  3. In the gritty underbelly of Moscow, a young and ambitious Ivan Sikolo found himself drawn into the world of organized crime. Born into poverty, he saw the Russian Mafia (Or Bratva) as a means to escape his bleak circumstances. Through a combination of grit, loyalty, and brutal efficiency, Ivan quickly ascended the ranks, earning a fearsome reputation as a soldier in the Vor v Zakone, the code of the underworld. However, the volatile landscape of Russian organized crime soon forced Ivan to flee. A power struggle erupted within the gangs, leading to a series of assassinations and betrayals. Recognizing the danger, Ivan made a daring escape to Canada, seeking refuge in the sprawling city of Toronto. In the late 2000s, Canada became a melting pot for Russian organized crime. The influx of immigrants from Eastern Europe brought with it a surge in criminal activities, creating a fiercely competitive environment. Mikhail quickly integrated himself into an influential faction in Toronto, the Canadian Bratva. As the years passed, events unfolded, shaping the landscape of Russian organized crime. Back in Russia, political shifts and power struggles within the government affected the criminal underworld backbone. The rise and fall of influential figures, coupled with economic crises and territorial disputes, created a ripple effect that reached the shores of Canada. Ivan's reputation grew steadily within the Canadian Bratva. With his sharp intellect, strategic thinking, and ruthless nature, he became a trusted lieutenant to his superiors. Under his guidance, the Bratva's operations in Canada expanded, infiltrating various industries such as drug trafficking, money laundering, and illegal gambling. However, the peace in Ivan's newfound Canadian empire was short-lived. Rival factions emerged, each vying for dominance in the lucrative landscape. Internal betrayals and violent clashes threatened to destabilize the fragile equilibrium Ivan had established. As tensions escalated, Ivan realized that his position in Canada had become increasingly precarious. The law enforcement agencies tightened their grip, aiming to dismantle Russian criminal networks. Faced with the constant threat of arrest and retribution, Ivan made a fateful decision to uproot his operation and move to Los Santos, seeking refuge and new opportunities. The move to San Andreas came at a pivotal moment in Russian organized crime history. In Russia, the government intensified its crackdown on criminal organizations, and the Bratva underwent significant internal restructuring. Ivan's relocation to Los Santos would bring him face-to-face with new challenges, rival gangs, and events that would shape the next chapter of his criminal career. I've seen crazy things happen here at Innocence High but this particular group causes stress for everyone here at Innocence High, there are people that actually want to learn here, just because of the school is in the middle of Innocence doesn't mean it's a horrible school. We just want a regular and comfortable learning experience but they bring thee things that happen out there to here.". The group tends to break countless of rules inside of Innocence High, 25% percent of members in the group have been expelled and enrolled to alternative schools. Drought Season The current state of South Central is horrible for any drug money. Overdoses within the city have raised tremendously, usually the busiest time for entrepreneurs is pay-day or when taxes hit. The lack of supplies is cut short, especially since a small group like Homicide Gang with no higher up's, just a group of teens doing their thing, they have no discipline within the group, they all just want the same thing. Money. Fast money was made for this group, risk taking is the route the group goes with. The group develops as they go, as long as they keep their connect happy, the group should be alright. Overdoses In order to identify the presence of fentanyl in patients who are experiencing a drug overdose, more readily available testing strips are being requested by Central emergency department doctors. They are also calling for a quick, coordinated response from city agencies and health care providers to help prevent overdoses and identify high potency, high risk drugs. To find fentanyl and fentanyl analogues in the drug supply, urine drug tests called fentanyl testing strips are employed. A newsletter with details, a recent cluster of 18 drug overdoses over a four-day period that were connected to "crack" cocaine laced with fentanyl and resulted in three fatalities. Since 2020, the death rate from cocaine use has increased in more than 30 states, with Liberty City leading the way. According to the State Health Access Data Assistance Center at the University of San Andreas, overdoses from crack and powder cocaine killed 14 of every 100,000 residents of all races in 2022 – seven times more than they did in 2020. The main product cannot be trusted out on the streets, others think it could be laced, other's don't. Only way to find out is if you try, and all Homicide Gang cares about is getting the cash into their hands. Aslong as the group has each other and money, the relationship stays close. The LEO stepped out of his vehicle and ran not that far behind the individual, as he stepped into the complex. The LEO had bullets thrown at him from South and East of the complex. Two members keep the officer under fire, as he returned fire back he eventually fell to the ground and one of the teens finished the LEO off by a headshot. Not even thirty seconds later, another police officer pulls up and heads into the complex, the same thing happens to the police officer as both members are also hit with bullets. After committing 2 Capitol Murders, they quickly both split paths. One of the members takes the getaway vehicle to Del Perro, hiding it and torching the vehicle on fire. The Benefactor was burnt to the ground and no evidence was left from the scene. 187 Gang Two Boulevard Boyz members were shot at by a individual earlier in the day, the members ran into the same individual later in the morning on Brogue Avenue. Both of the members drive up and quickly jump out, firing shots at the individual. He drops in the middle of the road and one of the members sprint back to the getaway vehicle. As person #1 gets into the car, person #2 starts to get shots fired at him. Person #1 quickly turns on the car and speeds up the road towards person #2. A LEO continues to shoot at person #2 and person #1 makes their way back down the road. As person #1 comes down the road, the LEO starts to spark shots at the vehicle, person #2 fires at the LEO as person #1 takes the vehicle and rams the LEO. Person #1 quickly hops out of the vehicle with a Glock 19 and fires shots at the injured Law Enforcement while attempting to recover. After the performance, both members both flee the scene, running over the deceased body of the LEO.
  6. Levon Gasparyan (Born January 22nd, 1995) is a 25 year old criminal figure of Armenian heritage. Born in Los Santos, San Andreas; Levon has spent his entire life living in the neighborhood of Morningwood, Los Santos. The community, Widely referred to as Los Santos’ Little Armenia, is home to a modern age organized criminal enterprise known as Armenian Power or West Side Armenian Power Gang (W/S AP Gang). Levon, known by associates as “L” has been associated with the gang since his youth, having been drawn to the criminal lifestyle by his brother, Armenian Power lieutenant Vardan Gasparyan. Levon was born in January 1995 to a lower middle class family, his father Igor Gasparyan was a mechanic while his mother, Isabelle Gasparyan worked as a seamstress. Both his parents had immigrated from Armenian in the early 80’s, looking for a better life for his older brother Vardan. Levon was never much like his brother and the two seemed to have walked different paths since birth. While Levon excelled in school his brother fell behind, turning towards the streets the older they became. Beginning in his teens Levon worked at the Morningwood General Store, rising to the position of manager by the time he started his freshman year at ULSA. Levon, a kid who had skated through life on the bare minimum; who had breezed through highschool without even studying for a test. Was not prepared for college. The new found freedom from living under his parents roof mixed with a new found love of girls and liquor had completely changed his priorities in life. And not for the better. By the winter of that year Levon had been academically suspended from ULSA and would not be welcome back for the spring term. Returning to his old stomping grounds in Morningwood he resumed working at the Morningwood General Store, it was during this time that Levon began associating with his old brothers friends and Armenian Power associates, Arman Vartanian and Gevork Karayan. Levon had returned to the neighborhood at a troubling time, recent friction between members of W/S Armenian Power and members of Russian organized crime led Levon to being kidnapped by Russian criminals attempting to extract information about the gang's criminal activities. Unbenounced to them Levon was not involved in any of the gangs activities however they continued to torture him, leaving him with a cigarette burn on the left side of his neck. Following this traumatic event Levon began struggling with PTSD and a depressive episode most likely caused by a lack of treatment and an overall stigma surrounding mental illness in the Armenian community. Nevertheless, due to a spiraling relationship with his brother and a craving for recognition from older members of W/S AP Levon began actively pursuing a life of crime. Leveraging his position at the Morningwood General Store to install a fraudulent credit card terminal on behalf of Armenian Power figure head, Rouben “Camel” Sevacherian. This began a slow but steady rise for Levon within the Armenian organized crime enterprise that law enforcement has dubbed The Yuzbashyan-Sevacherian Organization. A rise that has seen Levon expand his criminal activities from petty theft and financial crimes to arms dealing and drug trafficking. Links: Vardan Gasparyan W/S Armenian Power Rouben Sevacherian
