I'm big on legal characters so I can honestly say characters that fill a niche, even if that niche isn't profitable, is a good way to stay entirely focused on a characters development. For example, I know there's someone who roleplays a full time garbage man, others who roleplay receptionists and so on.

I see alot of people treating their female character as a excuse to dress like a whore though, if you thirst trap. you gonna get thirsty people. not saying you do.

Roleplayers of skill level 9000+ are exceedingly rare.  Lesser roleplayers have no hope of turning the fang-toothed lesbians inhabiting the dark corners of Los Santos.
