  1. JST previously dubbed Making Enemies Rank (MER) originates as a tagging crew out of Roy Lowenstein and Jamestown St. The crew was quickly integrated into the growing Traviesos, with many members earning their put ons and the crew becoming a clique. After gaining notoriety as an established clique the members adopted the name JST as means to represent Jamestown Steet & to solidify turf growth. Members of JST are known for their red ragging, which serves as a way of being identified as “crip killers” through the adoption of blood aesthetics. The clique is still well known for its tagging.
  2. VARRIO KING KOBRAS RIFA 13 Varrio King Kobras Rifa 13 (VKKR13), alternatively known as Varrio King Kobras, is a violent but small Sureno street gang that originated with its roots out in East Los Santos in the mid-1970s. Their rivals varying through many and known to have little to no allies but aren't scared to hold their ground; their enemies include the Chopper12s, Indiana Dukes 13, El Monte Flores, Varrio Nueva Estrada, and the list goes on. Their territory emerges in East Los Santos but cliques have expanded out to South Central. HISTORY King Kobras was originated in East Los Santos around the late-1970s, Made of Hispanic teenagers wielding spray cans and ran around with the title of "King Kobras". The group found their name after learning about the deadliest animals in Biology Class, this posse was composed of juvenile delinquents, outcasts, and misfits. The teenagers established their foothold in Cypress Flats in the East Los Santos Area, housings units designed for low-income citizens who were living off section 8, but also for the incoming hordes of immigrants that rained in from Mexico and Southern American countries. Affordable shelter and jobs were readily available. The area, however, quickly became an overcrowded ghetto that was primarily dominated by Mexicans. Conflict merged fast, arguments would pour into parties, parties would be trashed or simple confrontations would occur from only a couple of streets away from nearby gangs, they were expected to bump heads at any time of the day. Tensions started to rise between street gangs in the area until the 1980s. This soon changed however following the stabbing of a rival affiliate outside a local convenience store. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene and two KK13 affiliates were arrested for said stabbing. This put King Kobras on the map and under the scrutinization of the Los Santos Police Department Gang Unit specified as CRASH (Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums) In the street gang's prime, the gang's main money flow came from what they could steal, rob, and whatever narcotics they could get their hands on and sell. In the dawn of the 1980s, An addictive drug hit Los Santos that was already spreading like wildfire throughout San Andreas, the addictive rock-like narcotic and substitute was known as Crack Cocaine. The drug fueled gangs with money, turf, and accessibility to firearms, It was only in a matter of time that King Kobras would get involved with the murderous drug pool of crime and drugs. Gangs quickly went back and back at each other with firearms over being sole rivals and expansion of the drug trade, making the city worse with the crime being at an all-time. Due to the prior arrests of the two and the crackdown of King Kobras causing many members to be arrested with gang enhancement charges, resulting in the KK gang turning to the Mexican Mafia or EME for protection within the correctional system as well as support on the outside. Sooner or later, the gang was blessed with a 13 that allowed claiming the official title of "Varrio King Kobras Rifa 13" as we know them today. Prison only expanded their horizons and was almost like a fraternity, members coming back home with more knowledge to the streets and what was expected to worsen the gang's situation only gave them the option to widen their name in the penitentiary system. MODERN DAY VARRIO KING KOBRAS RIFA 13(VKKR13), known to be a compact but reputable street gang that has immigrated into South Central after the gentrification of Cypress Flats, forcing generational families out of homes to establish industrial buildings and nicer households for the rich and wealthy. Most of the VKKR13 generations spread out through South Central and East Los Santos just to officially open a stronghold in Roy Lowenstein Boulevard where they've been holding their ground for the past two generations from the early 2000s until now. When challenged, they are familiar to hold their ground with their reckless and brutal ways. Having a tough presence in their community, VKKR13 aims to recruit at a young age, exploiting dysfunctional families and poverty-stricken households. Vigorous jump-ins as an initiation became a tradition, young recruits went through a thirteen-second brutal beatdown while another member counted to honor the Suréno program, this only occurred when affiliates were sanctioned in or rejected from the gang. Currently, in 2021 the Varrio King Kobra Rifa 13 has seen better days and the gang has unfortunately grown smaller and smaller from members dropping out, being arrested, or being killed. The older generations have been dwelling in the shadow from being incarcerated or no longer living the gang life, only a small handful of the older generation has the option to keep the name alive and lace-up the younger generation to not fall. Newer cliques have emerged from recent years, keeping the Varrio King Kobras Rifa 13 thriving and the name alive. CLIQUES OF VARRIO KING KOBRAS RIFA 13 Cyclones (CYS), the original clique that was founded in Cypress Flats after being blessed with the 13. It was originally led by Manuel "Bullet" Espinar, and under his leadership, the clique would continue to thrive until the late 90s. This soon changed however with the LSPD cracking down on the gang, more specifically the clique. Resulting in many of the members including Bullet being arrested. The majority of the remnants of the Cyclones clique have been scattered around the San Andreas penitentiary systems with only an insignificant amount of members who are released have dropped the gang life but a small crumb has still been known to be active and rarely ever recruit, looking for experienced individuals. The clique is nearly defunct today with active membership outside being estimated at ten to twenty across Los Santos. Tiny Dukeros (TDS) is a relatively new clique that propped up in the area. Following the arrest of much of the gang's older affiliates and the vast majority of the Cyclones, all that was left was the new generation of KK13 affiliates. The clique was also based in South Central, contrary to Cypress Flats. The majority of the gang was forced out of Cypress Flats due to gentrification and industrialization. The gang soon had heated conflicts and was in a disorganized mess for the first few years in their new home. Soon enough however, Edward "Rebel" Tapia took leadership of this new generation, he helped steer them in the right direction and soon enough they grew in numbers. Nowadays they are the most prominent and active clique in the gang, with the clique composing the vast majority of members in the gang. Dead End Diablas (DED) the newest, female-only clique under KK13, With the younger generation of v.KKR13 male affiliates aligning themselves with the TDS clique, the females were left out of the scene. There were a number of notable female members of the Cyclones clique in the mid 90's and early 2000's but they faded into irrelevance or died out with the rest of the clique. For a while, the female presence in the gang was weak at best. This soon changed however with the females banding together for protection and companionship under the guidance of relatives of males from the TDS clique, its initial founder being Isabela "Drowsy" Tapia, the sister of TDS' founder, Edward "Rebel" Tapia. The girls belonging to this clique pride themselves on being extremely unpredictable, violent, and chaotic, a reputation they hold dearly as it is what elevates them and brings them into the fold of gang politics. Overall, the clique itself has yet to show up on law enforcement's radar but the violent and brutal acts of its members have steadily begun building them a fearsome reputation in the streets of South Central.
