Do administrators take context into consideration during a situation? Or is it the letter of the rule rather than the spirit.

I've a bad taste in my mouth from previous heavy handed administrators at vG/rG, uG and oG handing out jails lime candy over something as petty as an insult to another player acting like an asshat or because I questioned a bad decision.

Also, as an individual who probably gets at most a few hours a night to play - is that going to be an issue if I have to drop mid RP? Or pause RP because I've gotta go take care of something OOC.

The reason for Rule 0 is to give admins discretion as we realize that the intent of the rules, and indeed the intent of the player can vary a lot from situation to situation. Admins are understanding of the context in most situations, there are obviously some rules though, for example rule 14 where this is enforced very heavily regardless of the context.

As for having to pause of leave RP, it really depends on the players and the situation, again that's really hard to gauge, we all have stuff to deal with IRL and sometimes just have to go, in that case I think most people are pretty understanding if they feel it's genuine and you're not trying to avoid RP consequences, I've often seen forum reports along these lines, where admins have just asked that the situation is re-role played vs giving the person who had to leave a punishment.

A character kill related question:

Can you write a CK agreement to anyone, which can be used if necessary due to in character situations/actions/happenings?

Can you write a CK agreement if you're tied up through a company in the business section?

What IS considered sexual activity? If someone who's under 18 walks into a stripclub, does everyone suddenly have to leave?

What if the under 18 player enters a scene of sexual activity/roleplay, be it willingfully/intentionally or otherwise? A rented house, or just a property that's accidently left open. Does everyone suddenly have to stop? Or does the minor have to leave?

These rules are, honestly, exploitable. Kids are assholes. They could start getting people banned by simply entering a property.

I think it falls on them in at least the first two scenes. If all other parties are adults and the kid enters and refuses to leave, they'd likely be removed from the community based on immaturity grounds or malicious actions to get others in trouble.

Well this is complicated you know that Strip Club guards now have to ask for real ID. Which is stupid right? Cause we all know that Strip Clubs have private rooms where client can engage in anything they want as long as security agrees. Then there are people roleplaying pornstars. Yes their characters actually get paid for pixelated simulations of sex, in emotes. I know why this rule is in place, just saying it's not that simple.
