  1. This thread and its contents will follow the content of Cristian "Panic" Saavedra, a Hispanic fifteen year old Varrio King Kobras Rifa XIII member. Cristian has been actively gangbanging since the age of twelve, with him coming from a broken household. He's lived solely with his big sister since the age of eight.
  2. This thread will follow the life of Matthew "Giant" Cazalla and Luciana "Dolly" Cazalla.
  3. This will follow the life of Maria Ocampo. A El Paso native who has moved to Rancho a gang invested area. Maria Ocampo was born July 28th, 2005 in El Paso County Hospital. She was born to Miguel and Luna Ocampo. During her young age, her family was pretty normal.Living in El Paso she use to go to the neighborhood playground to play. It was her daily fun. Being yelled at by her mother from the apartment door to stop, made her feel like she couldn't be free spirited and have fun. At the age of five, Maria gained a brother. At the point of her life, things began to go down hill. Her father lost her job in the factory in El Paso, this made them move houses down to the poverty area in El Paso into a flat. Making it easier for her parents to make money and pay rent. Maria began to become a cold indiviual due to the way life was around the low poverty area. Gangs, fights, shootings were everywhere in her life. This made her father become something he prided himself never to become. A junkie. After a couple years, her mother had enough and decided to move them to San Andreas. Maria took this hard but decided it was the best. The family moved to the Rancho projects to create a new life together. Who knows what will bring Maria's life as she goes into her teenage years. Flaws: - Hot head - Because she lost alot of trust from her father, she rarely trusts older men. - Reckless and uncareful. - Easily influenced.
  4. VARRIO KING KOBRAS RIFA 13 Varrio King Kobras Rifa 13 (VKKR13), alternatively known as Varrio King Kobras, is a violent but small Sureno street gang that originated with its roots out in East Los Santos in the mid-1970s. Their rivals varying through many and known to have little to no allies but aren't scared to hold their ground; their enemies include the Chopper12s, Indiana Dukes 13, El Monte Flores, Varrio Nueva Estrada, and the list goes on. Their territory emerges in East Los Santos but cliques have expanded out to South Central. HISTORY King Kobras was originated in East Los Santos around the late-1970s, Made of Hispanic teenagers wielding spray cans and ran around with the title of "King Kobras". The group found their name after learning about the deadliest animals in Biology Class, this posse was composed of juvenile delinquents, outcasts, and misfits. The teenagers established their foothold in Cypress Flats in the East Los Santos Area, housings units designed for low-income citizens who were living off section 8, but also for the incoming hordes of immigrants that rained in from Mexico and Southern American countries. Affordable shelter and jobs were readily available. The area, however, quickly became an overcrowded ghetto that was primarily dominated by Mexicans. Conflict merged fast, arguments would pour into parties, parties would be trashed or simple confrontations would occur from only a couple of streets away from nearby gangs, they were expected to bump heads at any time of the day. Tensions started to rise between street gangs in the area until the 1980s. This soon changed however following the stabbing of a rival affiliate outside a local convenience store. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene and two KK13 affiliates were arrested for said stabbing. This put King Kobras on the map and under the scrutinization of the Los Santos Police Department Gang Unit specified as CRASH (Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums) In the street gang's prime, the gang's main money flow came from what they could steal, rob, and whatever narcotics they could get their hands on and sell. In the dawn of the 1980s, An addictive drug hit Los Santos that was already spreading like wildfire throughout San Andreas, the addictive rock-like narcotic and substitute was known as Crack Cocaine. The drug fueled gangs with money, turf, and accessibility to firearms, It was only in a matter of time that King Kobras would get involved with the murderous drug pool of crime and drugs. Gangs quickly went back and back at each other with firearms over being sole rivals and expansion of the drug trade, making the city worse with the crime being at an all-time. Due to the prior arrests of the two and the crackdown of King Kobras causing many members to be arrested with gang enhancement charges, resulting in the KK gang turning to the Mexican Mafia or EME for protection within the correctional system as well as support on the outside. Sooner or later, the gang was blessed with a 13 that allowed claiming the official title of "Varrio King Kobras Rifa 13" as we know them today. Prison only expanded their horizons and was almost like a fraternity, members coming back home with more knowledge to the streets and what was expected to worsen the gang's situation only gave them the option to widen their name in the penitentiary system. MODERN DAY VARRIO KING KOBRAS RIFA 13(VKKR13), known to be a compact but reputable street gang that has immigrated into South Central after the gentrification of Cypress Flats, forcing generational families out of homes to establish industrial buildings and nicer households for the rich and wealthy. Most of the VKKR13 generations spread out through South Central and East Los Santos just to officially open a stronghold in Roy Lowenstein Boulevard where they've been holding their ground for the past two generations from the early 2000s until now. When challenged, they are familiar to hold their ground with their reckless and brutal ways. Having a tough presence in their community, VKKR13 aims to recruit at a young age, exploiting dysfunctional families and poverty-stricken households. Vigorous jump-ins as an initiation became a tradition, young recruits went through a thirteen-second brutal beatdown while another member counted to honor the Suréno program, this only occurred when affiliates were sanctioned in or rejected from the gang. Currently, in 2021 the Varrio King Kobra Rifa 13 has seen better days and the gang has unfortunately grown smaller and smaller from members dropping out, being arrested, or being killed. The older generations have been dwelling in the shadow from being incarcerated or no longer living the gang life, only a small handful of the older generation has the option to keep the name alive and lace-up the younger generation to not fall. Newer cliques have emerged from recent years, keeping the Varrio King Kobras Rifa 13 thriving and the name alive. CLIQUES OF VARRIO KING KOBRAS RIFA 13 Cyclones (CYS), the original clique that was founded in Cypress Flats after being blessed with the 13. It was originally led by Manuel "Bullet" Espinar, and under his leadership, the clique would continue to thrive until the late 90s. This soon changed however with the LSPD cracking down on the gang, more specifically the clique. Resulting in many of the members including Bullet being arrested. The majority of the remnants of the Cyclones clique have been scattered around the San Andreas penitentiary systems with only an insignificant amount of members who are released have dropped the gang life but a small crumb has still been known to be active and rarely ever recruit, looking for experienced individuals. The clique is nearly defunct today with active membership outside being estimated at ten to twenty across Los Santos. Tiny Dukeros (TDS) is a relatively new clique that propped up in the area. Following the arrest of much of the gang's older affiliates and the vast majority of the Cyclones, all that was left was the new generation of KK13 affiliates. The clique was also based in South Central, contrary to Cypress Flats. The majority of the gang was forced out of Cypress Flats due to gentrification and industrialization. The gang soon had heated conflicts and was in a disorganized mess for the first few years in their new home. Soon enough however, Edward "Rebel" Tapia took leadership of this new generation, he helped steer them in the right direction and soon enough they grew in numbers. Nowadays they are the most prominent and active clique in the gang, with the clique composing the vast majority of members in the gang. Dead End Diablas (DED) the newest, female-only clique under KK13, With the younger generation of v.KKR13 male affiliates aligning themselves with the TDS clique, the females were left out of the scene. There were a number of notable female members of the Cyclones clique in the mid 90's and early 2000's but they faded into irrelevance or died out with the rest of the clique. For a while, the female presence in the gang was weak at best. This soon changed however with the females banding together for protection and companionship under the guidance of relatives of males from the TDS clique, its initial founder being Isabela "Drowsy" Tapia, the sister of TDS' founder, Edward "Rebel" Tapia. The girls belonging to this clique pride themselves on being extremely unpredictable, violent, and chaotic, a reputation they hold dearly as it is what elevates them and brings them into the fold of gang politics. Overall, the clique itself has yet to show up on law enforcement's radar but the violent and brutal acts of its members have steadily begun building them a fearsome reputation in the streets of South Central. OOC Information This faction is heavily based off on a southside set of the real life King Kobras 13 street gang, and as such it's reccomended you do your own research before joining. This faction will never be another copy and paste sureno street gang, you are expected to be able to roleplay the effects of gentrification and be held to the utmost standard in terms of roleplay quality. 7. Edwin "Trouble" Barajas was born on January 22nd, 1985 at the Central Los Santos Medical Center. Growing up, Edwin was met with serious complications as his parents were never there for him emotionally and his environment spoke for itself. The territory that marked his housing complex was ran by the Infamous Florencia Trece 76ST Malos Clique. He was there to witness the large spree of Murders during the mid 1990's where murder, drug trafficking, and gang activity was rampant in the surrounding County's of Los Santos. It didn't take long for Edwin to adopt to the gang culture and as young as fifteen to be put on as member of the Florencia Trece Malos Clique. Upon becoming a member of the gang, a few months later a trap house was broken into allegedly by the East Coast Crips and word came from upstate that this is war. Edwin became the frontline soldier within the war and as the years pass, both sides took huge loses. Edwin was arrested in 2008 for Racketeering, Production of cocaine, Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, as well as three counts of Firearm possession for the purpose of trafficking. Edwin was sent to Twin Towers Correctional Facility for twelve years. After twelve years of programming, entering the SHU program as well as doing his time, he was released on June 25th, 2020.

  9. This thread will show the development of Miguel Ríos, a 16 year old living in Chamberlain Hills.
  10. Born to a low income family, Eric is the older of the Arellano siblings. As opposed to his sister, he's actually physically seen their father before his incarceration, two weeks before Eric's third birthday. Their mother couldn't handle the lonelines and began "dating" shortly after the incarceration. Eric had a difficult childhood. His mother worked two jobs and the rest of her spare time was usually occupied by her many relationships. The forced independence toughened him up and the constant desire to run from his home life made him reckless. The only sense of duty and responsability he has is in respect to his younger sister, Sabrina.
  11. Armenian Power XIII APXIII - (Armenian Power 13) is a street gang that was founded at some point in the late 1980s or early 1990s. Though the exact date remains unknown, authorities often cite 1989 as the year the gang was founded. Originally located in Vinewood, they have since expanded and can be found in other parts of Southern San Andreas. Their presence in San Andreas is mainly isolated to East Vinewood and Morningwood, though they have been known to travel outside their own 'hood' at times in attempts to expand their criminal influence over the city and wider state. The gang was formed originally to combat surrounding Mexican and Salvadorian gangs bordering and intersecting with the Armenian ghettos. As the gang was established they became known to stick up for Armenian youth across Vinewood. The gang took pride in coming to the aid of anyone of Armenian dissent, though quickly and naturally the gang became indistinguishable from the gangs that they once formed to protect themselves against. Like most other street gangs formed in that era, and area, their crimes became brazen. Nothing was off the table, and as their power and influence expanded, so did their criminal operations which ranged anywhere from large scale fraud and identity theft, to bold and dangerous daylight robberies and shootings. The gang would have deadly disputes with surrounding Hispanic gangs in the late 1990's into the early 2000's, with many homicides being linked to the conflict. Law enforcement's estimate of membership numbers is considered to be low but they do not underestimate the secrecy of the gang, as many members above the street level avoid being validated. The main thing which separates the Armenian power gang from other street gangs around is the leadership connections to Russian, Armenian and other Eurasian criminal circles. These ties enable the gang to perform more sophisticated crimes. Many law enforcement agencies have described the gang as a "marriage of mafia and street gang culture." Spanish Avenue, Vinewood The Spanish Avenue clique had garnered a lot of attention in the early 2000's for their brazen behaviors and money making schemes. Although quickly prone to violence the crew gained notoriety for one of their key income streams which was a sophisticated card skimming operation. These low risk crimes gained the crew quick cash and they flaunted it around the corners of Hawick and Alta, driving brand new cars and sporting flashing jewelry. Although maybe ahead of their time, the law caught up with the crew and most were locked up with other non-affiliates on fraud charges in late 2011. Few members have conducted business in the shadows since the crack down on the crew and gang in the Vinewood area, most maintaining a low profile and some even moving on to be law-abiding citizens. OOC INFO: We are portraying a fictional Armenian Power 13 clique, with the main focus being on character and faction development. Both official and aspiring members will be held to the highest of community standards. If you are interested or have any questions you can PM @Kaxo or @Hopout.
  12. South Side Barrio 13 Barriox13, Barrio13 (B13 in short) is a sureño street gang in South Los Santos. It was established in the early 1970s near Carson Avenue and Strawberry Avenue in South Los Santos. The South Side Barrio 13 gang was first created mainly for the protection of its members. The gang is divided into West Side Barriox13 and East Side Barriox13 gang, with all of its members loyal to the Barriox13 gang. The gang is loyal to the Mexican Mafia (or La Eme). Throughout the years, it has been targeted by the Los Santos Sheriff's Department and the Los Santos D.A. department with a Gang injunctions. The most recent gang injunction was in 2009. In the last 10 years, Sheriffs department have shot and killed multiple known Barriox13 gang members and have managed to find multiple firearms and different kinds of narcotics on them. In recent years, members of the gang have been targeted throughout all of Los Santos by rival gangs. Barriox13's youngsters are known to commit violent and brutal crimes, which is why Homicide detectives are still on the hunt for two men believed to be affiliated with the gang. These two are connected to recent vicious acts around the Chamberlain area of the city. As of early 2021, two other members of the gang have been murdered by what is believed to be an inside fight. The Barriox13 gang is especially known for their drug trafficking, arms trafficking and homicides. Besides having a history of many criminal acts, the gang is also believed to be involved in human trafficking. To this day, the gang's main source of income remains the drug trafficking. The gang's main source of income is from the illegal sale of heroin, crystal meth, cocaine, marijuana, gambling & ecstasy. Barrio 13 gang-members are well known for trafficking in illegal narcotics, along with other crimes like battery to murder, as well as robbery, burglary, carjacking, witness intimidation, kidnapping, weapons trafficking, identity theft, racketeering, drug and weapons-related charges & money laundering. OOC Information S/S Barrio 13 is loosely based on the real life counterpart, the Barriox13 gang. The group attempts to portray a realistic gang culture, with some liberties being taken in order to promote our original ideas. The laws of sureño gangs will still be followed by the group at all times. Everyone who is interested in roleplaying with us can do so by approaching us in character, around the Tahitian Flats and Casa Cristina in Strawberry. The group will focus on providing realistic roleplay to the server, as well as to everyone who interacts with us. All members are expected to follow all server and community rules at all times. The group leadership reserves the right to Character Kill (CK) any individual within the gang, or attempting to join the gang. The reasoning will always have to be a very good one, so no Character Kills will occur over petty issues. They are considered to be a last resort and will rarely be used. If you have any questions about interacting with the faction, feel free to PM: @Armolis @Banks @Evolution
  13. Eastside Playboys 13 Overview The Eastside Playboys 13, also known as the Conejos or rabbit gang is an excessively vicious primarily but not exclusively Mexican-American street gang that established in the late 1975s on the Eastern side of Southern Los Santos, Jamestown Street to Roy Lowenstein Boulevard and to 35th Street. The Playboys were originally formed as a non violent car club called the "Southern Califas Latin Playboys Car Club", although disregarding their positive reputation in recent years. The majority of members from the Playboys share the same common hatred towards other low income neighbourhoods like themselves. They occasionally find themselves in disputes over money, drugs, and territory. The Playboys gang are no strangers of carrying out illegal activities. Despite being Sureños themselves with allegiances to the Mexican Mafia, the Playboys are at rivalry with most southerner gangs. The older generation of the Playboys manipulate and influence the younger generation by glamorising narcotics and gang violence. The current generation of the Playboys is less organised and holds a way more violent reputation than the older generation. There is only 1 active sub-set underneath the Eastside Playboys 13. 35th Street Zoo Riders (35ZR). Zoo Riders, formerly known as "Dukes" clique was one of the first from the Playboys 13 to house individuals from different ethnic groups despite their background as a purely Mexican-American street gang. One thing that is common amongst all street gangs in Los Santos is the unfortunate loss of members. Members from the Playboys often are incarcerated or killed over problems in the streets. On numerous of occasions, cliques underneath the Playboys have gone defunct over deaths of their friends or family members. Some cliques stand strong together, offering care and income for those who remain. Deceased members from the Playboys are usually dissed online by their rivals to provoke them. Death threats and disses to videos of attacks are sometimes caught on camera by ragged members from the Playboys and posted to the internet, attracting nothing but law enforcement. To date, members within the Playboys use the Playboy Rabbit logo as homage to their representation. Pittsburgh pirates merch is a particular logo used amongst Playboys, representing the "P" in gangs name. Residents and law enforcers are fully aware of the street gangs presents, though the members from the gang still show no remorse towards the evident murders and other criminal activities that're committed. Frustration and desperateness is one of the most common thoughts amongst members from the Playboys. Unemployed, many are desperate for money to keep their families from hitting the low point, doing whatever is necessary to make ends meet. 35th Street Zoo Riders Clique The 35th Street Zoo Riders clique from the Eastside Playboys 13 was one first functioning sub-cliques to be founded after the disbanding of the Southern Califas Latin Playboys Car Club in the late 1975s. The Zoo Riders clique is located on 35th Street to Roy Lowenstein. In the late 2014s, this specific clique was en route to being the next clique to go defunct underneath the Eastside Playboys 13. Two members from the Zoo Riders clique that hold tight ties to the cliques leadership were incarcerated for the murder of an innocent person along with three accounts of attempted murder after storming a house party in hopes of murdering a rival gang member that was also attending the party. With the two members from the clique finally sentenced two years after the murder, there was no chance of the Los Santos Police Department catching up with the clique itself. Pink Bunny Clicka Founded and originally created in the late 1980s, the Pink Bunny Clicka was a sub-clique from the Eastside Playboys 13 gang that became defunct in the late 1990s. Formed of impecunious Mexican-American females, this clique only lasted a couple of decades before going inactive. Disbanded because of low membership counts and dishonesty, the Pink Bunny Clicka members wore pink and blue to signify their Eastside Playboys 13 representation. Strictly made to house females, the Pink Bunny Clicka had control over a fair share of the Roy Lowenstein area. Often, the Pink Bunny Clicka would be in altercations with other subgroups underneath the Eastside Playboys 13, also having brief involvements beefing the 18th Street gang. Alliances And Rivalries From disrespectful taunts and threats online to blatant murders in broad daylight, the Playboys will do anything they can to cause a feud towards anyone opposing. With that being said, the Playboys only share an alliance with three other illegal organisations. The Mexican Mafia, Carnales 13, and the Wild Boyz. Even though the Playboys house a large amount of affiliates, although comparing them to their rivals, they're very outnumbered. The Playboys are in a long-term war with Florencia 13, 18th Street Gang, and the 38th Street Gang. They also hold rivalries and disagreements with the Hang Out Boyz, 41st Street Gang, 55 Bunch Gang and the Mexican Klan 13. Memberships from each gangs listed are unfortunately reduced daily from homicides all around Los Santos. Both Florencia 13 and fewer cliques underneath the 38th Street Gang share allegiances to the Mexican Mafia. When affiliates from the Playboys find themselves locked inside of Prison Facilities as inmates they will group up with their race and set aside any rivalries with Southerner gangs. Those from the Playboys who are not from the Latino decent are directed into the Mexican-American race group. For those who oppose of grouping up with Latino car from the Playboys have to deal with consequences. Some members from different cliques under the Playboys is often seen inside of state prisons in San Andreas. Ragged members from the Playboys find it harder to be released from prison due to being so deeply involved with crime in and outside of the penitentiary.
  14. THE TORTILLA FLATS GANG (CVTF) Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats (CVTF), alternatively known as Southside Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats, is a predominately Hispanic street gang operating out of the Chamberlain Hills area. They claim the 1800 Block of Strawberry Avenue and Forum Drive as their territory, with different cliques hailing from each corner. Boasting a small and tight-knit membership, the Tortilla Flats gang has managed to stay afloat despite the various gang injunctions and periods of inactivity. Tortilla Flats publicly feuds with most South Los Santos gangs, often showing hostility towards the other Chamberlain Varrio hoods along with most African-American street gangs. Their roots of extreme violence and racism had started due to a massive rivalry against both Tree-Top and Fruit Town Piru; a gang war in which many Tortilla Flats gang members were either arrested or killed. Prior to the war with both African-American street gangs, Tortilla Flats had gotten along well with each set, however, after an incident in which a TF member had been killed by Fruit Town, the relationship between both gangs had become unfixable. Tortilla Flats had its glory days in the 90s, however, due to the increased feuds with most other sets in South Los Santos, the gang had been forced to reduce its public presence. With many older members either falling inactive or getting arrested, the gang had become dormant, subsequently resulting in them losing a large portion of their hood to the surrounding gangs. 18TH ST HOOVER LOCOS & 83 HOOVER CRIMINALS vs. CHAMBERLAIN VARRIO TORTILLA FLATS Once cordial with both the 18th St Hoover Locos clique and the 83 Hoover Criminals gang, the Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats gang managed to coexist with the aforementioned gangs since their infancy, given that their members grew up and attended school together. However, there was an altercation that took place during a tense period. During an informal dispute, an affiliate of the 83 Hoover Criminals gang allegedly took to name-calling and labelled a freshly initiated member of the Tortilla Flats gang a ‘chomo’ in his tirade. This aforementioned Tortilla Flats gang member took offence to the insult and left. He returned not ten minutes later, with three more gang members at his side and confronted the 83 Hoover Criminals affiliate. Face-to-face, they exchanged words and the 83 Hoover Criminals affiliate allegedly stated he did not call him a chomo. After a short exchange, the affiliate of the 83 Hoover Criminals was said to have asked for a fight while walking away. With something to prove and in the presence of his peers, the Tortilla Flats gang member shot him five times in the back, killing him. It is said that he fled the city shortly after this killing, never to be seen again. This was the catalyst for a lengthy and bloody war between the 83 Hoover Criminals gang and the Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats gang that claimed many lives. At first, the 18th St Hoover Locos remained impartial, given their Mexican heritage and the neutral nature between them and the Tortilla Flats gang, but that changed on the 26th of April, after Iker Garcia, 37, also known as Bandit, a beloved member of the Tortilla Flats gang, was shot dead. It is said that he was waiting outside a fellow gang member's home when a group of Hoovers drove past and shot him multiple times, hitting him three times in the face and five times in the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene. 48 hours after Iker Garcia had away, Tortilla Flats affiliates took to the streets for hours, spurred on by revenge. The next day, a huddle of 18th St Hoover Locos were mere metres away from where Iker Garcia lost his life, and it is said that Andre Morales, 16, also known as Ghost from 18th St Hoover Locos was the one to speak when approached by two Tortilla Flats affiliates. A short exchange ensued and residents claim that Andre Morales posed no threat when the Tortilla Flats gang affiliates promptly shot him a grand total of six times in the chest before speeding off. It was at that point the 18th St Hoover Locos stepped into the war and fought side by side with the Hoovers. The war heavily favoured the Hoovers, given the limited number of active Tortilla Flats members. The feud claimed many lives from the 1800 block side of Chamberlain Hills, both gang affiliates and innocent civilians. However, when Andre Morales was murdered, it kicked off a spate of shootings that left five dead and three severely injured over the course of five weeks. It is said that the gangs took turns shooting at each other’s homes, much to the dismay of local residents. The police presence was at an all-time high at this point, a patrol car monitoring the streets every five minutes. The war had claimed many lives at this point, and so, leaders and influential figures from both sides got together and formally put an end to the feud, wanting to see progress beyond the murders. Despite this, the two parties still felt resentment towards one another, and while the killings from the war stopped, the scars remained. SOUTHSIDE BARRIO 13 vs. CHAMBERLAIN VARRIO TORTILLA FLATS At the beginning of the conception of Southside Barrio 13, the influential members and leaders of the Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats gang were once allies of Southside Barrio 13, given that they were surrounded by African-American street gangs. The influential members of the Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats gang were even allegedly supplying the neighbouring gang with drugs and weapons. Though the relationship was strong between the leaders, the same couldn’t be said for the younger members of the gangs. There was obvious tension between the two sets, despite coming from similar backgrounds. There’d be disputes constantly between the two, requiring older figureheads of the factions to mediate petty problems. One day, a Southside Barrio 13 member was loitering inside the Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats gang’s street, resulting in being interrogated by a Tortilla Flats affiliate. The situation escalated and was escalated into a full scale argument, with a member of the Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats gang being stabbed twice and spat on. He wasted no time telling his fellow gang affiliate about the situation. A meeting was set between the two leaders of the gangs, Iker “Bandit” Garcia, who at the time was one of the leaders of the Flats gang, and Solomon “Shark” Casilla, a leader of the Barrio 13 gang. The discussion at hand was at first calm, however, it eventually broke down into an argument over the facts of the situation. After an hour of sitting down and discussing, Iker “Bandit” Garcia laid out an ultimatum, forcing the Barrio 13 gang to make compromises. He gave them a deadline of agreement to which they had to follow, but the ultimatum was never followed. After a week or so a couple younger members of the Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats gang retaliated for the stabbing that took place, they would start a series of shootouts between the two gangs, kicking off a war that lasted multiple weeks. Peace was never an answer to the conflict, many members were killed on both sides, with innocent lives being taken too. However, the fighting began to die down, given that Southside Barrio 13 gang had lost a greater amount of members in comparison to the Tortilla Flats side. In the end, the violence dwindled to a near halt, with Southside Barrio 13 eventually going defunct. MALOS Today, the gang is largely inactive, save for a few members that still loiter on the gang's grounds. Despite this, however, the Malos clique formed in place of the declining Midget Dukes, who are today largely defunct after several arrests made on prominent members. Without any major influence from veteran CVTF members, the Malos have developed a different approach to gangbanging. Unlike previous generations, the Malos function without structure or formal leadership. Its young members are purely motivated by money and preoccupied with maintaining a certain image. With virtually no guidance available to the clique’s young members, this new generation of Tortilleros has quickly earned for themselves a reputation for being wild and reckless with little to lose.
  15. This thread will follow the life of Archie "Crazy" Navarro, a Eastside Playboys 13 gang member.

Marcus Wakefield is a latino-afro affiliate within the PJBS Clique of Culver City Boys 13. Marcus started off as a good boy before quickly losing his ways with school and become associated with the neighborhood trouble makers. As time passed, and Arturo grew older - he began hanging out on the block more and more with people who were in a similar situation as himself. LUIS 'BIG SMILEY' ESPINOZA The following thread's purpose it follow the development of Luis Espinoza, a Los Santos native. 1975, Luis Espinoza is born into an immigrant family, in the city of Los Santos. His parents, both immigrants from Michoacán in search for a better life, due to the severe levels of poverty and the state of Mexico in general. During that era, there was a huge influx of Mexican immigrants, and it helped form the state into what it is today. However, there was also a huge influx of crime, not only by Mexicans, but all ethnic groups. It was an important period of time, when gangs were establishing, becoming more powerful and setting the stones for generations to come. It was a big period for The Mexican Mafia, in 1971 the first hit outside of prison walls took place, changing the game. There were also various schemes taking place such as The Mexican Mafia & LACF collaborating together to infiltrate legal operations. Luis Espinoza was raised in poverty, alongside his parents and brother Rodrigo Espinoza. He found comfort in the local gang and created friends within it, he didn't see it as a gang, they were just local kids, just like him, living in the same neighbourhood. Issue is, people think that gang members are like an alien form. Luis' brother was younger, and Luis wasn't able to play with him like the kids in the varrio, so he played with the other kids. He was never inside, his Mother would claim. The local gang undertook various illicit activities, such as drug dealing, extortion, prostitution and whatever else could line their pockets. Luis became close with a fellow barrio kid, called Gonzalo 'Joker' Garcia.Joker was the one all the big homies liked, the ones they'd have kicking it with them whilst they were sipping pistos on their porches or playing dice. He was the kid. The South Side Tokers had taken control over the barrio after the fall of Varrio Grape & their allied Crip neighbours. By the age of 16/17, Joker took it upon himself, with the help of numerous homeboys, to form the South Side Rancheros, an attempt by a new generation to take over the area and control it. Problems arose, with Joker and his associates successful, there was now competition, and the original Tokers set was still around. The two groups, whom were once one, now had hot sand under their feet, and conflicts soon followed. The new generation, South Side Rancheros, soon rose to victory, leaving the Tokers defunct, with members at the wrong end of a gun, in prison, or even changing set and joining the Rancheros. Time went on, Ranchers introduced a new era of crime and brought peaceful crime to their neighbourhood, and a new type of gang activity to the area. They were hit with multiple injunctions, and with huge efforts against is, many face members of the set ended up dead, or locked up. Luis was one of them, he was sent to Bolingbroke and served a hefty sentence alongside people such as Fernando 'Spider' Perez & so on. Fortunately for Joker, he avoided prison and did the dash, after most of his loyal homeboys were killed and pinched. Inside, Luis would find himself programming with La Eme, also known as The Mexican Mafia. It wasn't long before Joker himself winded up in Bolingbroke and became a good friend of 'Chato'. Joker's name was put forward and he was eventually recognized as an Emero after proving himself to the cause & putting in work. It was a big thing to the homeboys, one of their own was now an official within La Eme, who knows where it could take them and their ventures. Joker and Chato were eventually released, however Luis remained inside. Whilst serving his time, he became addicted to heroin and had many problems regarding it, including debt & so forth. Luckily the debts were paid off, and Luis didn't get into bad standing with his own. He was subject to a self-proclaimed rehab, and spent years trying to get himself clean, of course he relapsed numerous times, but eventually, after being sent to segregation due to violence, he was soon clean & stuck to it. Come 2020, Luis was released from Bolingbroke and returned to his family home, but it wouldn't be the same, his Mother had passed away during his incarceration after becoming a severe alcoholic, along with drug addiction. His father had moved on twenty years prior, and had given Luis a half brother. The story continues, Luis now free as a veterano, who knows where the story will end.
