So if I were to buy coilovers for my car and lower it, would that make my insurance rates go up? No, of course it wouldn't. I can understand where you are coming from where you don't want everybody to have performance boosts but doing it in this way just makes no sense. Insurance prices in my state, mind you I live in America, don't go up if you have a lowering kit or a ebay turbo kit on your car, that's just not how it works. Besides, even with engine modifications you wouldn't get a insurance increase with your upgrades. This is mainly due to the fact that many mechanics give you an ECU upgrade that wouldn't even require extra work on the engine itself, it would be mostly computerized and not really up'ing the cost. I get your point of what you are trying to do, but up'ing insurance prices in this way is not the move in my opinion.

It isn't even a problem with "gang RP" and criminal RP" anymore. The 'robocop' situation is getting to the point where it is affecting day to day "civilian RP".

These issues along with the current "robocop" situation on the server are just dragging down players' will to actually want to roleplay on the server.
