  1. Although the targeted audience for this is primarily for those who want to buy used vehicles, I really enjoy the idea. Realistically speaking, someone can do it with a cordless drill and a drum attachment. I say go for it, It'll bring some trust issues in the game! +1
  2. +1! Would take all of 20 minutes to implement, and adds a nice variety for the Off-Road Industry! See you on the trails, brother!
  3. Great idea! +1 For sure! For half of the GTAW population, I hope this link finds you well, you need it.

Although it's super frustrating, a long term fix is logging out, and direct connecting rather than pressing the server icon. Trust me on this one! 😋
  5. Read that again homie, I've outlined that it is a randomized selection of numbers. Range being conditional, not a hard set parameter >_>
  6. Greetings! Let's get into it, shall we? Quite the opposite, really. Solo owned logistics businesses pay more for very specific reasons, let me get into it below. A) You are under private insurance with your vehicle. Since your job requires you to use your vehicle, any irl insurance company would charge you more for this. B) You are not covered for Workers Compensation when you are working as your own boss. If your business is not registered, then you are responsible for your own injuries, and do not receive benefits if you get injured while working. This is implemented for two reasons, allow me to share below. 1) Private companies means that the truck is covered under Company Insurance. Any damage you do or injury you sustain is up to the company to solve. For realism purposes, this is an argument to make when not dealing with Trucking Taxes! 2) Love it or hate it, but the tax is to incentivize truckers to go and work for a Logistics company. You in fact make less if you factor in your vehicle's costs, maintenance, and so forth. Once you surpass the required deliveries, you have the chance to make more money using another vehicle. It makes no sense to continue to use the same vehicle, get taxed for it, and have to either sell it for cheaper than you paid for or /vscrap it all together. All in all, it is a means to get players to go work for companies owned by other players. You get your payout, the company makes money off you, and the GTA World economy maintains itself!
  7. Seeing as no one responded to this nicely proposed idea, I will. By the time you place a call, the employee gathers the items, and delivers it to your Mailbox; you would've saved time just taking a few minutes and going to get it yourself. This idea would be excellent if there was not as many stores in game. In reality, the accessibility of stores allows for players to just go and get what they need themselves. If we are talking about standard Mailboxes, then we should abide by some sense of Realism. I am not aware of any service that picks up items locally and delivers it to your Mailbox. Moreover, if you are speaking about goods such as Jewelry, and /createitem things, then I could see it being a feasible implementation into the game. However, if Apartments, Houses, cars, and other things can be broken into, you can be sure that Mailboxes can as well. Here is what would have to be added in order to implement your suggestion. 1) A Mapper would have to go to every active Apartment and Block to add Mailboxes, something that would take a lot of time unless done with multiple Mappers. 2) A developer will have to manually enter a script for each of these Mailboxes, assuming that their Javascript cache does not have enough memory to remember the Street Name, Apartment Building Name, Floor, and room number. This will also take a lot of time. 3) Developers will have to copy and alter the breakin system for vehicles onto the Mailboxes, which would be difficult. I assume it'll have to be done by hand. 4) Finally, GTA World writes the game in a funny way. Anything you can Lock / Unlock is either considered a Property or Asset. Vehicles are a common example of an asset. Moreover, I am curious to hear back on what you'd want to have delivered to a Mailbox. Obviously not food. Handbags, pursues, and other things would have to be put in a separate box, assuming the dimensions of the Mailbox are standard, and can not fit larger items with packaging. Finally, we've seen the failure of Delivery services in regard to the Food Industry. Businesses try it, and hop off it rather quickly due to the minimal demand. With that, it would be difficult to find couriers to do this job and expect to make a hard earned buck, when they can go work at a Player owned business or a Script business and have a guaranteed flat paycheck. All in all, it's a good idea, but a very niche market!
  8. Hi there, ScarletRose. This seems to happen to a lot of players from time to time. The best reasoning I can provide is that when characters /examine your character, they are provided with a generalized range of what your age could be. Of course, your true age remains flat and always remains the same on your licenses and such,. In most cases, there should not be a range greater than +- 3 years on each side . Although it might be frustrating, I believe developers added that in to provide players with a general range, but not your characters age directly. I BELIEVE the ranges change after server restarts! As a departing note, it is evident that the developers used a randomized array with your age, and a range variance when writing the script of the game. If you feel as if you have substantial backing for your age being a flat rate, I'd make a Game Suggestion, as I'm sure a lot of others share the same concern. Hope this helps! Your friend, Geo

    Pharmacy Script

Sorry everyone! @Lomadias@Adv@stringer@moulton I was under the assumption that there was a process to create pharmaceutical drugs, that wasn't /createitem or /creategoods. My mistake!

    Pharmacy Script

Greetings everyone! I hope you are doing well! For the Pharmacists out there, do you folks know of a Pharmacy Script Guide in existence? I've scrounged around the forums, but I can't seem to find anything!

Played it when it first came out on Xbox, really fun game. I saw this thread and I'm downloading it as we speak x)

    Rust

I've played a lot of games like it. Tried it, always came back to a destroyed and looted house. Grinded materials, got killed. Not a very fun game for a casual gamer, perfect if you find grinding fun. Not for me personally.
