Legate
How much better would RP be if nobody knew each other oocly? Or how much worse if you think that. Myself, I think a lot of people are clouded by ooc stuff & it really takes away from what could be. Edited November 1, 2020 by Captain 11 Link to comment
Valkyria
Infinitely better. The best roleplay I've had was roleplay in which myself and the other player had 0 OOC coordination or interaction, it just happened organically as we went in-game around the same time and roleplayed through it. 21 2 Link to comment

thot_banned
What Wirbelwind said. The ooc side of RP communities is what makes them so toxic. The purest and most fun/enjoyable experiences are ones with people you don't know and when you don't know whats going to happen. No OOC interactions aside from admin shit is peak. Link to comment

Couldn't agree more, took the same path. Two years later, still very good friends to this day. I think the main thing to remember that it's those OOC friendships and bonds what gives the true community feeling of what GTAW promotes. If you can't make friends gaming with good people, then you're either not letting it happen or something is seriously wrong. Link to comment
Daquan Kingston
I'd love the concept of erasing private messages, or showing character names (and put the login ID, for example: Player 125). It would boost the immersion a lot. Link to comment
Capoh
Bro fr, names should be removed and just add a id to there name up-top, would enhance the rp and slightly slim down the metagaming. Link to comment

Marksman
It's one of the things that I always preferred on LSRP. People knew each other a lot less and everything was a lot more enjoyable because of it. Link to comment
