As the title says, I suggest you restrict the RP zone to Los Santos until a population is attained that supports the expansion. It's no secret that the GTAV map is humongous, and this humongous map comes with the great challange of populating the areas within the roleplay zone. SAMP and MTA servers have found it challenging to prevent the GTASA version of Los Santos from seeming like a ghost town, while this version is exponentially bigger. County RP is part of the curiculum of RPers, I get it. But not at the loss of immersion.

I strongly disagree. It should really depend on the extend of the damage done to the vehicle. Bodywork on a luxury vehicle requires the same amount of labor, whereas parts are often more expensive, although most luxury brands offer extensive warranty programs that cover parts.

There's no doubt GT-MP supports this kind of a map. The only thing you need is a way to convert the coordinates on the google map to coordinates on the actual GTAV map.
