As many of you know screen captures (screen shots) are often the only piece of evidence we have to defend our actions or those of another player. Since the days of SAMP these have become an integral part of providing evidence for refunds and disciplinary actions across the numerous communities. I’ve created a very simple, straight forward guide to providing an easy backup, giving you peace of mind! NOTE – This guide was created against a 64 bit operating system. I’d assume 99.99% will be using this but if not some of your file paths will be different! Launch your favorite browser, we need to create a Google/Gmail account. if you already have one, move on. https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin Once your accounts made and you've successfully signed in we will need to download the google drive application. This portion will handle uploading your media. https://www.google.com/drive/download/ Select the Personal Backup and Sync from the left and hit Download. Once the download is finished, run the installbackupsync.exe. The install will complete and you'll be prompted to select Get Started, sign in and hit Next. You will now be prompted to select what folders you want to include in your backup. Un-check the three, Desktop, Documents and Pictures these are optional and do not cater to our needs! STEAM - Select CHOOSE FOLDER; for those who own GTA:5 via steam you will need to select the following path; C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\7 DIGIT FOLDER\760\remote\271590\screenshots RAGE MP - Note currently these do not include any text or signifying information beyond a blank UI. These generally do not suffice for evidence!! C:\RAGEMP\Screenshots Photo and video upload size - Original Upload photos and videos to Google Photos - Leave this unchecked and hit NEXT. Sync My Drive to this computer - Check this box and hit START. Note - You've now kicked off the backup process. This can be monitored in the lower right corner of your task bar, clicking the google sync icon will yield what changes are currently happening and also give you an overview of the available storage space.

TUGBOAT FIRE & FATAL SHOOTING CONNECTION: GOMER CARTWRIGHT Published: 30th of March, 2019. The Tug at the height of the blaze with the LSFD chopper dousing through the fading thick smoke overhead. A tugboat was set ablaze on the 28th night of March off the coast North-West of Chumash. Stranded over 20 nautical miles from shore at approximately 7:20PM, the captain sent out maritime emergency distress signals. Venturing out to sea in search of the vessel was a rescue helicopter manned by the Los Santos Fire Department and a civilian boat with LSPD personnel and R&R on board. The helicopter was the first to find the blazing craft, with the boat several minutes behind. On arrival the main deck and bridge of the boat were engulfed in flames. Through the flames the captain himself was seen spread across the roof of the bridge in refuge, bleeding from his right arm. At 8PM The rescue helicopter prioritized hoisting the captain from his boat, minutes later he was flown away to the Central Los Santos Medical Center. Shortly after a second helicopter appeared to conduct several water drops; wherein a rescue chopper fills up a speciliazed bucket from a nearby water source to douse flames that are otherwise difficult or impractical to reach by other means. According to the LSFD press release released on its Facebrowser page he was treated for “multiple injuries including a shark bite” with his dog declared lost after a 2 hour search of the boat and surrounding ocean. Among the dozen species potential found off the coast of San Andreas, it is likely to encounter dangerous Great White, Tiger or Bull sharks who tend to attack humans without provocation. On arrival the rescue chopper focused on rescuing the stricken captain. Later at approximately 9PM that same night; R&R was tipped that the LSPD were caught in an officer involved shooting. Unable to gain any further information at the time, Lieutenant McGill later spoke in a brief conversation on behalf of MRCAD. Her explanation matches with the official LSPD statement released on the 29th. A tactical unit from the LSPD’s Metropoliation Division began a pursuit on a rental vehicle, which led to a mobile gunfire before the vehicle was ditched near City Hall. Losing sight of the suspect, officers of the K-9 platoon assisted in the 20 minute search, until the suspect was found in the foliage in the Vinewood Hills. Deciding to open fire when found, he was swiftly taken down with lethal force. Despite the attempts of on scene officers and later an ambulance, he was officially declared dead on scene. While not named in the official statement, the former civilian employee is believed to be former janitor Gomer Cartwright. It also transpired that he was the captain of the tugboat that burned that very same night. The particular circumstances or motives behind the cause of the shootout following an assumed discharge from hospital will likely remain unknown. R&R is an independent news source operating from Los Santos, with coverage across the city and its associated counties. R&R operates freely under Article I, Section 2 of the San Andreas Constitution. Andrew Walters Background Andrew Walters was born on May 2nd, 1992, in Olympia, Washington. Birthed and raised by his parents Georgia and Terry Walters, Andrew was introduced to a thriving and vibrant world. He enjoyed the benefits of the city's stable workforce, engaged and educated community, and a well-supported school system. With what seemed like the perfect environment to grow up in, young Andrew took advantage of the education system in order to enact on his grades. Like many teenagers, Andrew didn't know what path to guide his life towards, one year it was engineering, next year it was music. Although he showed a strong interest in many different areas, it was short-lived and financially draining for his parents to keep providing equipment and additional support. Eventually, this left his parents to lose hope that he'd hang onto a hobby for much longer than it's worth, limiting Andrew's exploration for new experiences. Throughout his high school years, he found himself forming a modest personality, it wasn't anything admirable among the popular clique in high school, but, it was enough to find himself leading a small athletic group of friends and people alike. With his unique personality at his disposal, Andrew found himself exploring the use of kindness, modesty and family orientation on an everyday basis. It wasn't long before the heckling and playful peer pressure from family members helped him find romance, but, with studies being on the last page of the chapter, it was as short-lived, much like his hobbies. Upon finishing high school, Andrew and his girlfriend split up at the age of eighteen (18). After a few months of floating around aimlessly through job opportunities, he feared he would lose his athletic group of friends, so he dedicated more time towards physical activities such as cross country, swimming and basketball. Having devoted his late teenage years to sports, a time had come where Andrew built up enough courage to look past the university recommendations from both family and teachers in-touch. Like many uncertain young adults, he found himself surfing the web for military service opportunities, still unsure of which seal he would blindly pick. At the age of nineteen (19), Andrew had skimmed through enough research to enlist into the United States Armed Forces branch, United States Coast Guard (USCG). Whilst still accounted as a military service branch during a conflict, it would operate under the Department of Homeland Security during peacetime, with a maritime law enforcement mission. During the start of 2011, he faced the decision to part ways with the comfort of living with his parents in Olympia, moving down into the city of Seattle where he would be based for basic training. It may have very well been the toughest decision of his life, leaving behind his loved ones and any relationships he developed throughout his school years. With a fresh and burning passion to start a career, Andrew's character was put to a constant test from the extremely high-attrition training courses, leaving his unique personality to slowly weaken and adapt to the position he had always dreamed for. It wasn't long after basic training that he confirmed his future position in the crew. To become a gunner's mate, he wasted little time in military courses, perhaps not earning him a commendation, but certainly the respect of his much older crew. This was the time in his life where Andrew would still be capable to reminisce on the nights he would spend time playing basketball with his high school friends, taking his girlfriend out on movie nights and spending social time in the comfort of his parents. With dedicated training of multiple weeks for both the Boarding Team Member and Basic Boarding Officer, he soon grew to cherish and trust the loyalty between his crew members, completely forgetting that he did, in fact, have free time to form a social life. At the end of 2011, Andrew had used all his free time to start the training course on the MK 38 MOD I 25MM Machine Gun System. During this time, Andrew was once again offered to take up a university degree but his perseverance to train for the Coast Guard was a much stronger will than to split his time evenly. With no reflection on how it may damage his mental health in the future, sacrificing his free time had created the illusion that Andrew would become one of the longest-serving Coast Guards in District 13. Having spent the remaining years from 2013, Andrew served in the U.S Coast Guard for an additional 5 years. He had climbed through the ladder of petty officer ranks, eventually reaching the rank of Chief Petty Officer (CPO) which allowed him to train and mentor other servicemen and women in their specialisation, including newly-commissioned junior officers. Due to the Government Shut Down in December of 2018, all 42,000 active-duty coast guards including Andrew were set to work without pay whilst the other branches of the military service were to receive checks. Additionally, the government failed to send their first paycheck after the shutdown was lifted, slowly starting to warp the purpose of his service as nothing more than a joke to the government. With the support of communities and banks desperately coming to aid as the Coast Guards came to theirs, Andrew called his time with the branch and was discharged honourably with a reserve obligation until 2020.

These cities and towns include Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg and Chelyabinsk. Almost all of the members from Moscow, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk have had transnational criminal connections to ethnically Serbian organized crime groups in the past, where they were involved with smuggling tax-free tobacco products, illicit narcotics and firearms across the Serbia - Romania border via the Danube River in the late 2000s and early 2010s. Almost all of the members from Moscow are former amateur athletes and ex street gang members from street mobs in the impoverished Golyanovo district. Some of the younger members have military training from the Russian Army and the Russian Air Force and Air Defense and other military apparatus, as conscription in the Serbian Armed Forces was mandatory up until 2008. The Knzayev — Volkov Network as a whole is criminally active within the small and barely growing communities of former Eastern Bloc socioeconomic immigrants in Westside Los. Because it has positioned itself in an awkward place, that is, in a district of the city which is predominately resided in by impoverished Latino Americans, African Americans and Caucasian Americans, it has had a fairly difficult time in drawing in new members over the years. The group actively recuits ethnically russian immigrants in all Westside Los communities who were originally from Russia, Serbia, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Kosovo and Macedonia.The small and disorganized group has remained well under the radar of the Los Santos Police Department since its founding 2 years ago, and even though some of their members have served time in the Men's Central Jail and Twin Towers Correctional Facility for misdemeanor convictions, these crimes were not traced back to the group. In order to financially and logistically provide for itself, it is active in the sale of tax-free tobacco, illicit narcotics and stolen firearms throughout Westside Los and some areas of West Beach along with South Central. It's clientele for purchasing illicit narcotics and stolen firearms consists of blacks, whites and Latinos, almost all of whom are drug addicts, gangbangers, prostitutes and petty crooks.

Under the current rule set, Crime Free Zones are as follows: Government buildings (such as police and fire stations, the prison and city hall). Banks (ATM's not included) Airport Customization feature (the player is considered INSIDE the building) Ammunation area I would propose expanding this list to include other areas. The areas I would personally include, are 'script job areas' such as the pick up and drop off place for courier deliveries as well as in front of factories where refined ore is sold. Other spots to be added could include places that would realistically be heavily populated and silly to perform a high profile crime such as assault or even murder at. As stated in the original rule, if RP is initiated somewhere other than a Crime Free Zone, it is fair game to continue it if a Crime Free Zone is entered. Taking this into account, I see no reason to not expand Crime Free Areas to common sense places. Thoughts, criticisms, ideas etc are encouraged! ?

Short description: Peep the title, it's not that complicated. Detailed description: I've RPd my character to be a businessman since I've joined the server, and it's quite annoying to change outfits in only YOUR properties, and the trunk of a car. Now, I always RP'd carrying a dufflebag with myself, in which my business/casual attire is located. And this should them give one the chance to change outfits. Now, if you dislike this idea, what could also be done is set a dufflebag/backpack to a certain outfit ID, so only that outfit is affiliated and accessible by the backpack/dufflebag you carry along with yourself. Commands to add: None. Items to add: None How would your suggestion improve the server? I believe everyone could benefit from it. Whether you RP going to the beach, to a swimming pool, a businessman, a criminal. It's much easier and realistic to change your clothes from a dufflebag, as this will give the chance to change outfits in someone else's property, for example if you head to the gym, you could walk up to the changing rooms, and /outfit there. As a criminal, you could rob someone, quickly throw on a new t-shirt, shoes and such in an alleyway or wherever. Additional information: Doubt it'd take more than maybe 10 minutes to script? No idea

Short description: Add a poker system to the server Detailed description: I can't explain how the system should really work, but the poker system has been present on almost every roleplay server ever, and with the sick UI of GTA V, it can be much cooler now. So, the thing is simple, you need a table which you would be able to buy from the furniture menu, and write /poker at that table, players join in, and the game starts. Commands to add: /poker, /settable etc. Items to add: A Poker table. How would your suggestion improve the server? It will provide great roleplay opportunities, for legal and illegal both. Poker has been a part of the luxurious lifestyle of Los Santos and also have played a great role in the illegal world. Therefore, it is a necessity. Additional information: Trivia: Los Angeles, California has 9 casinos in which you'll find more than 677 slots and gaming machines. There are a total of 70 table games.

Just going to put it out there you can also use the Menyoo tool to get high-quality screens of your characters car. And if you're doing so, I'd recommend VStancer, allows you to change height, track width and camber.

They are currently working on a prison. One that would allow the DoC to open. One that, I would guess, includes pretty much most of the stuff in this topic. I think people suggesting a placeholder prison system, do not realist it's an entire project on it's own and would draw away from the current prison system that is in the works.

Alright so! I'll explain it in steps so it's easier to understand ^^ Open up your Menyoo UI. Select "Object Spooner" Select "Spawn Entity" (Or something like that, should be the top option) Select "PED" Go through the menu until you see "Multiplayer Models", select this. Go through this new menu until you see "Freemode (fe)male" Choose the one depending on the gender of the outfit you plan to load. A PED should appear on your screen with a default looking exterior. Go back to the original Menyoo UI. Select "Object Spooner" again Select "Manage entities" (Or something like that, should be the second option) Select your (fe)male PED Go through the options until you see "PED Options" at the bottom. Select wardrobe Apply the outfit your friend sent you Bam! Your PED should change in to your friend. Now you have them, you can move them and what not through that "Manage entities" tab!

I actually was wondering why your character was being so nice yesterday. My character thought it was stalling for some type of LSPD setup lol.

Hey so I joined this server about 4 days ago, it's my first time roleplaying on GTA V and I've already raked in like 22 hours, safe to say I'm already addicted, this server is great. I played ls-rp beforehand and this server brings back the nostalgia of sa-mp while also bringing in something fresh which has fully got me hooked. One thing I've noticed that is starting to annoy me a bit is the amount of characters that seem to know a second language (specifically Russian) I play a Russian character with my friends and the RP is great fun, but we tend to get in situations with people where we may insult someone, or say something in Russian and then that other character will suddenly know how to speak the language, the roleplay has then fully changed and we're in a completely different situation, one that I feel like we shouldn't be in. Don't get me wrong there are new people coming in that may not understand the rules properly, and there are characters that may well know Russian. But I feel like 80% of the situations we get into, the other person speaks Russian! This is at times powergaming, whether they know it or not. I had someone tell me their character knows Russian because their friend ICly taught them it. Ok well I have a friend that's turkish, I don't know a word of the language, so that reason doesn't make sense to me, there have been other silly reasons I've had too. I just feel like this should be specifically addressed somehow.
