  1. FACTION VIDEO A GLIMPSE — FBI REPORT ON AVONDRE ROBERSON, NOVEMBER 29th, 2039, ONE OF MANY. MODUS OPERANDI — ORGANIZED CRIMINALS The group participates mainly in forgery, fraud, money laundering, tax evasion and grand theft auto. It is unclear how they are structured, however, it seems that a high degree of flexibility and independence is allowed within the group, as affiliates can go months without even communicating. Furthermore, the group seems to immediately drop connections with convicted felons, as seen with ██████████████████ (b)(6). Multiple potential money mules are currently under financial surveillance. While affiliates of the group such as Tanner Davis have been seen in the past involved in drug sales, it seems that for the most part the group does not actively engage in illegal drugs and as such unlike previous suggestions — as seen in reports ████████████ and ████████████ (b)(7)(A) — is not subject to being a Continuing Criminal Enterprise under section 848 of Chapter 13, Subchapter I, Part D. AFFILIATES AND HISTORY Avondre Roberson — ULSA alumnus. Suspicion of tax evasion and complex shelling schemes. Name was among the many listed in the second Panama Papers released in 2027. Numerous transactions occurred between shell companies stationed in Panama. Often accompanied by his cousin Carter Williams and Payton Coleman. Tanner Davis — Suspicion of vehicle theft and robbery. Phone location history surveillance show multiple overlaps between possible location and stolen vehicles' last GPS locations. CCTV along with physical monitoring show him in constant presence of Khalid Turner, Quantavius Chambers and Jay-Jay Firebird. CASE IN PROGRESS The majority of the individuals listed attended Davis High as the initial P.O.C. It is suspected that as early as 2022 the group had initiated in fraud (refer to case #██████ — acquired from the Los Santos Sheriff's Department).
  2. I think the incoming IRS update will generally fix a lot of problems in the economy. There will definitely be a clear distinction between legal and illegal money, and untaxed currency will stay in the streets unless laundered. This opens up a gateway for white collar crime and such. I think it's good to wait for this update, and see how it affects the economy before making any other revamps.
  3. I'm not saying that it wouldn't be helpful, but it really isn't that much of nuisance. Knock on the door, Pm if you crashed and so on.
  4. What you're saying makes sense, but it isn't really that much of a problem. Just unlock, press "y" and you're back inside.
  5. It's a good feature, but it should definitely be a two way thing. I mean being someone's friend is a mutual agreement in a sense.
  6. Supporting. Maybe you can include weather you want the person to have access to /vget and /vpark the same way you can enable and disable construction rights. That way, people you obviously trust have the ability to use /vget and /vpark, and in other circumstances they don't.
  7. What I'd change to your suggested screenshot would be to keep the mileage, but stack it under your speed next to the map, and also keep the playerbase, but make it a smaller size.
  8. May sound controversial, but I think you should be able to buy a PF license regardless on if you are affiliated or not. What should matter is if you got a criminal record and all the other prerequisites on the PF application. You use that gun for a crime and you're caught? Jail time and your PF get's revoked.
  9. This is a result of how fucked up the drug market is. Obviously the people that have done this may not be the best rp'ers, but it goes to show how desparate people are getting to moving their product. Selling drugs, and especially for young gang members isn't profitable, and some may find it difficult. It makes sense that some people are approaching you like this when nobody actually buys drugs. There's like three people on the server who rp junkies, and systematically buy drugs, and whenever I see them it looks like the second coming of jesus, who is there to get rid of my drugs.
  10. I don't think they will, and the reason that is, is because everyone illegal rp'ing on this server drules over the idea of purchasing an illegal firearm. People get depsperate simply because they're rare and are very much a commodity. There will always be buyers for them. The only way to combat this is by adding more guns, not to many, but just enough to influence the market.
  11. The poverty argument makes a lot of sense, but you gotta realise it actually costs a lot of money to illegal rp. Imagine starting with just 50-100k and right off the bat you gotta spend 40 of that on a pistol. There are more important systemic problems as to how the economy works especially in illegal rp, and the drug and gun market are two of those. Illegal rpers are playing at a loss just to be able to portray what they want to portray.
  12. I haven't seen enough of The Office in here and that trully worries me
  13. I forward this even if it's been denied.
  14. I'm going to offer you 80k. There's no reason for someone to start the bid at your listing when these same houses are available for sale for much much cheaper
