In jails and prisons segregated by race, an ‘Other Car’ refers a group of inmates that can be identified as Asians, Islanders and almost anything else that won’t fit into the Sureño, Norteño, White or Black etc categories. Other Cars that are dominated by Asian Pacific Islanders usually prefer to be referred to as just that. As they are often a minority, inmates within Other Cars come together for protection and unity. Our faction seeks to portray a tight-knit, Asian and Pacific Islander dominated car, that make up for their size with ferocity and strict rules. As a faction we focus on character development for those who roleplay within and around our group, as well as with the wider county jail environment as a jail gang.

Background San Andreas state, given its comfortable geographical location on the West Coast of the United States, is considered to be a part of a high-intensity drug trafficking area. Predominantly, drug trade is often controlled by Mexican drug trafficking organizations, that involve themselves in cross-border drug smuggling and has taken over majority of the methamphetamine production to Mexico in the last decade, resuming to smuggle in large quantities of other drugs too. However, outlaw motorcycle gangs, other drug trafficking organizations and various street gangs continue to distribute the smuggled narcotics on a local scale. Truth be told, South Central Los Santos can be named the capital of drug distribution, hence the high crime levels as it is proven that drug use and distribution do, indeed, promote gang violence. But it does not end there - drug trade happens on every single street of Los Santos as well as the county. Living under these conditions, some of the individuals realize, that there are certain opportunities to be explored and possibly profited off. Whilst there’s are a multitude of gang members, gang affiliates, organized crime figures and so on, only a lucky few are smart enough and able to start an operation of their own expanding their network with the critical use of well-established connections to aid them on their way to success. Operations This criminal organization, given their background, mostly focus on drug trade, which is a staple segment of their collective income. However, there is additional activities that may be considered to be crucial for this group's day-to-day routine. For example, arms trafficking goes well hand-in-hand with the latter, which later stems off to murder, assault, extortion, armed robberies and other violent crimes. Although, there is yet another layer to all that - burglaries, vehicle theft, illegal gambling, pimping, prostitution, loansharking - even if on a smaller scale, it is also an often noted criminal activity among this group. Lastly, the said organization is relatively sophisticated and highly-organized, indulging into white-collar crime as well that includes money-laundering, tax evasion, fraud, medical fraud, identity theft and the list goes on and on. With that being said, there is certain hints and signs that indicate high-level of organization in this criminal group - there is also a clear cut structure of who handles who, who is responsible for what and whose say is final. Jamestown & Bilingsgate Motel Despite operating under the radar for many years, the group recently increased their street presence recognizing the potential for this part of the organization to massively benefit their income. it allows a small-scale drug distribution and even larger scale operations on the street, that later gets sucked back into the general cash flow and washed through legitimate businesses. Billingsgate Motel, across the street from one of the groups well-known hangout spots – The South Corner, has since become the mentioned hot spot for the group’s distribution activity in South Central. As a result, gang violence appears to be unavoidable as developments from neighboring gangs not fond the groups monopoly on distribution in the area create a power struggle which has since led to a triple fold increase in crime rates in the area since the group became active at the motel reports say.
