My division in the PD has units solely based to carry out what are called "Crime Suporession Patrols". Are you saying this shouldnt be a thing, because from what you're saying, what my division is doing is working well. On the note of hating the PD, every gang member seems to anyway, I've tried to create passive RP with people in the south, many that are in gangs, but everytime I have you get shunned away, people are asking for more police presence to create RP and less so they can commit crimes, so I'm a bit confused right now.

Like Kenshi said, a lot of it is not done in the public eye, apart from the matter of high profile incidents like the recent one thats been through the courts. There are multiple forms of IC disciplinary action that can be taken, such as admonishments and official repremands, that if an officer collects enough of these, all the way up to suspensions and termination. All of this isn't available to the public, but there is a system in place and it is used frequently.

Well if that is happening for no reason, it should be escalated IC, this is the kind of thing that a request for a supervisor would be used for. I agree if this is going on without any inteligence to the fact, it should be stopped, but it isn't an out of character issue.
