Sorry to be a negative Nancy, but this. I avoid RPing out doors for longer than five minutes to avoid being robbed. And most of the people I know do the same thing. I pretty much treat the outside like the Divisions "The Dark Zone" where you have to be on your toes 24/7 because people are coming for your loot so they can extract it.

That wouldn't have anything to do with gang affiliations and constantly hanging around 5-10 other armed people, would it?

Yo man, you don't know what empty is. I remember back in the day we were lucky to hit 200 players, and it would drop to 50 or below during off times. So if you think this is dead you haven't been around very long. The city is BUMPING.
