee things that happen out there to here.". The group tends to break countless of rules inside of Innocence High, 25% percent of members in the group have been expelled and enrolled to alternative schools. Drought Season The current state of South Central is horrible for any drug money. Overdoses within the city have raised tremendously, usually the busiest time for entrepreneurs is pay-day or when taxes hit. The lack of supplies is cut short, especially since a small group like Homicide Gang with no higher up's, just a group of teens doing their thing, they have no discipline within the group, they all just want the same thing. Money. Fast money was made for this group, risk taking is the route the group goes with. The group develops as they go, as long as they keep their connect happy, the group should be alright. Overdoses In order to identify the presence of fentanyl in patients who are experiencing a drug overdose, more readily available testing strips are being requested by Central emergency department doctors. They are also calling for a quick, coordinated response from city agencies and health care providers to help prevent overdoses and identify high potency, high risk drugs. To find fentanyl and fentanyl analogues in the drug supply, urine drug tests called fentanyl testing strips are employed. A newsletter with details, a recent cluster of 18 drug overdoses over a four-day period that were connected to "crack" cocaine laced with fentanyl and resulted in three fatalities. Since 2020, the death rate from cocaine use has increased in more than 30 states, with Liberty City leading the way. According to the State Health Access Data Assistance Center at the University of San Andreas, overdoses from crack and powder cocaine killed 14 of every 100,000 residents of all races in 2022 – seven times more than they did in 2020. The main product cannot be trusted out on the streets, others think it could be laced, other's don't. Only way to find out is if you try, and all Homicide Gang cares about is getting the cash into their hands. Aslong as the group has each other and money, the relationship stays close. Homicide Criminals The Homicide Criminals came about all over the death of a police officer. A member from the group were evading from the San Andreas Sheriff Department, as the member evaded from the LEO, he quickly made a turn behind the Carson Projects and jumped out of the car; sprinting into the complex. The LEO stepped out of his vehicle and ran not that far behind the individual, as he stepped into the complex. The LEO had bullets thrown at him from South and East of the complex. Two members keep the officer under fire, as he returned fire back he eventually fell to the ground and one of the teens finished the LEO off by a headshot. Not even thirty seconds later, another police officer pulls up and heads into the complex, the same thing happens to the police officer as both members are also hit with bullets. After committing 2 Capitol Murders, they quickly both split paths. One of the members takes the getaway vehicle to Del Perro, hiding it and torching the vehicle on fire. The Benefactor was burnt to the ground and no evidence was left from the scene. 187 Gang Two Boulevard Boyz members were shot at by a individual earlier in the day, the members ran into the same individual later in the morning on Brogue Avenue. Both of the members drive up and quickly jump out, firing shots at the individual. He drops in the middle of the road and one of the members sprint back to the getaway vehicle. As person #1 gets into the car, person #2 starts to get shots fired at him. Person #1 quickly turns on the car and speeds up the road towards person #2. A LEO continues to shoot at person #2 and person #1 makes their way back down the road. As person #1 comes down the road, the LEO starts to spark shots at the vehicle, person #2 fires at the LEO as person #1 takes the vehicle and rams the LEO. Person #1 quickly hops out of the vehicle with a Glock 19 and fires shots at the injured Law Enforcement while attempting to recover. After the performance, both members both flee the scene, running over the deceased body of the LEO.

  6. V-Town Buffalos The Vespucci Buffalo Soldiers, is a Black nationalistic Street crew located within the La Puerta area of Vespucci stretching from low income apartments, and homes in the proximity of Bay City Avenue such as Tug Street, and Rub street, along within Melanoma Avenue as the remaining Black Majority of Vespucci would've been gentrified to either other regions within Los Santos or to low income enclaves such as Vista Del Mar where majority of the members of the Buffalo Soldiers would reside in. Ironically the Vista Del Mar would even compressed in with more affluent areas nearby. The group composes of mainly members with African American heritage but even others belonging to the category of “Black” as a category of race due to it’s rather nationalistic, and prideful roots of how it came to exist in the first place. However, it may even rarely hold members of other races under special circumstances due to the low income areas of Vespucci being rather a melting pot of different cultures. The group first started off as all young teenagers living within the same community of each other often hanging around and finding ways to make money through whichever hustle they can find, one thing they especially loved to do was carjacking, and joy riding when it was it's earliest stage of organisation until eventually the clique organised into that of an actual gang as more connections within the Black Car in jail and outside. More members would have also been joining and intiating into the Buffalos as the crew finally now has the manpower to operate like that of a gang. The gang would often be a rather tightly knit community often keeping top relations with the locals of La Puerta almost acting as the "robin hoods." Of the community, and the Vista Del Mar as the gang intends to keep top relations with the locals due to having been around each other and growing up for a long time seeing each other and having family that's all familiar with each other one way or another. The group eventually came to it's realisation of turning the clique into an actual crew banding together in order to escape from poverty within Vespucci Beach and doing whatever it takes to do so as long as it did not harm the community in La Puerta. One big reason for the formation of the Vespucci Buffalo Soldiers was due to the fact that white supremacist organisations, or other ethnic gangs in the vicinity may often come along and harass black residents living within the proximity of Vespucci whether getting robbed, beaten, or perhaps even killed as the juvenile locals eventually grew sick of that forming their own crew finding more power in unison operating as an organisation. Overall the reasoning for it’s prideful name to be known as the V-Town Buffalo Soldiers is due to their militant nature along with its sense of identity, with the older member’s drive to organize and band up to protect each other within an outnumbered %6'er yet tightly knit community in Vespucci with racism, and aggression received from other group using the name Buffalo Soldiers as reference to the actual regiment of African American soldiers in the US army due to one thing in common being Black, and militant. History of Black Population in Vespucci It could even be said that some of the locals or members of the crew would not describe them much as a “gang.” But, rather just soldiers with a common cause to defend their community against bigger threats within Vespucci and to support each other as a community with even the older influential members of the crew themselves not seeing this as a gang but rather a movement despite it very much operating like that of a gang in the end of the day with their financial gains mostly being from criminal activities, claiming a turf, and even bringing their sense of identity wherever they go tagging up spots in the La Puerta area especially around the apartments, and low income housing they reside in as a sense of pride and identity as members will usually wear Brown rags and even rocking Buffalo Bills merch as their sense of uniformity. They will also use other forms of uniformity such as tattoos relating to the Buffalos, or over all symbolism that is evident to being that of the Buffalo soldiers or even the neighbourhood they reside in. Although having hatred for white supremacist groups, along with other street gangs flaunting their power upon the black residents of Vespucci they usually appear to more focus on making money, along with gaining more power as a priority rather than constant clashes with other groups however do have no qualms engaging in conflict to those who trouble them but in the end of day their main motivation is money, and power in order to help them operate in respect of defending their community, along with bringing more profit towards the gang. While most gangs appear to make most of their profits from the sale of narcotics. This doesn't appear to be the case for the Buffalo Soldiers with members mainly having an affinity for grand theft auto with them being responsible for the increasing reports of missing vehicles, along with robberies being conducted on vehicles with members still yet to be caught in action from how covert their procedures area whenever engaging in vehicle theft. Eventually all that changed as the clique evolved into that of a gang with some form of organisation as nowadays they engage in other forms of criminal activities such as drug dealings, robberies, financial scams, as they grew more vast, and ambitious now adopting a policy of "hustle by any means." As the group grown larger they started facing away from their original affinity of grand theft auto, and joyriding from when the original founders of the group were often hardcore car thieves, and joyriders, as they now built more connections, and gained more manpower to operate like that of an actual gang rather than that of a clique. Members often have various ways of identifying themselves as stated they will usually flag themselves with Brown Rags, along with tattoos related to crew with abbreviations of “Buffalo Soldiers.” or overall symbolism related to the Buffalo soldiers or even the neighbourhood they reside in. Overall it could be easy to identify a member of the group if they appear to openly appear to flaunt their belonging to the gang or perhaps not if the member so chooses not to express their loyalty with tattoos but it can indeed be spotted out carefully from their choice of colours or their behaviour and members often having black nationalistic views in their choice of ideologies. They also appear to have an insignia team with that being of the Buffalo Bills as members will often wear merch or caps related to the Buffalo Bills even using tattoos related to the NFL team too in relation to the name "Buffalo Soldiers." OOC NOTE We are an open faction on request that qualité roleplay is provided along with following by the server rules, and overall providing an enjoyable and fun environment to create the community vibes! CK perms will automatically be applied to the those who can enforce CK perms once your character with those two being @AfroGxaiden and @Figenskar is roled associate+ we will not CK locals and will even allow locals of any age or background to roleplay with us, If they do not wish to take the path of a gang banger! We plan on aiming to make a fictional predominantly black street crew which will eventually this will evolve into a semi-organised street gang with black nationalistic roots taking some elements of real life criminal organisations into one big fictional idea. If you wish to be part of this concept feel free to join the discord so long you value quality roleplay, character development, along with character portrayal, along with having interest in roleplaying as a black teenager preferably 13-16 residing within Vespucci(If you wish to take the gang banging path of the faction) although token characters will be allowed it may need to be regulated at a low percentage of membership in the group. Overall the key things we are looking for is Quality roleplay, along with character development hence we won't tolerate trolls, or unserious roleplayers. However, if you're down to be part of this group feel free to join the discord and create a character and engage with the members hanging around the designated spots of the faction or even shoot me a pm about further questions. https://discord.gg/ceJNnWemFp
  7. This topic will follow the life of Kearia Smith, an aspiring attorney. Kearia Smith is a 29-year-old African American female from Southern Los Santos, San Andreas. Kearia grew up around the Davis / Strawberry area, attending Davis High School. Kearia graduated from Davis High School 12 years ago, in 2008. Kearia was 16 when she graduated. Kearia attended THE University of Illinois for Pre Law before transferring to Ohio State University to study Law. Kearia graduated from Law School a year ago, in May of 2019. She took an entire 7 months to study for the BAR Exam. Kearia underwent the BAR Exam two weeks ago and got her certification to practice law two days ago. Kearia has prided herself, her entire life, on being the best that she can at everything that she puts her mind too. She is a strong believer in the Black Lives Matter movement and a believes that White Superimisists have no place in Los Santos, or anywhere in the United States of America, for that matter. Kearia is currently working to become a well-known Attorney and will do anything she can to go down in history as one of the greatest. Kearia's second night as a BAR certified Attorney was interesting. She encountered possible clients in Davis / Strawberry and then got into a situation that turned out be, what she believed, as her first Civil case. She was wrong, though. A simple Internal Affairs email would suffice. For a while, Kearia struggled after receiving her license. She was constantly having to buy renter cars and she once had to borrow money from a stranger, at the middle of the Airport. She always believed that times would get better. It was a test of faith. And faith is what got her to be excited about being a certified Lawyer. She had finally received a break, after advertising herself over the ad center's notifier. A club owner called her to see if she wanted to represent his club, as their official Attorney. She was excited. She had planned to meet the owner, the same day. Kearia met with the club owner and they spoke. The owner agreed to Kearia's demands and he became an official client. Kearia spent the entire night drafting a contract and ensuring that all legal inquiries regarding the contract was handled. The next day she hits it hard. She begins to advertise her knowledge of law and her certification to be a certified attorney. Someone calls her and asks her to represent them. She knows that she's on the road to becoming a well known attorney. "This will be an interesting case." She thought to herself. Kearia spends the entire night and following day drafting petetions and preparing for Traffic Court. She calls her client multiple times to ensure that all of the documents are accurate and that everything matches up. She excites herself about her first ever time defending a person in any type of court system. Even though she had a case to work on, the grind didn't stop. She began to advertise herself - and her BAR certification - and began to attract more people. She ended up renting a office that also came with a living quarters. Her life was changing. She enjoyed sleeping in her first apartment to herself - butt naked. Her satisfaction didn't last long -- she went out the next day to gather some items and came back to find out that she was evicted illegally - due to the landlord needing the spot for his cousins. She got irritated quickly and decided to prepare to gather documents to sue for illegal eviction, civil case. The grind didn't stop though. She continued to meet with her clients and ensure that they were good.

𝕻𝖗𝖔𝖑𝖔𝖌𝖚𝖊 DeMarcus Tāufaʻāhau Davis Jr.’s story starts 3 Generations back . . . 1941, Tongan natives Kelekolio and Laaka Nukuʻalofa—husband and wife—legally immigrate from Nukuʻalofa, Tongatapu, Tonga to Idlewood, Los Santos, San Andreas, The United States of America—thanks to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ assist in the process. Kailao Nuku‘alofa was born on April 4th, 1943, at the Central Los Santos Medical Center; he was raised by two Mormon-convert Pacific Islander parents. Kailao grew up facing discrimination—socially and systemically—on the basis of his skin color in an era of high racial tensions, in spite of being a Pacific Islander and not of African American descent; racism pushed Kailao toward activism, inspiring him to pursue a degree in political science at the University of Los Santos, San Andreas (ULSA). October 15th, 1966, The Black Panther Party for self-defense (BPP) was founded by Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale in Oakland, San Fierro, San Andreas—the BPP was a revolutionary organization with an ideology of Black nationalism, socialism, and armed self-defense, specifically against police brutality. The BPP formed in the midst of the Black Power movement and in response to failures of the Civil Rights Movement, turning it toward militancy. 1967, Kailao joined the BPP at age 23 early in the organization’s lifespan when numbers were low. Kailao increasingly involved\himself in political activism avidly that year, particularly for Black rights. Kailao legally changed his name to “DeMarcus” to both Americanize himself more and to identify himself synonymously with the Black Power movement. May 2nd, 1967, 26 panthers led by Seale from Oakland traveled to the Sacramento State House to protest the Mulford Act—a bill prohibiting the closed or open carry of loaded firearms. This event rapidly spread awareness of the BPP. The BPP pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of disrupting a legislative session. Kailao/DeMarcus was among the 26 armed men charged, putting him on the Federals’ radar. Kailao/DeMarcus rose to prominence within the BPP overtime. Following a complex history of interactions, Kailao/DeMarcus—a Malcolm X follower—met, fell in love with, started dating, and eventually married fellow activist—devout Martin Luther King Jr. follower—Malika Davis, a muslim African American female. They adopted Malika’s surname as the family name since it was more American than Kailao’s/DeMarcus’s. Multiple street gangs formed and rose to power to combat intimidation from white supremacy gangs. 1980s–1990s, an event known as the “Crack Epidemic” where cocaine flooded major Urban Centers across The Nation transpired. Early-1980s, Kailao/DeMarcus and Malika Davis purchased a house on Grove Street, Davis. Kailao/DeMarcus and Malika continued activism years into the Crack Epidemic . . . Kailao’s/DeMarcus’s parents Kelekolio and Laaka passed away at ages 71 and 77 due to old age. Divers socioeconomic factors—the Crack Epidemic, high racial tensions, a rising hate crime rate—pressured violence in inner-City neighborhoods, consequently skyrocketing the crime rate. Anti-crime legislation passed through congress and red taping policies negatively affected African American communities, which Kailao/DeMarcus and Malika duly protested against. Multiple street gangs rose to Power out of competition over resources. Particularly, The Crips were founded in 1969 by Raymond Washington and Stanley Williams at Fremont and Washington High School and they led the East and West Side Crips respectively. Williams reflected in his 2004 memoir Blue Rage, Black Redemption: A Memoir The Crips “depicted a fighting alliance against street gangs—nothing more, nothing less.” 1972,\ The Bloods federation formed out of numerous gangs’ collective bitter rivalries with The Crips. The Bloods. Innumerable Crip and Blood sets established themselves all over Los Santos, San Andreas. Bloods were outnumbered by Crips 3–1. Davis slowly transformed into one of America’s most notorious and dangerous hoods. 1970s–1980s, The Tongan Crip Gang (TCG) formed in Idlewood, Los Santos, San Andreas. Early-July 2002, Malika was announced pregnant. On February 8th, 2002, Felecia Davis was born. Early-July 2003, Malika was announced pregnant. On January 13th, 2003, Malik Azikiwe Davis, named after his mother, middle-name derived from Nnamdi Benjamin Azikiwe’s last name (the “Father of Nigerian Nationalism,” a Nigerian statesman and political leader considered a driving force behind the Nation’s Independence who served as the first President of Nigeria from 1963–1966). July 13th, 1988, Kailao/DeMarcus was found dead riddled with lead in the middle of Grove Street. Some suspect a white supremacy gang or FBI/CIA assassinated him. Malika slipped into a severe depression; Malika quit activism and took to an unhealthy degree of comfort eating fast and sugary foods. As if things could not get worse, on October 19th 1987, Black Monday—a financial crisis—triggered a wave of deleveraging with significant macroeconomic consequences; by February, the market lost 60% of its value and Malika fell below the poverty line, becoming eligible for the food stamp program. Malika got addicted to PCP to cope. DeMarcus Tāufaʻāhau Davis Jr. was born on March 7th, 2010 at Central Los Santos Medical Center, bordered by Capital Boulevard, Crusade Road, Davis Avenue, and Innocence Boulevard within Los Santos, San Andreas. He was named after and in honor of his father. “Tāufaʻāhau”—DeMarcus Jr.'s middle-name—references a young Tongan warrior, strategist, and orator named Tāufaʻāhau who united Tonga into a kingdom in 1845. DeMarcus Davis Jr.’s last name is adopted from his widowed mother’s birth-name. DeMarcus Davis Jr. grew up in The Projects—the poverty-plunged Hellhole of The CIty of Davis—the Murder Capitol of Los Santos, trapped in a perpetual cycle of violence—flooded with narcotics and populated by gang-affiliated ballers and poser-bustas. DeMarcus Jr.’s father was raised Mormon and converted Malika to religion, so DeMarcus Jr. was born, raised, and still is a devout Mormon; while devout, DeMarcus Jr. is a “Mormon” by name only practically, besides how it affects his budding moral compass and his occasional prayers. In 2016, DeMarcus Davis Jr’s older brother Malik began banging with the TCG, around when DeMarcus was merely age 6. Malik earned the alias “Cane,” after proving to be a demon-child. Malik became the black sheep of the Davis family from a young age. However, in 2020 Cane ditched the gang after disagreement over the TCG’s future and direction with the O.G.s. Malik moved to New York City, New York with ambitions of becoming an East-side player. 2017, Cane joined the Murderous Mad Dogs Blood-affiliated street gang set based in New York, Brooklyn. DeMarcus Jr. loathed Malik for his betrayal of his hood and turning his back on his own family. To DeMarcus Jr., Malik is dead.
