The Tiny Boys 13 started gaining more influence within the Brouge Projects in the early to mid 2000s. They saw a large growth within their numbers as numerous higher ranks from different independent gangs in the area started returning home from prison, being forced to join the one most dominant set affiliated with the Mexican Mafia. However, as a result they became more hostile toward outsider of the projects and area, As the crime-rate in their projects started to sky-rocket, as members began to get more reckless and hostile with their crimes, being considered by surrounding gangs as "EBK/Everybody Killer" and the area was labeled as a hot-spot for problems. The Tiny Boys 13 were becoming a criminal enterprise that operated principally in the greater South Davis area, from at least 2005 up to and including 2016. The Tiny Boys 13 itself is a faction of the Mexican Mafia. The Tiny Boys 13 gang is a violent gang/criminal organization that has terrorized multiple residents of South Davis for the last few decades by committing brutal, self-fish and down right deplorable acts of violence in public places, with no regards for their safety or others. They are known for crimes within the drug-trade, trafficking narcotics on the streets and defrauding victims through financial schemes. Gangs on the streets only care about one thing, making money as quickly as they can. A gang members main motive to join a street gang may be to pay for their bills, feeling like they have no other way besides the streets, perhaps the fail in school or have been denied from jobs due to things they did in their earlier years, or even recently. All of these things are reasons for young men and women to join a gang, with the exception of the very few delinquent criminals that join a gang for one thing, power. The strive for money and power has dragged these gangs into unique criminal territory such as card-skimming and credit fraud, all whilst maintaining their drug trafficking operations and murderous activities. Members of both gangs have committed acts of violence leading them to headlines within recent years, and due to the Los Santos Sheriffs Department cracking down on gangs by the second, some arrests and convictions. Between January 2012 and December 2019, the defendants committed crimes to further the interests of the gang, including earning money for the gang’s members, and enhancing the gang’s position with respect to rival criminal organizations. LOCKED UP Officers knowledgeable in areas of gang identification can not only prevent and combat crime, but will also be able to protect themselves as well as other officers and citizens. This book is a compilation of various gang intelligence information from various sources including detective and police officer files, primarily confiscated from arrested and/or incarcerated individual gang notes and drawings. Additional material was obtained from other law enforcement agencies’ publications and presentations used for internal officer training, as well as from various other gang publications Six major San Andreas gangs are presented in this book: the Bloods, the Crips, the Hoovers, the Skinheads, the Asians, and the Mexican Gangs. Sections within this book include the origin and history of the gang, its structure, rules and regulations, oaths and pledges, symbols andemblems, coded language and hand signals, clothing, tattoos and graffiti. It is our hope that an officer’s knowledge of gang characteristics will assist in combating gang-motivated crimes and reduce the propensity for violence towards the law enforcement community and innocent citizens. BACKGROUND The Tiny Boys 13 (TBS) also known as the TBS 13, is an active Latino-American multi-generational street gang located on the West Side around the Brouge Projects region of South Los Santos, San Andreas. Their history dates back as far as the 1990s, making them one of the newest standing Sureno neighbourhoods in Los Santos. Which, runs from Jamestown Street to Roy Lowenstein Drive. The Tiny Boys 13, consist of several cliques such as Tiny Bandits, 248s Street Gangsters and Avenues. The Tiny Boys 13 are considered the newest and youngest sureno gang in Los Santos, behind other sureno gangs, such as TGS, Barrio Evil 13 and many others. The Tiny Boys 13 falls under the La eMe umbrella. The Tiny Boys 13 are known to sport Texas Rangers and Texas Longhorns baseball caps with the logo letter “T” to represent “Tiny's.” Law enforcement estimates there are between 200 and 500 active members of the gang. TINY BANDITS CLIQUE (TBDS) The Tiny Bandits (TBDS) Clique are a fairly new clique in the group. It’s made up of younger Tiny Boys 13 members. The name of this clique explains a lot, they push the Crip Killer (CK) moniker and take all of the consequences behind it. From 2016 - Present the crime rate in South Central spiked, as a result from the 2015 shooting. After the shooting the Tiny Bandits took out their anger on all crips, even some blood sets that weren't involved with the murder. As time flew by, older members from Tiny Boys 13 were detained, leaving the reckless Bandits to roam unsupervised. These teens became more and more sloppier and South Central turned into a hotspot for police arrest. With no guidance the Tiny Boys 13 are nothing more than any other gang in South Central, Los Santos, a gang with no central leadership and no vision or goals. With the older generation of Tiny Boys 13 members either detained or too centered around their dependence on drugs for the expectation of the group's future. It left a gap in the program; less put-ons, less hustlers, and less African-American teens making it past 18. Most members of the gang are known by the police through arrest and are between the ages of 13 and 20. The majority of members have deep family ties or friendships within existing gang members. Most of the older gang members have been taken down by the Gang and Narcotics division of Los Santos and have, since then, never been seen again. Leaving the gang with a few older and mostly young members, the area has turned into a crime infested place, with several shootings, robbing's, attempted murders, murders and a known drug dealing spot shared through social media, and mouth-to-mouth. Over the last couple weeks, the Tiny Boys 13 have been more active and dominant. Character Story David Fernandez was born June 22nd, 2006 to a lower-class family. David is the youngest of his two siblings. Growing up David was into video games a lot, he would sometimes go outside with his big brother Ethan and his sister. David lived with his abuela due to the absence of his parents and that they didn't want to take care of him. He got decent grades in school but he would get behavior reports and call homes about him cussing out the teachers so his abuela would get mad at him and take his games away from him , which caused his behavior to get worse. When David is not in school he would play video games all day or sometimes ride his bmx bike and do tricks, he is also into music so he learned how to play guitar. He often found ways to make money by cleaning peoples lawn, or go to his local barber shop and clean the hair from the floor, or he would ask his abuela or his brother for it. His abuela started to get more and more calls about David's behavior so she finally talked to David and he just got mad and cussed her out so she decided to kick David out to go live with his brother. E/S Clover Gang was originally formed by a group of Sureno's that had formed a small reputation within the street of Brouge Avenue, after both Front Street Watts Crips and the 103 Hard Time Hustler Crips were totally wiped from the local region, upon their dissipation one of the remaining jumped in set members had decided to reform the set on Brouge Avenue with the help of the local community, the rifa formed together through their life experiences and ultimately ended out forming as a gang of Sureno youths. East Side Pueblo Bishop Bloods are a predominately African-American street gang based in the Roy Lowstein region, Davis in a community known as the Low Bottoms. They have been active in that area since the early 1970s before the Blood identity was even forged. Prior to Black gang resurgence during the very early 1970s, there was a gang in the area called Pueblo Players that was active since the 1950s. Upon reaching out to one another, and establishing a deep bond, both the E/S Clover Gang and the East Side Pueblo Bishop Bloods had decided to effectively merge both of their sets together, the Pueblo Bishop Bloods control Roy Lowstein Boulevard whilst Eastside Clover Gang hold control over Brouge Avenue, both sets are currently defunct and are ultimately working together side by side flying green and red rags with one another. -- OOC Information -- This faction will follow the development of both the E/S Clover Gang & the East Side Pueblo Bishop Bloods, both sets currently operate on both Roy Lowstein Boulevard & Brouge Avenue, for anyone interested in learning more about the faction, you can find out more on our official discord https://discord.gg/4Scz2xTgKZ
