Short description: As the title stays, make the department chat (FD/SD/PD/GOV) Detailed description: I've recently joined one of the above mentioned factions, and I noticed that the IC chat between the departments /dep isn't mutable, which I personally find quite annoying, as the chat is completely irrelevant for my character, and I assume the same goes for off-duty members of the FD/SD/PD (if they hear it.) A quality of life improvement, keeping the text flow smooth in character without interruptions from chatter that is irrelevant for the character or not accessible in that very moment.
