If you would be able to pick a city to RP, which one should it be and why?

Vice or Liberty City, really. Both have great potential and existed as standalone maps in prior GTA games. San Fierro and Las Venturas would also be an interesting setting, however, are too small considering it's the 2 "smaller" cities in GTA San Andreas.

I think that could be a good combination.

I figure it would have to be in an English speaking city otherwise it could get irritating with knowing what language to speak ICly with out it being annoying. Imagine [English] but by default when you're talking with out language tags you're speaking.. what ever language of the country,

With that out of the way, i'd vote Cape Town South Africa. Would be an interesting dynamic, extremes of wealth, violent crime, ocean, mountains, nice nature.. kind of sounds a bit like our San Andreas anyway. ;D
