Detailed Description I don't know exactly how we're gonna charge the phones if we don't own a property, but it'd be aweomse having a battery life and signal on your phone. For example, if you're out in the middle of nowhere, maybe a desert or a forest, your signal is weak and you might lose signal, making it impossible to call/text someone. About the phone battery, I'm thinking, make it possible to charge your phone in a property. Maybe your house, or a friends house. Make it atleast a few hours of battery life, so you don't have to charge your phone every five minutes. But yeah, put your ideas together with mine and maybe we'd come up with something great. Many brains is better than one. Phone battery and signal should be visible in the corners of the phone, and maybe add a few commands to support it. Relevant Commands/Items /phonebattery /phbattery /phb /pb /phonesignal /phsignal /psignal /ps I'm not sure if any of those commands are used already, those commands are just examples. How will it benefit the server? It'd make roleplay way more realistic and interesting. Like if you're being chased by the police and you have no signal to call a friend, or no battery. I just feel like it'd make alot of fun scenarios where you really need signal/battery, but you can't use your phone.

Go back and read what I wrote again. We're not talking about Afro-Americans. We're talking about Africans, like Ugandans, Nigerians etc. And having an older account here doesn't mean much. Alot of us are from SAMP and have RP'ed for years before GTA:W even existed.

If you think that African RP'ers are trolling, you clearly haven't RP'ed with them and only think they're funny because they have African names. That you personally think African names are funny doesn't make people bad RP'ers. Try RP'ing with them instead of trashtalking on forums.

Yeah you should be able to run it quite easily, I run mine on ultra and it runs good on a 1660 Super. Try re-installing the game (not sure if'll be the same as verifying the game files). Also try to revert your windows to an older version, or the RAGE app itself. With that I mean you can go back to an older date on your PC, where your PC was running good.

Detailed Description So, I've been thinking about this for some time and I don't know why this isn't a thing already. I think that outdoor RP should be encouraged alot more. Like, why do people only sit indoors in cafés? I feel like the server can feel emptier than it really is because we barely see people outside on the streets. I'd love to see people sitting outside cafés, maybe waitresses come out and take peoples orders and walk back in to prepare the food items. Or people walk in, order and go out to sit outside. I hate driving around when there's 300-400 players on, barely stumbling upon anyone. Los Santos is a hot city with palm trees, it doesn't make sense to me that almost every business only has an interior and nothing outside. No chairs, no tables, no people. Edit: Alot of people are saying that outdoor RP leads to robberies all the time, but robberies aren't allowed in very popular areas as it's very unrealistic to rob someone sitting outside a café, around lots of people. Sure, it will probably happen because people still break rules, but the only thing to do it to make it a crime-free zone, because it's highly unrealistic, just like robbing outside a police station is unrealistic. More realistic, especially in a city based off LA. Maybe players stay on when there aren't as many players on, because they actually find people to RP with. Less boredom.
