Can confirm!! I'm a morning person and defacto a morning player, tons of active cruisers patrolling out-and-about. Although, from skimming through the original post — it seems the intended point is that the LSPD strain at gnats but swallow camels, meaning they're allegedly hyper-focusing on trivial matters, then less than keen to lift a finger for correctly distributing themselves amongst the confines of the city to hit crime points. I have pretty dang minimal understanding of where crimes are focused, but, maybe if this is a genuine issue, the question could be how the supervisors spread out their officers in precincts and how that could be bettered, rather than assuming the hope is to be cracking the whip on volunteers? Just a guess!
