A large portion of Americans can barely understand what the lives of black Americans are like that aren't just Hollywood stereotypes and old prejudice that came about with the Reconstruction era with the civil war, civil rights. Along with how modern interpretations shifted with the Regan and Nixon administrations infiltration of Black communities through propaganda, war on drugs, and the federal proliferation of drugs into black communities from South America in order to fund Right Wing militias that were fighting Communist groups in Mexico, Central and South America. There are tons of Americans that still don't understand this. Now take this complex subject and try running it in a server that is predominantly played by people that have never stepped foot on American soil and only know about america through Hollywood Media shit, wikipedia articles, gangland re-runs uploaded to youtube and rap videos. When the popular narrative pushed by white hollywood has portrayed black americans as only gangbangers that shoot and perform higher percentage of crimes, etc (without the nuance as to why those numbers are so high in the first place), you get the subconscious bias that has been built in the community. It's why you see so many crashout nooby concepts that just die in 2 weeks. Borderline racist names that feel like satire. To me, it's no surprise.

Honestly, After a point you've done everything there is to do on world, there's really nothing else to do. Unless you have time to dedicate a lot of hours of your life every day, you're not going to find consistent rp as a regular civilian or a criminal character. Your best bet would be to go for something like law enforcement cause it would at least get you a group that you could rp with outside of the work setting. Otherwise, I think we all come to a point where we can say the game isn't fun anymore and not worth the commitment and it's time to hang it up.

These factions are way too complicated in terms of their jargon for most people to even know how to properly RP it. Most of the RP is very one sided as if you're in an emergency situation in real life you're pretty much static and being directed / moved by responders. So you'll just end up being there for someone's RP for however long they want to RP it for. This is fine for a once in a blue moon thing, but it's something that not a majority of people would like to participate in. It's also not convenient to make things more reliant upon doctors and the hospital, especially when there are often no one even on during US Evenings. I think in my whole time playing on the server I have only ever seen one nurse and one doctor, and that doctor wasn't even an ICU doctor. At the end of the day, like in most other RP servers, Medical roleplay is niche and it's near impossible to get people to want to participate in it. There's very little that you can do to actively feel like you're participating in the roleplay. I would love to see easier requirements to make people more excited to join these legal factions, but a big reason I have never tried to participate in them is due to the sheer amount of LFM ooc paperwork and procedures that need to be filed out. I work a corporate job as is and don't want to go home to do even more for a game.

When you learn to only play when you feel like it. The grinders on this game are some of the most miserable ooc people

You can't even fixveh if your car has been spawned or hotwired like that. Hell sometimes fixveh doesn't even work when you spawn it back in. Also, this isn't IRL where it needs to take 2 hours to tow a car out. Someone could have towed it out, it could have been fixveh'd by an admin and taken to a shop...And the likelyhood that you would have had someone go after you would have been next to none. If that car was left there crashed against a tree or whatever you did with it, 9/10 people are gonna just assume it was a disconnect (We have literal cars left in intersections), no one is stopping to investigate it. And the Auto-Theft Task Force is probably not gonna go after you lol, they're focused on the exporters and choppers.
